Pathetic is the nicest word I can use for this dealership. From the showroom being closed a half hour before posted times, to the rudest service department I’ve ever dealt with. Make the drive to Madison or Beloit and avoid this place.

Professional and efficient

We were in the market for a SUV or possibly a van. Weve never had a van before so we were a bit apprehensive. We haul grandchildren around often and needed to have enough seating. We have had 3rd row seat SUVs in the past so that was what we started out looking for but kept an open mind in the possibility of a van, if the right one came along. We had never bought a vehicle at Dearths before so had no experience with any of the salesmen. Dan was the salesman we talked to and he was awesome. He asked what price range we were looking at and told us what they had on their lots that might work for us. He answered all our questions and never pressured us for one moment. He was extremely patient with us, making sure to give us as many options as possible to choose from. I told him I love red so he did have a couple of red vehicles he thought we/I might like. What he didnt know is that I also love black and he showed us a (black) van that I instantly fell in love with. I didnt want to be impulsive so we still took the time to go to a different dealer to test drive a very similar van but ended up going back to the black one Dan had for us. The price was better and it had less miles with all the bells and whistles we could possibly want, and then some. Dan really went above and beyond to make our experience stress-free and pleasant. He spent a lot of time going over everything in the van before we left with it so we knew where everything was and what it was for. I highly recommend Dearths Buick GMC and Dan Perdue.

Had a great experience here, called and talked to Kevin, about a truck just traded in, I told him about mine, gave a rough figure, of course they have to see it, came in on a saturday and mike welcomed me, within 30 min we had a deal, there was no run around, mike and kevin were great to work with and service team was awesome and came in early on monday to swap some things, I would highly recommend them for your future vehicle or service, thanks to dearth Buick and gmc

Stay away! Bought this vehicle on a Friday and noticed a leaking sunroof on Saturday. Called the dealership right away and instead of getting it repaired we wanted to use the 3 day exchange policy that this dealership offers. Over the course of 6 days they gave us two options, one and a vehicle that would have cost us 5k more and the other was 1200.00 more and after asking for additional information about that vehicle they got back to us the next day saying it was already sold.They should not offer the exchange policy if it is something they will not follow through on. Also I am not sure why the vehicle has a leaky sunroof when it is a certified vehicle.

Do their best. Try hard to make things right.

Edit- Service manager is no longer with the company. Lasted only a few months after my run in. So I will be giving them another chance and will update accordingly.Service manager here is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Damaged my truck and denied any fault on the excuse that their jack is too short. Every jack Ive ever seen the handle pivots down flat.
