All the staff is friendly and professional. Any questions or requests I had were addressed promptly. Pricing is excellent for the high quality products they use. The follow up communication is great. I really appreciate receiving a report showing their service being on Carfax! They offer a type of online customer portal which is amazing for a small business. All their stellar ratings are well earned.

Ive been bringing our cars to Shamrock for several years now to perform minor repairs, inspections, etc. Having got to know Chris and his associates during that time, I have come to understand exactly how knowledgeable he and his staff really are. With impressive backgrounds in the racing industry I decided to bring my Cadillac CTS-V to Chris for some engine performance upgrades. I left him in charge of installing a Lingenfelter Performance Engineering package, the end results are amazing. There were some pretty difficult parts to the installation and technically challenging as well. After having observed the whole process I can truly say the talent at Shamrock is exceptional.

They were very professional and the price was good. My car runs so much better now. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great service! They can always get me in on my days off last minute. I need a new strut on my car, and instead of just saying that I needed a new one, they took the time to explain to me why and actually show me the results of before and after my alignment that I had done. Too many places have tried to rip me off simple because I am a female and assume that I dont know anything about cars, when that is not the case at all. I drive past so many other places that I could have my car serviced at, but I drive 35 minutes just for them!

We have a local car dealership and several of our cars have been towed back to us NOT RUNNING and we have had multiple customers complaining about the same issues that Shamrock Auto was paid to correct, before they were purchased.😡 After looking a little more closely, I see that an extreme amount of effort has gone into writing lots of fake reviews.... possibly the owner, or friends of his, but they were definitely published using newly created accounts and for this purpose, as others have apparently noticed as well. 🤯 I wish we had paid attention to them beforehand and not just gone by the overall number of five stars on the business page.< This is a REAL review from an actual company who used their services in the past, not a fake review like most of the 5 star reviews on this page or as the owner suggests and is afraid to admit >-- I would advise you to read the negative reviews and take heed as they are a more accurate depiction of the service they provide and the experience we have had!!!! -- We are NO LONGER using them.

I took my vehicle to another shop because the rear tire was still turning out and was told that all alignment specs were out of range and that most of the bolts were very loose causing the wheel to move around... Advised that I was driving a very unsafe vehicle and could have been in a collision...

I have had a couple of repairs on my vehicles. I normally do my own work but there are just some things that take more time than I have. These guys do good work. I have been very satisfied with the workmanship and thoroughness these guys provide. They always provide me with things to keep an eye on to avoid costly repairs in the future.

I needed an inspection done so I finally decided to stop in and give this place a try, especially after reading all the great reviews. I met the owner, Chris, and told him I needed the inspection, and also ask him about not getting any heat inside the vehicle on this cold morning. He was actually able to diagnose the problem that day and get my heat working for a fair price. I think he will try and save you money if he can, but not at the sacrifice of an inadequate repair. I was very impressed with Chris and his business; you can tell he has some serious background experience in NASCAR. He was very nice and informative, and the place was very clean. I felt like I was getting that big dealership professional type service, but without the high cost or up selling. I will definitely be back.

I took my Ford Taurus to Shamrock due to a fuel leak. I was terrified to park my car at my house leaking fuel. Chris at Shamrock took the time to calm my nerves and let me bring it to his shop after hours so I could rest easy. They diagnosed the problem first thing when they opened and gave me an extremely fair estimate. My car was back on the road after lunch which was amazing considering the repair. They also thoroughly inspected my car and noted some items that were in need of attention in the near future. In no way did I feel pressured to have more work done. I am very thankful that I have a good idea of what to expect so I can have it repaired before it breaks. They didnt tell me any scary stories about something will break and something bad will happen which in the past I have experienced. Everything about my experience with Shamrock was extremely good! Honest, friendly, and experienced people. I will definitely use them from now on.

It is easy to find someone to work on your car, but it can be hard to find a trusted mechanic. The guy I trusted left my old shop so I was forced to look elsewhere. A friend suggested Shamrock and after waiting as long as I could to get my brakes done, I gave them a try. I was very impressed with the work they did and even brought my wifes car there for other work. They did exactly what I asked them to do and didnt try to convince me of other work although they did make recommendations for future work. I like that they physically check the alignment each service too. I believe I have found my new mechanic at Shamrock.
