So happy to have found them! After a few other Ford dealers could not squeeze me in, Friendly Ford said to drop it off & they would check my 2015 Escape wiper. Drivers side was not working. I also wanted some other, maintenance things done & after we discussed when I had those things done last they said it really wasnt necessary to them again. Finished my car in one day! Very pleased with the communication from Deanna as well. She was so very helpful!
Made an appointment over a month ago. Guy said you could come in to drop your car off and we will look at it when we can or make an appointment so you wont have to wait all day. I come in, and Im not in the system. Sure theyll look at your car but you have to leave it overnight. No shuttle, no enterprise or anything on site. First impression of this place... I wont be buying anything from them, they are too disorganized.

Im in dealerships all day for business, so I have better picture of what happens behind the scenes than the average consumer, which is why I felt so confident purchasing my pre-owned vehicle from Friendly. James, the used car manager, invests in his vehicles by making necessary repairs and catching them up on their maintenance before the cars go out onto the sales lot. I normally like going here, but I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for 8am, before I went out of town. To get there at 7:30 saying there is a 2 and a half hour wait on oil changes. Why even make appointments if your going to have 10 other people scheduled at the same time?I would understand if it was drive ups welcome and there was that much of a wait, but when you have an appointment for something, don’t have so many other people scheduled for the same time.I would of rather been told that they were booked up so I could of found an alternate day or alternate location. Instead of wasting my time to go there.It’s not like I was late ether, they open at 8 but I got there at 7:30.Not sure if I would ever consider buying a new car from here if they can’t manage their appointments.
My first time experience with Friendly Ford service department, I would considered purchase a SUV from Friendly Ford, because for me it is not about Ford vehicles it is about dealership service department.I know all about Ford vehicles so the sales person dont have to convince me about how Ford is the best auto manufacture to purchase a car, SUV, truck, I already know Ford vehicles are great to owned. a dealership has to show me on how great their service department is and Friendly Ford pass the test.
Was trying to buy a Shelby Mustang from here they didnt even want to get it out of the show room so we could here it or test drive it so we went somewhere else to buy a better Shelby its absolutely beautiful and a lot better service at the other dealership we went to had a free lunch on them also LaFontaine in Highland much better!!!!! And to buy a Ford no less!!! Very rude at Friendly Ford!!!!
If you are looking for bad service and sales this is the place for you. I have personally had numerous bad experiences with this dealer with both sales and service. Not going in to great length to write it all, I think the first line covers it. There are other Ford dealers close enough and worth the travel

I just went in for a tire repair which they competed same day (much appreciated), but when I went to pick up the car I was very pleasantly surprised that my vehicle was washed and vacuumed, a service I was not expecting. Great dealership!

Very bad experience and felt discriminative behavior from sales people named @Carlo Grassi and @Jeremy Frayer.Long story short, I liked one car from there and ready to buy. But they said they have to ask SOS for sales tax and all. Talked rudely and compelled us to leave. I tried to contact them for two days and INTENTIONALLY THEY DID NOT PICKED MY CALL.Finally, they call me and said they sold car to someone else.Highly Disgraceful!!!!!!!
I love when I call Andy (sales rep) when my lease is up. I tell him what I want and the price range along with the COLOR. Give him a day if not less and he got the car. The paperwork along with showing me all the bells and whistles on the car took an hour. Then I am leaving with my new vehicle.
Would of been nice if it was open was us wanting to buy a car and a lady wanting to buy a car she said some people only have weekends off ..we will be back probably Monday or Tuesday
Had a problem with my moonroof, they said come and look at it see if we can get it moving for you. There were four guys trying to check it out. Even the service manager was trying to help. Couldnt ask for more than that. Very kind very thoughtful.

Does not communicate what is being done with ur car. Service department has a major lack of communication going on. Mechanic leaves without notifying anyone on updates to cars on his log. Dropped my car off Monday was told will be done by end of week and now it wont be done until Monday. Total lack of customer service skills!! Dont bother taking your car. Would rather give no stars.
During this past thanksgiving weekend we have taken our new 2020 Lincoln Nautilus on its maiden voyage up north ( Upper Peninsula ).the experience was exciting and the ride was extremely enjoyable! not to mention Lincolns 22-way seating.Our new Lincoln, handled the road perfectly in all the weather conditions we met on our journey. I also enjoyed the looks from others as our Nautilus stands out among all of the current brands. Service at Friendly Fords before and after the sale was outstanding as always. Service as usual was outstanding. Service writer was courteous and knowledgeable answered a couple questions. Without having to ask someone else or the I will get back to you answer. My car was serviced in a timely manner and returned cleaned and washed. The service performed was explained to me. Just a great all around experience, Oh yes the coffee and the homed snacks were fantastic. I liked the apple turn overs the best.

