I am very picky about who I leave my phone with and I was more than pleased with the professionalism and high level if customer service here. I had shopped around for pricing as well and theirs was the lowest by a wide margin. Highly recommend this shop for all your cell phone needs!🎖🎖🎖

I go here all the time, with any and all phone problems or questions, never had an issue...in fact, I was here on Saturday, to get a repair, cheapest and best quality in town by the way, and I saw the person that made that last review, I was in line behind her...shes just mad cuz she had to wait in line, the owner is never rude, there was no confrontation with another customer, its called conversation and/or banter, the owner told her that she would need to contact Boost Customer Service to get a SIM card, that he didnt carry them, I heard the hole thing, as did several other customers...with that let me say to the staff at K&C Wireless...keep up the good work, and to the complaining customer, get clue lady, the world doesnt revolve around you, and if you know so much about cellular devices, then why did you go to store to get it fixed?...oh and while youre out looking for that clue...find a bra too...NO ONE WANTS TO SEE THAT...that was the worst part of my visit to this store...

Ive bought two phones from Kevin here and the service I received was very friendly. I have also had two screens on two different phone crack and got them repaired as well. Kevin is a nice guy and he is always willing to help. Service was fast and he did an amazing job on the repairs. You couldnt even tell there was ever an issue. I have also had friends get their iPhones fixed here and he did an amazing job. Oh, and I got two screen protectors and he put then on for me at no charge. I refer people to him all the time and theyve all been super happy with his work. If you have an issue with him, its not him, its you. Lol!

Do not come here unless you want to get your phone back worse than before. Never coming here again. Horrible customer service. Was closed multiple times when he was supposed to be open. He WILL NOT return your call or text. Very frustrating experience. I tried giving him the benefit of the doubt but hes just not a trustworthy guy. I never give bad reviews but unfortunately it was well-deserved this time.

I had a great experience from the first time I called the store, to the time I stepped in. I really needed my tablet fixed for a trip, and fixed fast! Not only is it getting fixed in time, but at a really great price! Ill def be using his services again.

I have had numerous Cell phones and an iPad fixed here. The owner is fast, reliable, and honest. I will and do return for business and he is not the closest business to where I live. I appreciate the quality of work that he performs.

After reading the reviews, I am not sure if I would patronize this business or not, the reviews are out of Date which is neither here nor there I guess not a lot of people leave a review.. what turns me off is when the owner of the establishment comes back with a unbusiness like responses to a rude comment, after I read the rude review I knew that the person that left the rude comment was not right, their complaint was absurd... then the owner comes on and leaves a rude comment in reply to the cazy rude customer and they kind of have a public display of words ... Say nothing owner makes you look a whole lot better your good reviews say it all then once in awhile you get a fool

Took a month and when I got my phone back after $70 its like he did nothing what so ever to it then after saying something to him he just trash talked me and blamed me for why my phone is still not working. Im pretty sure he did nothing to it besides hold it for a month

Thank you for the fast service on my sons iPad screen replacement. Kevin worked with me because our hours conflicted. I met up with him at 9am and by 11 I got a message saying my iPad was done. Met up when him after I got off work, I dont know many other business owners that would do this for their customers. I will definitely be a returning customer.

The owner was rude from the time I walked in. Then got upset when I commented on his behavior! He flashed my phone, but it wasnt completely flashed. I wouldnt reccomend him to my worst enemy. Save your time and money; go somewhere else!

Took my moms phone to metro pcs and they caused a soft brick, then took it to three different places and they all just made it worse... kc fixed it in a day, nuf said.

His service is horrible and he is super rude. From the moment i walked in he had a confrontation with another customer i thought maybe that guy had a problem no the owner has a problem i told him i had a issue with my phone and text messaging he pretend he was doing something then hand me back my phone and says he cant help me because it didnt have a sim card. I told him its funny because my phone has not had a sim card in it for the two years i had it and he goes well its funny you need to call boost mobile and tell them to give me a sim card and he cant waste anymore of his time on it. I called boost mobile they said the sim has nothing to do with anything this guy is horrible i would never go back to him for anything his manner is horrible and he does not know how to treat his customers with respect

Please BEWARE of Kevin (owner). It took him 1 month to tell me my phone wasnt repairable. He is a prick and liar. He even threatened me. Please do not give him your business ever.
