So happy we found this storage! So far we have been very pleased with this site and its only been a few months. The lady on-site was very helpful and nice with finding us the right size unit for us. As of right now we would recommend this place.

The staff there are helpful, friendly And genuinely try to help people with storage needs. Oh and they can be comedians too. Real people, not just attendants, office staff or robots. Nice!

Uhaul drop-off was extremely easy. Really nice customer service.

I had a unit here well over 10 years, at one point I had 2 units. After paying thousands, probably will over $10k over the years I was called on by management and told the police executed a search warrant on the unit next to mine because the people renting it were arrested for burglary and needed to come down and look in my unit. Well when I opened my unit all that was left was trash on the floor, the thieves had cut open the wall between units and also into the next unit. Even that was anything in my unit was gone. Management jerked me around for months untill I gave up. I would never recommend this place and if you have stuff there you should check it very regularly.

Security Public Storage on McHenry Ave in Modesto has mice and rats throughout the entire facility. I found droppings in my storage unit which I keep very clean and reported it to the office. They raised my rent three days later. I emailed the main representative for the company including pictures of traps I set that were eaten by the rats and ask why my rent was raised three days after making the complaint. I still have received no response to the email. I found another storage facility and moved. I strongly recommend staying away from this place unless you want mice and rats leaving droppings all over your items and chewing on things inside your storage unit. It was really gross and when you report it they raise your rent. I will never return to this place and Im posting complaint with the Better Business Bureau and everywhere else that I can as well

In response to management reaching out; the online payment system, shock of price increase, and what felt like avoidable fees if there were better venues to pay the fees made it more of a financial drain than it should be. The staff is agreeable and nice and the place itself is secure and safe feeling. I feel that I could find a better place thats more affordable but the location, security, amd employees make it worth keeping my belongings.

I used to rent alot from Uhaul but never at this location and now I know why!!! This is the very worst experience I ever had with Uhaul! First nothing about mileage was mentioned if they would have I would have rented a bigger uhaul for 50 and could have kept overnight! But no I get this dirty truck, that you can barely look through windshield! The inside wasnt even wiped down you can tell cause it was dirty! Now because Im on fixed income i had to drive to pickup used bed frame, just to be charged 200 for sacramento and back REALLY!!!!! I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW HOW YOU DID ME!!!!!!NICE WAY TO SERVE YOUR COMMUNITY AT A TIME LIKE THIS!!!GRACE GUILLEN

The units are clean. There are cameras all over. The ladies at the front were really nice and helpful.

Im not sure how well I like the place. Its a bit pricey and we have had a run in with the. People on site twice now I honestly didnt like her attitude my first go around with her. Im paying 116 for a 5 x 10 when my friends ha e the same size and one has a larger and they both pay less then I do. I dont think I will stay very long Im looking for another bank

The worst experience I have ever had with a storage unit company... we had this storage unit for the duration of approximately 7 months. A couple of months in, we had gone back to get a few items and found our property within our unit covered in rat feces and urine. We let the managers know and were told that the row behind us had gotten in trouble for having food in their storage unit. We were never notified of this and a significant amount of our property was damaged because of it. Once we talked to corporate all they could manage was to give us our final month free of charge which was only 13 days until our move out. There was approximately $1,500 dollars worth of property that was damaged and had to be discarded from this. So many sentimental items had to be thrown away because they could not be salvaged from the rat urine and feces. I am extremely disappointed. If I could, I would absolutely give this location zero stars. We will never do business with this establishment again.

Started an account here in January to store some of my things while I work as a travel nurse. Staff has been super courteous and helpful. The facilities are clean and in a good neighborhood. I feel secure with keeping my belongings at this location while I am in Northern Cali.

Ive been renting two units here for over a few years now.. This past year the owners have decided to do some upgrades, no complaints.. I received a phone call informing me what, how & when they were going to be doing the first part of remodeling, as well as a written letter.. I felt my belongings were in good safe hands being they were going to be recording each unit that they opened for inspection.. For the second half of the remodeling I only received a written notice no phone call informing me what they were remodeling, no problem..The notice said I needed to bring my keys to my units so they could get in & not have to cut off my locks, no problem, just like before.. I called to see if my new door lock latch had been replaced so I could go put my locks back on & take theirs off, yes they say.. I go down to exchange locks only to discover the boxes right in front when you open the unit door have been moved up off the ground & placed upside down sideways on top of other boxes that could not handle there weight which made them cave in & let all that dust get into those boxes plus possible breakage from how they pit them.. In the letter sent to me no mention of needing to move the front boxes out of the way or how dust from installing the door lock latch might create dust all over the unit.. I went straight to the office to let them know what I found & how upset I was.. None of what happened in both of my units was mentioned in the letter of what, how & when to take place.. I asked to see the videotaping & I got told it would take hours to find mine that I could go through my boxes to see if anything got broken/damaged.. Why do I need to when they videotaped it.. I no longer feel my things are safe here.. I moved my belongings here from the Salida Storage off 99north that had 7 units robbed, one of which, was mine.. Now this happening & there unwillingness to let me look at the videotaping??

This has been the best place to store my stuff for years. It is clean and safe I feel comfortable being on the property. The best thing is there hours!

I’d highly recommend this storage out of every storage place here in Modesto. I’ve looked at several and this one couldn’t have been beat with the amazing prices, staff, and security. Tally and Steve are always very nice and helpful and make me feel safe keeping my things here in the unit I have been renting. Definitely consider this storage if you are looking for something very reliable at a wonderful price.Another plus is that there are security cameras, individual alarm systems for each unit, and the managers live on the property.

This is by far the best storage Ive ever been to. Ive been to many storage units in the Bay Area. The ones I have went to were dirty and full of tweakers . Not here. Everything is clean and well maintained. The bathroom, office, and grounds are always spotless. The staff are super friendly. And I love the on site manager. She is so nice !!!
