They sell refurbished unlocked phones here. Low end to high end. Competitive to Amazon pricing, but you can walk in and see it before you buy. Lots of accessories for the stuff they have in stock. Definitely recommend for those not looking to get roped into expensive monthly phone plans. I bought a refurbished/unlocked Note 8 for a little over $300. Well worth it. No monthly payments on the device bc I own it.

My phone screen stopped working less than a week after the warranty ended. I did not drop or damage it. They did not care. I believe it was a faulty replacement part or poor quality work. They told me the warranty wouldnt have covered it anyway too.

I walked in off the street no heads up call ask for a repair to my phone part in stock cheaper than anybody else,$50 less, same day repair everyone else said one week part delivery. I dont plan to go anywhere else next time.

I came here 2 weeks ago to fix my phone screen on my LG G8 ThinQ after I accidentally broke it & they did a beautiful job. My screen had shards of tiny glass falling apart. & since my phone was still kinda brand new, parts was a bit pricey. I called every other place & they wanted to charge me more than 200$ for the parts, delivery, labor..etc. City Cel was the best choice for me. Althought the glass screen protector that I bought from them didnt really stick. It started to come off after 3 days. So that kinda sucked. But all in all, Thank you City Cel for fixing my phone! :)

Everything needed to be worked on many times... iPhone battery replaced 0-20 percent needs 10-15 mins to achieved on a regular iPhone battery with this replacement 0-20 takes an hour. It won’t pick up momentum until at 50 percent so I’m usually at 30 percent all the time cuz no time to charge it.

If I could give a negative zero review, I would. I am a very positive person, and have literally never given a bad review . In this case, city cell was horrible, disrespectful, and unprofessional and then some. I took in my phone for a replacement of the charger port. I paid city cell for a diagnostic ( to confirm the problem). They confirmed, it was just the charger port. When o took the phone in, it was on, and working perfect. I got a call a few hours later, they told me to come pick up my phone . That the phone was fried, and not fixable!! I was able to charge it up before, but had to wrap the cord around, to get a good charge. There were no other issues. They ( and owner) refused to replace the phone, and didnt acknowledge that the phone was working when oi handed it to them. They kept the money for the diagnosed and literally handed me my phone in pieces, all taken apart ... With all the internal parts showing! If you go in for a simple repair, please get your proof that your phone isnt fried! They may break it, and blame you for it. I have children to support, and these guys cost me &300 for a new phone :(.

This place is amazing. I first went to apple so they could fix my phone. They returned it to me with my screen fixed, but they said it wouldn’t turn on & my screen was black. So I came here & they fixed it for a better price! When it comes to repairs I will be coming here instead of apple.

I dont understand why the reviews for this cellular phone store are not higher. Ive been coming here for years. Anytime I have any issues with my I-phone, their technician fixes it right away, within the day. All of the staff are knowledgeable, and helpful. Sometimes there are a lot of people waiting, because this is a popular stop. In spite of this, the staff manages to get through lines quickly. The staff often suggest ways to save money on my bill. I have never had bad service here. Im thankful that I can get my cellular needs taken care of in one stop.

I called today to get a quote on an iPhone 6 plus cracked screen. I was told the price was close to 200 dollars. I politely informed her that Apple only charges 109.00. She took offense to the fact and told me to go where I can afford what works with your limited budget. I was not even asking for a discount, all I wanted to know, was why they charged double what the phone manufacturer charged. I wanted to know if they used a better unbreakable screen, or if they gave a warranty. Instead she insulted me. Way to go city cell! you lost a client for life. By the way I never write this reviews, but I figured I let everyone who owns an apple iPhone never go to this place, when you can go to the apple store and get it done better and cheaper. My phone only had a battery problem and after taking it there they completely broke the phone. Had to take it back multiple times a week because they would fix one thing and break another and blame me for the damage. I didnt accept the refund because they said the phone can get blocked because of them opening the phone alot for not doing well the first time. I do not recommend this place.

I toke my iPhone 6 to get the screen replace because of a crack. The first time, they used a cheap aftermarket glass that looked color faded and had a blue dot on it. He tried convincing me that it was normal. He agreed to replace the screen one more time and I let him. When I got it back, the off/on button on the side was pushed in and the screen started getting dark spots a few hours after I picked it up. Once again, I toke it back and he claims it’s normal… What a joke. There’s a reason why he use to have 7 stores… I wish I can say that you get what you pay for, but this guy is expensive, I paid top $ for cheap labor… My advice is, get it done right somewhere else…

These guys are overpriced. And they only care about their own pocket money. They probably can fix your phone. But also might damage something else in it just for you to come back and get even more money. Trust me they dont care about customers at all.

Not sure if having a working phone is important to you, but they gave me an estimate for my phone and said it would take 1 1/2 hours to repair because they had my S5 Active LCD replacement screen in stock. Then, when I called back to confirm I was bringing the phone in (instead of just showing up) I was told it would take 3-5 business days for the part. This really put me in a bad position.Not sure why they thought it would be a good idea to mislead me. Pretty damn inconsiderate and irresponsible. I think they were trying to steer me into purchasing one of their phones to avoid the wait.

They ruined my moms phone. They replaced the screen and asked for the passcode then changed all the configurations and now she cant enable Touch ID and her phone freezes. These people are cheap but they will ruin your phone. Dont come here

I went in the store on a monday asking them to fix my cracked screen. they told me they would have it fixed in a couple of hours. they called me and told me they did not have the part that it would take 3-5 buisness days for it to arrive. gave a call friday still was not ready.. i call again and they tell me they had to send the part back because they ordered the wrong one. called wednesday still not ready. finally thursday they called to pick it up. almost TWO weeks!!

This place has the worse costumer service and the owner is very rude, I took my Ipad to have the screen replaced, and it was working well, after paying $160.00 (overpriced) to have it replaced. I took it home to use it and it will not connect to the wifi. I took it back to explained what was going on and the owner just argued with me and I dd not get anywhere with him. I ended up taking the Ipad to a different place and they explained that when the screen was replaced they damage the wifi antenna. I do not recommend any body going there for any type of repairs.
