Management is friendly and very helpful.

Went for storage unit and customer service was great. Shannon treated us with great information and kindness. Would recommend others to come for sure!

Good storage but they don’t open at the time they say they will it says they open at 9am and it almost 10am and it’s still closed and I need to make a payment

Decent people working there gated clean but the hours that you have access are a little inconvenient since it closes about the same time it starts to cool off tho

Worst managers ever super rude my rent went from $25 to $36 when management changed and out of no where with no notice it went all the way to $56 the staff is nice and cordial but I just had a bad experience here. Hopefully you guys won’t. Good luck

I have no idea what kind of business they run, but they never answer the phone !!!!!! I work 42+ hours a week I can only call certain times. When I asked about it, they didnt respond, just continued with receiving my payment. Only within the last year or so under new management has this business really gone into the dirt!!! They didnt notify me they raised my monthly bill. I will be moving out asap. They dont deserve my money.

If there was a way to put a negative rating i would!! This place is now the worst storage in Modesto!! The manager that was on duty allowed the unit to get robbed and didnt give a damn about it!! They stole everything from me and Im sure it was an inside job because when asked to look at the footage the manager said that its not pointed at my unit but I have been at this same unit for years and never once has it been robbed and there used to be a camera facing my unit and all of a sudden they faced it the other way!!!! This place is a scam and the managers will allow anyone to rob your unit so be ware!!! They dont give a damn about anyone except raising the prices on rent and charging fees up the rear end! The new owners are the WORST!! On top of it all they NEVER answer the phone and are hardly at the office!!!! Save your time and money and take your business elsewhere because this storage has gone down the drain!
