Jessica was a great help to me. I had to deal with the customer service over the phone a few times and instead of having to call them back, she took care of the issue! She listened to me vent and fixed the problem. She was very professional, understanding, and helpful. I hope shes there next time I have to go in! Thank you Jessica!!! Service representative was very helpful in assisting me with switching back to AT&T. Very knowledgeable, and quick. I was up and running in no time. The representative even got me to qualify for at&ts signature program which gives me discount through my employer as well as an autopay discount.

Brandon did a great job helping me with my new phone. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Asked for a new line for my boy, lowest plan, no insurance. Repeated myself 4 times as the salesman kept on asking. Gave me highest plan at $25 extra and added their premium advantage insurance, an extra $15! Went back and now they claim they cant do changes to my account and I have to call customer service to fix their mistake, done on purpose! Visited another location for help and they mentioned that this store does that alot!! They had one job!!!

I went to purchase an Apple Watch and the band was defective. The sales rep & manager were not able to replace or exchange the band or watch. I completely understand that AT&T does not manufacture the Apple products and they are very limited in their options. I don’t feel like the manager was helpful or willing to compensate for the inconvenience. The sales rep asked the manager if he was sure there was not another 40mm gold watch available in the back and he replied in a condensing manner, “No, but youre more than welcome to check in the back.” I find it hard to believe that I purchased the last 40mm gold watch and the manager felt it was more convenient for his sales and store to inconvenience the customer. The sales rep offered to help me get an appointment at the Apple store to replace the band and scheduled me an appointment. However, when I arrived at the Apple store, I was informed that I did not have an in- store appointment and that the AT&T sales rep made me a phone appointment which further complicated the situation. The initial reason for going directly to the AT&T store was to avoid waiting for an extended amount of time at the Apple store. I would not recommend shopping at the McHenry AT&T store and advice all Apple customers to go directly to the Apple store.

They had a promotion that if I sign up with their service over Verizon whom I’ve had for years that I get a new iPhone for $100. I paid the phone off for that low price and now have a continued bill of owing $600 with a regular installment fee! What they tell you in the store is opposite of what happens after and the customer service # will waste your valuable time transferring you around. If you go back to the store they refer you to the nightmare 800#. It’s not even about the $. It’s about loyalty and they don’t have it! You mean nothing after the sale!

Horrible customer service. I went in to look at new phones and I was asked if I had any questions by Maggie. I asked her a question about a phone that she didnt know. She said she would find out. After being in the back for about 5 minutes she came back out to the main floor, looked me in the eye and kept walking to the next customer. I guess she forgot about me and never came back to answer my question or check on me. I walked out and ordered the phone online. Possibly thinking about switching carriers too.

Unfortunately had a terrible customer service experience here tonight.Tried to get an appointment online, of course the app and the website werent working. I got to the store and while waiting stepped away from the parking lot for like 5 minutes. I know that was my bad. They called me to tell me it was my turn and that I could be put back on the list. I was told there were 2-3 people ahead of me. I said no problem it was my mistake I didnt mind waiting. After waiting for 30 minutes I go and double check to make sure I was still on the list.Turns out whoever spoke with me did NOT add me back to the wait list. I waited 30 minutes for nothing. I asked to be put on the list again. I was told there was 1 person ahead of me. 45+ minutes later still no call. I go ask them whats going on basically. And I understand that every appointment is different and some take more time than others. But I waited over an hour and 15 minutes for nothing. Waited from 6:30pm (time I started waiting again due to my error) and it is now almost 8pm.

I worked with a young lady named Carly two times over this past week and each time she was very helpful in setting up new phones to my account. But one of the best things, in my opinion, was how she listened to my needs first.From my experirmence, all too often young sales people, and I say young because Carly is young, early/mid twenties, have a tendancy to not listen to your wants but instead tell you what your wants are. This was NOT Carly. She listened, restated to be sure we were on the same page, and THEN offered her recommendations. I was thoroughly pleases with her care and concerns that I would be getting what I wanted.Carly is very professional, well informed about the products/services AT&T offer and respectful in her dealings with older aged customers. I think her mother would be very proud. And if I should need more products that AT&T could supply, Carly would be the one I would go back to see.
