Very friendly workers, 1st time to this corporate store. They looked over my plan to make sure it would be a good fit for my new phone. Thank goodness I dont have to make any changes. While waiting there was a elderly gentleman that was being helped and the young lady asked and told him about the phone he was looking at. The man looked puzzled so she then ask maybe you could tell me exactly what it is that you are trying to accomplish with your phone and I could help you better. Nice to know they will go the extra mile to make sure youre needs are met. I left the store feeling satisfied and my phone arrives in 2 days. Thank you Verizon 😊

I always have really good luck with this store. They are very helpful and know about almost all of the promotions. I have a store closer to me but would rather drive to this store.

We had a wonderful experience here while upgrading our Verizon phones. Edgar was very helpful and patient with our questions, he made the search/set-up very easy.

Everyone is trying their best under the circumstances. (Covid restrictions, chip and phone shortages, etc) The rep I got was a seasoned employee so I was lucky. Pretty painless transaction except for the price. Ouch.

The employees at the store were great. Going above and beyond to try to help, though phone support (which they needed to get on the line) were actually detrimental to my account (lost my number in process of porting from another provider).Long story short, those at the store will help where they can, but dont trust Verizon Corporate customer service.

Usually a bad experience but yesterday was cool cuz they did give me a charger for my Samsung Galaxy watch3 but it didnt work.

The actual store on Pelandale did an awesome job. The staff and manager was great. They made up for the online customer service being rude and messing our appointment and order up multiple times.

Everyone there is always very helpful. They go above and beyond to help you fix your problems. Problems we had are finally fixed, we are 200% happy

I gave someone a ride to pay their phone bill. All I saw was the front of the store from the front row seat in my car. And the security guard doing his job.

Staff is friendly and helpful! Covid 19 has effected normal access to the business and staff which is sad for everyone! Hopefully it will go back to normal services before Covid 19!

I have to take a moment to write about this location and Verizon itself. Long story short, we transfered our service from another carrier and although I started my research online, I wanted to call the store as I had a few more questions. Edgar answered and right off the bat was super helpful and friendly. He told me to ask for him when we came in and I did just that. He was clear with what my husband and I were getting, showed me everything I signed up for, how much the bill would be and it matched everything I had seen online. It made me feel more comfortable since this was my first time ever switching to a new carrier. My daughter was getting restless toward the end and Edgar was super understanding. He was funny, and very helpful literally from start to finish . I cant thank this location enough for making us feel welcome as new customers. I feel very confident in Verizon as my new carrier but also in this location due to my experience with Edgar.

We are seniors and technology is difficult for us. We had a problem with a phone we had just purchased. We had excellent service from Edgar who made the process easy. He went beyond his job description and we remain happy Verizon customers.

Verizon is the best provider... they have always treated me very well... been a customer for over 10 years and still very satisfied. Their selection of devices are top notch. They may be more expensive compared to other providers but they are best in the market

The customer service here is good, Im giving 2 stars for the return policy. My advice, never ever buy anything from Verizon Wireless except cellular service. Why, they charge a restock fee. No other electronics store in the free world does that. Seriously even if you item doesnt work out of the box and you want to return it. They charge a restock fee. Side note, you can always buy accessories and other items they sell for way cheaper elsewhere as well. And if you want to return an item bought elsewhere for any reason you can without paying a restock fee. Something to think about.

Received fast service which is pretty hard now a days from a cell phone store, this is a Verizon official branch store and not a contractor mini shop. I needed a sim card and received a new one free of charge, the rep I believe could have given me better service as he gave me an uninteresting look since I wasnt really buying anything but Im not deterred yet. Lots of cases to choose from and a large variety of speakers and tablets. I would recommend this location for a one stop shopping experience.

Absolutely the worst service ever!!! I purposely go to the corporate stores because of their service (or so I thought!) I need a screen protector (mine broke) The clerk was rude and no help! Two girls.playing on their phones. He checked in back. Sorry, dont have them. When asked where he thoughtI could get one. His remark how would I know check online! WOW!!! If it werent so important maybe I would have time for that! Dont go out of your way or anything! A verizon customer for 28 yrs! That was ridiculous!!

Quick service from pleasant people. Not often how I would describe my experience within a Verizon store in the last decade. Recommend going after 5:30 pm or early in the morning to avoid a longer wait.

