Every time Ive taken my car to this place to get something fixed, ive had to turn right back around because something else is wrong with it after they had worked on it . i would NOT recommend this place to anyone, & i agree with one of the previous reviews, the customer is definitely not always right when it comes to this business.

New to the area so I was a little unsure about taking my sweet jeep to just anyone, but right from walking in the door I was greeted with a friendly hello and a comfortable smile which quickly put me at ease. Swiftly it was diagnosed and I was told the cost and how long it take and just like that it was a done deal. The wait was not bad at all. Great service! Honest people! My husband and I are hooked. Wonderful experiences with this shop ! The manager is fantastic and very knowledgeable about the business. The technicians are all excellent and will have you in and out in no time especially Nick ! From oil changes to engine jobs this is the shop to go to !

We have had multiple encounters with A&A Automotive Repair and have had a great experience every time. They have been helpful and thorough and were very informative. The prices were GREAT and they were true to their word. Having worked with several car shops that were not honest, I found A&A to be refreshing. I would recommend them to anyone!

Great prices and quick turnaround. It is a pleasure to do business with an honest repair shop from owner to workers. I have been using this shop since they opened and could not be more pleased. Amy and the girls up front handle the customers with great knowledge and care plus the mechanics do great work with a fast turnaround. Been in many times with major issues and less major challenges. These guys have always taken care of me in a very timely and affordable manner! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. They have been very fair and have never tried to up-sale me stuff I didnt really need!

Your debt collector Porsche could be a tad bit nicer when she is calling the wrong number to collect a payment. She was so rude... even after I told her my car new and never serviced by them. Not sure what kind of folks she deals with.. perhaps catching more with sugar than vinegar would help you get paid quicker.

What a great find! I needed new brakes, timing belt, and had a check engine light on. They diagnosed the issue and found the problem quickly. The service was fantastic, friendly and professional. All of this work was very competitively priced. I found a new home to take my familys vehicles!!

A&A automotive is a great place to go to get your vehicle fixed...Amy knew what was wrong with my car. Once she looks at the car,she can tell you exactly what’s wrong with it. For the women. Call and get an estimate You wont believe How much you can save. You CAN afford to get your Ride fixed here. They are Highly Skilled mechanics. They do heavy and light work. They have kept me on the road for a year and They fixed some bad work done by someone else. 3 things fixed by them.

We received excellent service, prices for repairs were fair and we were treated like family.

Sat for 3 hours waiting for breaks to be installed then got promised me 120$ for work but got charged 170$ at that price I could have took my truck 🚛 to a well known shop or straight to ford and not loose my morning. Never again. First and last time.

Recently I had my check engine light turn on. I went to AutoZone to have it checked and was told that the Torque Converter Solenoid was stuck on. I then drove my car to A.A. Auto to have them evaluate the car. I was given two prices to repair/replace my transmission. I then asked if this was the broken part since the check engine light mentioned the torque converter solenoid. When I asked for more clarification I was told that she, the manager, would call me back soon. Later she called me and then provided me with two prices for repair: one was to replace the torque converter solenoid and another to replace the torque convert with the solenoid. Since she did not return my call by stating that the issue was in fact the transmission I took her words in good faith and authorized a replacement of the torque converter and solenoid. After the repair was complete I was contacted and informed that my car was ready. I arrived, paid the $937 bill and drove to work. On my return home the car simply coasted to a stop with no gears engaging. I managed to get the car home and called the Repair Shop. They sent a tow truck to my home and retrieved my car. I called the Shop a day or so later but there was no answer to my question as to the status of my car. A few days later I called and was informed that the transmission was the issue. My response was to ask if the transmission was the issue in the first place why a torque converter was placed in the car and how much of the $937 paid would now go toward this repair. I was informed that there would be no funds placed toward this next repair and that I would have to pay that repair in full. When I mentioned that I had only authorized the torque converter replacement because I trusted in their judgment I was once again informed that no funds would go toward this next repair. I then asked if the owner of the Repair Shop would call me to explain this situation. A day or so later he called to inform me that no funds would go toward a transmission repair. I then mentioned that I only authorized the torque converter replacement based on my belief that I was being dealt with in good faith and that I had trusted their assessment. The owner then informed me that he would never authorize his workers to put in a torque converter if the issue was the transmission. My reply was to inform him that this is exactly what was done and to ask if the transmission was in fact the issue why I was offered a solution other than a transmission. I then attempted to communicate that when offered the torque converter option that I understood that to have been a genuine offer in good faith. His response was to inform me once again that no funds would be going toward the actual needed repair. I asked if he was willing to offer a compromise were half the funds for the repair would go toward a new transmission and that I would have his shop do the repair and thus retain my business. I suggested he think about this and contact me later. When he called back he informed me that he ‘believed his workers’ (thus calling me a liar), that he had ‘notes,’ which I had never seen, stating that I have ‘been for warned’ that the above mentioned repair would not correct the issue. When I asked why I would authorize a $937 repair if in fact I was ‘for warned’ I was told again that he believed his workers ala. I was a liar and that I would ‘have to do what I would have to do’. I am gravely disappointed that ‘what I have to do’ is to file this complaint to have a repair shop deal with me in good faith. I have since had my car towed back to my home where it now sets and non-functioning. Sad commentary when you drive a car to a shop, pay $937 and then have to pay to have it towed back to your home.

Lets just say I drove in and was towed away. End of story dont go there

They identified and fixed an electrical problem with my truck that other mechanics wouldnt have easily or affordably found. Super affordable, super fast, friendly and honest.

Me and my husband only use A&A. We love the expirence we recive and Amber and Any are the most poliet and sweetest people they really know what they are talking about and offer the best sulotion and service. We have been using them since they opened and have never had a problem yet.

If you need a oil change maybe they would be alright. If you need a motor install this place does not know what they are doing and they will not make it right the customer is always right doesnt apply here.

Frendly people good work

Went and had a couple things fixed on my truck and an oil change was told the price was going to be $200. Went to pick up my truck and was told the price was $402, so double the original amount. If you go make sure you get something in writing on what they are going to do and the cost. I won’t go back after today.
