Its a very good place to get a a new phone 📱.

My father went into this store to UPGRADE his phone. I had called a few weeks before and spoken to a nice young lady who explainied the process to me. I made sure he had the phone number and his pin to the account, since I live 4 hours away and couldnt go with him. When I spoke to the young lady on the phone, she told me the Motorola E would be around $130 with accesories as long as he hasnt upgraded in the last 6 months.Hes had that number for years.He somehow ended up spending over $230 with a NEW NUMBER, a NEW TABLET and a SPEAKER that he didnt ask for.The guy that helped him, i believe his name is Daniel, told him that he couldnt upgrade, even though my dad has had his current phone for almost 3 years and that he would be better off getting a new number, this confused my dad but he went along with it because he didnt know what else to do. My dad was completely taken advantage of and its disgusting. Looking at the reviews from here, it seems like these people have been doing it for a while. I called the store and the person who answered told me all sales were final and there was nothing that could be done.I hope the owners dont keep these kind of people around to long, because this store already has a bad reputation for scamming people from the looks of it.

I havent written a review in a very long time but this person is worth writing about, his name is Daniel i went into this store the other day and he was a great help! he is very knowledgeable and a very nice person! i was treated like family, he made sure i understood my policy and gave me the best advise on the package i was gettinghis customer service skills are the best, i was very happy and i will definitely come back for all my phones needs! Congrats Metro on having this young man working at this store!

Worse place to go for an upgradeSome guy named daniel told me I couldnt upgrade that I had to get a new phone number and it was gonna be 257 and some change to get the new phoneIt was gonna 2 phones and a tablet 4 dat price but I didnt want that I wanted my same number and no second phone or a tablet he told me next month I can take it off

I came in here today with my mother and her boyfriend to help them port their phones into MetroPCS so that they could aquire the promotional plan for 2 lines for 50.00 a month plan. The guy here told me he couldnt do it and then he said he refused to do it because their service provider lifeline was unavailable. Complete lie. I took my business to crowslanding and got it done fast. Area is also filled with bums so dont bring your business here unless you want to deal with that and incompetent people who can care less about helping you out. BAD BUSINESS! Cant believe these fools refused to help me and LIED that they couldnt help me, what idiots.

Bad services specially Daniel and Humberto overcharge me $35 dollars for items i didnt bough. I paid 180 for a 39 dollars phone they added a screen protector to my phone with out asking if i wanted it plus charge me for a Micro sim that i didnt ask. Plus they didnt give it to me.. Bola de rateros..

Had horrible time? Amazon prime not working and whatever they did didnt help. they told me to call certain # which only took me to their web page and nothing else. They sent me an email only to tell me doesnt work and showed them so they gave me the # to call which I did but did it at home cause I had to leave store to catch bus. And that call took me to their web page and I have no amazon prime. Thanks for nothing

They use to be good dont use the MetroPcs app to pay your bill. Had a hard time tying to prove i pay my bill. Then before i finally got my service on they wanted me to pay 9 more dollar. When they already had 66 dollar of my. Sorry to see Metropcs become corrupt like so many other. Been with metropcs since 2000..not know more. .