My grandson took us to get a phone for his sister. He added her to his account. The sales person was able to give him a military discount, as well! It was a worthwhile trip for both of them!!

Bre and Sue were very helpful with getting out accounts switched over to Verizon. They were very patient and walked us through their entire process. They even called in for our warranty that was above and beyond the call of duty!!! I will now go out of my way to come to this store! So helpful :) thanks guys!

I RARELY get good service at this brick and mortar. I prefer *611, as they are EXCELLENT in what they do!TheseSolution Specialists at the store do everything for you, therefore, you dont know how to resolve your own issues for the future. I HATE having to resort to the brick and mortar and avoid it when I can.

My phone was hacked Mon. June 17th, after trying hard reset multiple times I went to Verizon store Tuesday morning for help. I was obviously upset and crying not knowing what to do. I told the rep what was going on. ERNESTOS remark was, What do you want me to do about it Im not a technician. Then the Sales Manager, ERNEST, starts screaming at me saying to kick me out to the store manager. I have never been treated so poorly not to mention being violated by hackers. Im disgusted that Verizon would employ people like this and that they have ZERO help for being hacked. STEP YOUR GAME UP VERIZON and teach your employees to help with issues not create more.

We went in with a minor problem of pop-up ads the trauma help this was very thoughtful and very helpful and he said he removed them. And about three blocks from there when we left we start getting him again.

I walked in and was help instantly.Very friendly and concerned with my problem gave me steps to fix my phone if that dont work she said I have a warranty and my phone will be replaced thank you.

This is by far my favorite verizion store to go to they are very helpful and try to help you in any way that they can. The wait times are usually good except around 6 p.m. they get pretty busy.

They do have the best phone service. But the people are on commission so theyre very greedy and pushy.

Very snobish girl didnt want to help me solve a problem,that I was having with my phone.. Verizon needs to check their staff, she was rediculous! Will never visit that store again..some stores have better than others, Verizon didnt fit in either catagory! Dont use this store.

I just came back from Australia. Where my travelers pass did not work. Left me with no service. Came back to USA, still no service. I went to Verizon store on Pelandale ave. Sales lady was VERY RUDE and SHORT. Put new sim card but would not explain why. She said my job is only sales. There was no concern that I had no service on vacation and no service when I came to USA even to connect with my transportation home.

For 16+ years my father always used Verizon and he always came to this location if he had questions. Well my recent visit wasnt so pleasant. My father has just passed away causing me to endure some hard financial times and I couldnt make my payment on time so I figured I could come here to have them push back the date. I told them my situation and two females at the counter didnt say anything to me other than you can call this number and that was literally it... felt like I was interrupting their chat time. I then called customer service and they helped me out while being very sincere to my situation. I have come here other times in the past and it seems the customer service agents at this location only care about you if you are going to buy something. This place use to have good people working in it. Not so much anymore...

I had a bad experience here first of all the staff is not well trained they dont know about the products.When comes to sell they try their best to sell something on you but when comes helping customers with products that they sold they either walk away from you or get frustrated while helping you solving the problem. Asked simple question about ring tones and why it wont work on my phone. He knows nothing about ring tones and then started deleting apps on my phone. Said I would need to go to tech support that is offered through the insurance because they know everything about phones; even more than he does! What a waste of time. I will never go back to this location for my phone needs. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I went to the retailer store on McHenry they were a total scammers they took my money and they sold me some bundle that has a lot of accessories and devices that I didnt want anyways I got my refund through Verizon customer service and they referred me to that store. Stay away from retail businesses especially the one on McHenry Avenue in Modesto !

After a month trying to get things sorted out with a bill (and a customer service rep said I had been sent to collections) I headed into the store. I had customer support on speaker phone also, as they told me to come in to the store and the store employees told me to call them.After being unable to get things resolved on of the representatives (not the one helping me) came over and began to yell at me for several minutes. He told me to stop wasting their time, and bringing my problems in, and he yelled at me to leave their store and for other representatives to stop helping me. One rep Alam, I believe, was very kind and tried to help until I was shouted down by this other rep.Worst experience I have ever had. I don’t normally leave google reviews but I knew others needed to be warned.
