B. Rich is who helped me the day I rented a unit and she was wonderful. She was polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and very attentive. Now Im not thrilled with the hours of operation or the fact its closed on holidays but because if the level of customer service I received from her, Ill stay.

Well you could clean it up grounds, weeds all over the grounds and buildings. Office people were nice. Your prices are high. Found another place cheaper got a 10x10 for 65.00$ . Plus they live on site..But the lady in the office the day I left she was very nice. Older lady with short grey hair kinda on the heavy side. Very nice! But they need to get rid of all the weeds growing around. Looks unkept. Other then that it was convenient.

Only put 2 stars because the employees are very nice. Other than that i would never rent from this place again. So expensive for a place they only let you in from 9am-6pm

The customer service here was amazing! We called to get information and pricing on a storage unit. The receptionist we spoke to at the call center was very knowledgeable and thorough. When we arrived at storquest the amazing customer service continued. Super easy and fast to get a storage unit. There were two women there (didn’t get their names) but they were very helpful, answered all my questions, and made the process an ease.

The manager Michael is extremely unprofessional. Left a voice mail telling me I hung up on him (I was asleep since I work graveyard) and that it had been a while since he had heard back from me...checked my call log and it had been two minutes since his last call. I had expressed interest that morning and was still interested until I listened to the voicemail. If you dont answer his call right away hell take it personal. Can only imagine how he manages the units. Im going with a cheaper and friendlier storage unit. Probably your best bet too.

First storage unit customers. The two older women’s at the front desk (sorry I forgot their names) one was the Manager the other was the assistant manager, they were super friendly. They both made it really easy and fast! Great customer service. My fiancé and I can’t wait to use the storage unit. Thank you guys!

Between my Dad and myself we had been with A-1 U-Store/StorQuest for 30 years, with two units for some period of time. The personnel were alway friendly and helpful over the years, kind of like family. Two long term employees Cheryl and Laura always met and exceeded the customer’s needs. The facility has always been maintained well, kept clean and offered security for storage of my belongings. I would highly recommend StorQuest for your storage needs short term or long.

I wish I could put 0 stars for this place. When we first got our unit, it wasnt closing, but when it finally closed, we asked the manager if this unit was okay to rent. The manager said yes. After moving our stuff for a few days, we tried closing it, and it wouldnt close. Keep in mind the storage was full at this point. The receptionist said that the maintenance guy was out sick. When I asked about a back up maintenance guy, she replied theres only one maintenence guy and he covers 4 stores. This place is unprofessional. Theyre illogical. We had to leave our storage unlocked, because they couldnt do anything about it. Dont go to this storage place, choose another one!

My wife and I were using public storage off of Carpenter/Briggsmore. It went from $120 to $138 in 8 months we saw this place and checked them out were paying less than $100 a month and they give you a 10 day period. Example our rent is due on the 10th of each month but we have till the 20th to pay it! Something no other storage I been too offers and weve used quite a few! Customer service is great as well!!
