Had 1 of my many iPhones crash on me and stopped in the store and their “tech with 10yrs exp” told me there was nothing that could be done to keep my current ios which wasn’t ios13 and that the only way to fix phone is to update phone to restore but it will force the iOS 13 update and there is absolutly no other way.....bbbhhhhhhhh wrong me w no cell experience felt this answer was wrong and did some digging and there is tools online that will clean your iPhone in its current state and restore it no updates needed......so be my guest on this store and their experience on a cell phone level....and this is the new owner of the location kc wireless was In.....rip Kevin
