My ex and I had a joint agreement over a car here. After breaking up, he got into an accident. The insurance paid off the remaining debt. On his credit report it showed it as paid off. On MINE CNAC marked it as unpaid and I got a derogatory mark. Make it make sense.
Well it took longer than I would have liked to get all the paperwork handled due to a little miscommunication, but all the people were courteous and helpful. And with a 2 year warranty and some free oil changes, Im pretty happy.

I would say there are a lot of pros to financing through this dealership, but there are a few cons and some things to be weary of.PROS:1. Their bank worked with me in order to get me financed when no one else would. I wait tables, so my cash tips are hard to prove; CNAC was able to work with me in order to be approved.2. My credit has improved tremendously in 1 year.. over 100 point difference.3. They have worked with me on payments during hard times.4. Kenny in automotive is the best, he tries hard to please customers and makes sure the job is done well and in a timely manner.CONS:1. Not too much of a selection to choose from.2. My car has had several problems since I got it.. one thing after another after 3 months of having it. Cant trade it in for something else until a very low balance is owed, so I feel like Im paying high dollar for a car that is always breaking.3. The payments/interest rates are astronomical.. the only things that make me feel better about what Im paying are that I didnt have a choice if I wanted a vehicle, and that Im buying credit, not the car. My car was listed for 11,500. In 3 years, I will have paid over 20,000.. for a 10 year old car. So it sucks, but in my situation, its worth it.4. The warranty is limited. Theyve told me several times that something that was wrong with my vehicle was not covered, which Ive never understood because when I signed papers, they told me bumper to bumper with the exception of brakes and tires.All in all, I would actually give this place a 3.5 but I chose to go with 4 stars because I feel like they were the best option for me and they simply just work with people.
The service here has been wonderful but my car has stayed in the shop since I bought it. The sales team, the finance department and the finance department have all treated me with respect and have done their best to fix any issues I have had; however, I have had so many problems with the car that I have thrown up my hands in disgust. My only complaint is that I dont have a car I can depend on.
The sales department was very helpful overall . The account department CNAC is out right horrible everyone is RUDE, unconcerned, they raise their voices at you like you are beneath them. They are not understanding at ALL! You are already purchasing a car and paying for it 3 times. I regret ever even dealing with this company.. Im not referring ANYONE. When Im done I actually hope it helps my credit I never want to deal with these type of companies AGAIN

Ok so I got a car from here March 2017, because thats what my money could afford and they where willing to work with me. I paid my note on time every month never missed a payment, every time something went wrong with that car I had to pay to get it fix they always say its a soft part and its not under warrant. Fast forward my car broke down September 7, 2018. I had it towed to my house. On September 10, I called the office and explained what was going on with the car,they gave me hell finally they agreed to have it towed to the shop. Days went by i called to see did they find out the problem gave me the run around, so I went up there on thursday after 4pm, I had to agree to pay for them to find out what the problem was $100.00. The next day which was Friday day I get a call at 9am saying the motor was gone .ok. Monday morning i called to speak with the g.m, I was told that he was on vacation till thursday, so Thursday I called my sales rep and explained what happen with the car, he placed me on hold, came back to the phone and said that hell call me back tomorrow and explain what they was going to do. About 10 minutes after the call he called back saying that Ill have to pay 700 hundred dollars for some kind of tax, I told him I dont have that much I had 400 dollars he said ok hell call me tomorrow. The next day came no call I called him, he said it was nothing they could do but I could apply for a car with K&R automotive. At this point Im discouraged. I go up to the office we did the paper work gave all my information, I have hope NOW. Heres the kicker John wants to talk i go in his office he give me to options I can pay 1300 for a motor are I can go with K&R something about trading my car off but he also said that i will be responsible for some of the money that I owe on the car. They said it will take a couple of days to get everything together. The next week the guy from K&R called asking did I have money to put down I told him I have 400 dollars but I need that for insurance he said ok Ill call you back Im trying to help you. Never called me back. Days later my sales rep called saying I need to go to pelican credit and apply for a loan, that fell I need a co signed I called and told them and ok was all I got and havent heard from them. Someone from Cnac called about a payment I explained to them they hot very nasty and told me bye. I been without a car since September 7 and no loner was offer are nothing. Its sad that Im a faithful paying customer and got treated like that. Now Im without a car and my credit will be messed up and Ive lost money. Oh and they have a package where you can get liability and pay them insurance for the car, I had that and I paid 39.99 every time i paid my car note, which was bi-weekly. Im Cierra Coleman.

This entire establishment is a scam. They won’t let you have your own insurance, they sneak in hidden charges and they make it to where it is IMPOSSIBLE to pay your car off in the allotted time your contract states you will pay your car off. You’ll end up paying MORE on a car that isn’t even worth the money you’re putting into it. Their warranties are not truthful. They sell people half broken down vehicles and then retract their promise to fix engine issues (for a fee of $100.) They skim through their contracts with customers and are purposefully avoiding shady aspects of the process of buying a vehicle from them. Overall, JD Byrider has awful customer service and shouldn’t even be allowed to sell vehicles. JD Byrider? More like JD Buy-YourCarSomewhereElse!

Stay away from this place. First of all, when I got my car I had to wait for about an hour because the sales people were all late. I wanted to leave then but I was desperate. Then the first guy to show up pitched the dealership to me by saying were the Mcdonalds of car dealers. I should have gotten up and left right after this because he was right about that because they are the worse of the worse. When the sales person I was supposed to be working with finally showed up, he seemed hungover and took forever to get anything done. He was clueless about the car and was only really there to semi supervise the test driving process. He didnt know the price of the cars and literally couldnt tell me anything about them, but again I was desperate so I stayed. Thats the thing, they take advantage of people who really need them. I didnt see a price for the car until I actually sat down with the person from CNAC. Also, the defferred down payment is a rip off. They get you in by saying low down payment but you end up making two payments in the first month (both more than the actual payment). So fast forward to me getting laid off from my job after those TWO down payments and having to lose the piece of crap because its the first contractual payment. I was an idiot for going there but you dont have to be. Everything about their practices are shady including making people pay FAR more than their cars are worth. No one is perfessional and that defferred downpayment makes it really easy to be taken advantage of.
