Been here on several occassions and they never solve my problem with my phone service. Huge waste of time as far as technical support, ok as a phone store, prices are high. Supplies are best bought on Amazon.
Allen was the best! So personable and professional I am very pleased with his customer service! He was able to get me in and out and went above and beyond helping me he is even helping me tomorrow! Great job Allen your service didnt go unnoticed!!

I would have given negative stars if it were possible. Absolutely atrocious customer relations. The young man that was talking to me was too rude for words. He was obnoxious and telling me that I had misunderstood what their customer service text had stated. It was he who had misunderstood the text. I left thoroughly disgusted. I drove to the Riverbank T-Mobile and was treated with respect and was given the price and the two free phones that I had been told that I would receive with no questions asked. How can there be such a difference from one store to the next. Don’t use the one on McHenry!!!!
You guys and gals really dont even know if the company made a one plus 8 pro just a 8 and had the audacity to tell me they made a 7 pro like learn the product you have and be up to date on your facts and products. I was the only one there and the employees are doing nothing ... Learn to do your job you get paid by the hour, instead of wasting company time, be productive and better yourselves.

Usually tmobile people are very friendly. Greeting us as we come in, kinda letting us know how many people are in front of us, ect. This store in particular, no one greeted us as we came in. We walked around looking st different phones... kept looking to see if the someone was available. There were about 8 other people sitting, maybe two separate families waiting for someone to be available, but kind of looked confused too. We still were looking at different phones deciding which one would be the better upgrade for our new 2 year contract. 30 minutes goes by, no one acknowledges us. I see a man come in saying he needed to pay a bill, and over hear the agent at the counter like yeah, since its just your bull I can slip you in... when he was gone another guys goes next when we were there first. Still no one acknowledged we were even in there. 45 mins in the store, we just walked out. Pretty unprofessional service. Ive been with tmobile for years and this is the first store that handles customers like this. The families sitting there were pretty patient, but no one was greeted.
Horrible customer service tell you one price then it goes up even more once another employee jumps in, very poor to customers wouldnt go to this store ever again! Very unprofessional!

I had went to T-Mobile on hatch road and got horrible service was told I didn’t qualify for nothing and was better off with the service I had at the time, And just when I thought I wasn’t going to get a good deal nor phone because of what I was told from the employees on hatch. I came over here and got the best customer service from Christian Romero, he got a me a great deal and had such great customer service !! I was able to walk out with a new phone and new company!
Went to pay my phone bill, but when I walked in they didnt respond to me or asked what I was there for. I waited for 15 minutes, they only had 2 customers, another lady walked in and they helped her right away, instead of helping me first. So I left to go to another t mobile store to pay my phone bill.
Went here for a screen protector they made me wait 30min before answering the simple question if they had any in stock for note 8. Vanessa finally asked and then stated they were out of stock. Just a bad experience. Kinda want to switch back to Verizon.
Honestly for a place in which I am about to spend money in for new phones they have horrible customer service. The man who was giving me the information over the phone was completely rude and not at all helpful. I dont even think he really checked my information over the phone he simply answered NO your information is not here I called the 1-800 and my information WAS there.
Raul helped me T R E M E N D O U S L Y! I had a broken phone and was on a time crunch. I picked out my new phone and he was able to slave over everything from my old (broken!) phone to new phone. And less than 45 minutes. Im very grateful he was able to recover the contents from my old phone. T-mobile, give that kid a raise. Hes a rockstar.
I went into t-mobile at mc henry and granger and eas assisyed by the friendliest girl there. She helped me and explained so I understood. Was very knowledgeable. If you are interested in checking out T-Mobile go to Ceres or the one on mc henry and granger.
Ive been a T-Mobile customer for 18 years and the last three times to this location were a bust. My last visit I was told the wait would only be 20 minutes. I left after an hour and reminded the kind representative that he was not doing anyone any favors but telling the customers it will only be a 20 minute wait. 7 people left during my stay. Why would a business have 8 work stations and only 2 employees. On my previous trip to get a buy one get one free phone deal I was told they only have one phone. Running a national sale and only have one phone.
T-Mobile has been a good experience for me. I bought my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 at T-Mobile on McHenry and Granger in December, 2013. The Note is an awesome powerhouse, and T-Mobile has provided good support.
I hate this store. Its 5 minutes from my house, but Id still rather drive to mall for help. Inconsiderate, get frustrated easily, younger staff. Roll their eyes and make faces to each other when helping customers. Ill never go to this store again.
Everyones so helpful even when its busy
When I first sighed up for t_mobile, I did it at this store.I walked in and asked if this was a franchise or a company store.They told me company, and later I found out they lied.Anyway, the service was ok, not great. It took them a little over an hour to set me up with new service.Fast forward a few months to this morning. I walk in to pay my bill and there are three employees working, another customer waiting to pay his bill and the manager interviewing a young man for a position. I wait for what seems like a lifetime but was really about 15 minutes, finally the manager walks away from the interview and I ask her if I can pay my bill because Ive been waiting 15 minutes and the other guy has been waiting even longerShe raired back and told me you can wait your turn really snotty like.I said Ive been waiting, could she please help the other guy and me.She said no, youll get helped when they (the other agents) are done with their customers so you get their full attention I told her the all I wanted to do was pay my bill and Id been waiting over 15 minutes, and she cut in and told me more like 5I dont know the managers name but shes rude and crude and I will NOT go back to this location.

LOL went in to buy a phone. Wasnt allowed to because I didnt remember my pin. Seriously idiotic people in this store. Im going to look at other carriers...no point in giving these fools my money. Was treated extremely poorly...staff is very unprofessional...not very much common sense. The pin does not prove my identity...my driving licence and credit cards do.
When I sign my business up I was told that they would save me money and that their service was comparable to their competition. It was terrible. I will never use tmoble again and will tell everybody that will listen to stay away.
My Girlfriend and I bought our phones there. We have had nothing but problems there. The three times we have been to the store After our purchase we got the impression that they wanted to say whatever would get us out of the store the fastest. They look very hopefull when we step in, as soon as they realize we arent there to start up a new phone service. Its Oh you need to call customer service on your phone ...we cant help you. ... Sad place. Never go here unless your starting up a new service then at least they pretend to care about what your saying lol.
With my fourth visit in to T-Mobile and still couldnt get anything accomplished Ive only been there one month and it cost me an extra $100 just for walking in the store and changing from Metro. For service poor customer service