My son just leased his first car and actually this is his first brand new car. Mike Drake was really good to work with and Kim was very thorough going through the paper work and all of the necessary coverage options. We leased the fusion and I had to co-sign but it will be a learning experience for my son. We also got the A plan from a family member and what a great savings. Been getting my oil changed with them since I bought my car! They do great work staff are always there with smiles on! This time was different because I waited at the dealership until my car was finished with my two year old. It was still a GREAT experience they have a play room for the little ones with toys, a tv and snacks!

My review is based off of 2 Visits, on was pretty good the other didnt even happen.First visit was due to an electrical issue on my truck (Bought used from Friendly Ford in Monroe). Took it in to the dealer, they gave me a really nice loaner. Took over a week to fix the issue but the price was fair and the problem seemed fixed.A couple of months have gone by and the same issue is happening again. I called today and when I finally got through to a service adviser he did not seem very interested in helping me. Told me that they do not give loaners (Why did they 2 months ago). He did not offer any help to try to find a way to get my truck to their facility either. I was expecting much more from this service adviser based on my last experience with the dealership. I feel like they did not want to take the truck back because they didnt fix the issue originally and knew that they may not get paid much due to that.I am not upset because they didnt fix the issue the first time as electrical issues can be tricky but I am NOT happy about how the service adviser did not seem to care about my needs.This is my first Ford truck and I was switching over from Chevy but after this experience I may have to try another dealer out next time.

There were other women in there also so we all talked and it was very pleasant. It made the time go by fast. Before I knew it my car was done. It was washed and ready to go. So impressed with the body shop! Quite pleased and pleasantly surprised when I got my vehicle back, to find it was cleaned Inside AND out!! The windows were cleaned, and the tires were even Armoured!! THANK YOU. That was so awesome. Our car hasnt looked that good in a looong time. Nice, friendly staff also. Impressive.

This is what I dont get about this place . You go there for parts for your ford vehicle... They ask you for your Vin . Got it . Then you buy said parts . They have no way of linking you name and vin or car for that matter. So everytime you go better have your Vin ready. They should at least have some type register for customers at the parts counter
Always polite and helpful, Ive mostly dealt with Guy, who handles customers in a timely manner. The only problem I incounter this past time, was a missing cap to one of my tires. Not sure if they forgot to put it back on or it fell off. Overall Ive had no major problems.
Couldnt help me with my f150 that I took to a shop that dont really knows Ford 150 got it stated in a half hour when these stand up Ford guys couldnt fix a little issue! Poor shop too much money for no help!

From the service desk to the service employees the issue was handled immediately and very satisfactorily. Also, the regular maintenance had just come due for our Ford Escape and this was addressed at the same time which saved an additional appointment. Thank you and look forward to our next visit.
Great experience so far, I still have to go sign paperwork and drive off the lot but they gave me a few days to get a personal loan together for the down payment when it came back a little higher than I was expecting.Edit: drove my car off the lot, would recommend to everyone. Great customer service. Very clean facilities. Coffee and snacks are available for customers. Of course like anywhere you will have to schedule service. The service shop is open on Saturdays for small things like oil changes. I sat down in the comfortable waiting area and the t.v. was on FOX news. Of course my first instinct was immediately to turn around and find another spot to wait. But i decided to sit and watch the other customers response to the b.s. spouted on this channel and to my surprise, NO one was paying attention. They were reading and looking at there phones during the hour and half i waited...My car was ready in about the time they told me it would be and they gave it a courtesy wash that it so desperately needed. I do recommend that you consider this dealership when looking for quality service.

We have an acquaintance that is a salesperson here and would gladly do business here, if they were friendly - from phone, desk n out the door. The dealership that is as a whole. We buy our Fords(10 years -6 vehicles$$$$$) from a Ford dealership in Toledo. Their staff is top notch from phone, entryway n mechanics. It is just a drive. So we like most other clients maintain our vehicle by Friendly Ford but we buy from another dealership.

I recently leased a 2016 Ford Edge from Monroes Friendly Ford Lincoln. It has been 13 years and 217,000 miles since Ive had a new vehicle, but let me tell you, Im very happy. First, Andy at Friendly Ford was wonderful to work with, his knowledge and experience really showed. I explained what I was interested in and he found the perfect car. The leasing process was easy and Kristie was also very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the leasing process. All and all I very pleased with my car and Monroes Friendly Ford Lincoln.

Service was ok, no problems. The surprise came when I wet to pay. I was accustomed to paying $49, however this time it was $59. Quite an increase for such a short period of time. I will be doing some comparison shopping.
Very friendly and professional! I have a 2 year old and utilized the childrens room! Our experience very comfortable and happy. I even had one of the workers help me with the TV because I couldnt get it on 😊. My child and I ate oatmeal cookies and I had yummy cappuccino while we waited. We will be back!
