Short Version: Valley Lexus had the right stuff, and awesome people such as Josh who is my main guy, and Adrian for doc signing :) Long version: Looking through website and giving them a call. I was able to connect with Josh over the phone promptly. I got there with my wife and kids (kids were tired and hungry, but even this they accommodated with professionalism- ). From the moment Josh introduced himself with the vehicle that I inquired about over the phone already set aside and waiting for me, test driving, getting everything figured out, signing some documents with Josh then seeing Adrian to sign some final documents was a breeze. Buying a car experience may not be something everyone looks forward to. But the people that helped me today truly did extraordinary job. Great Job Josh & Adrian! The very very short wait that we had didnt take anything away from us having a 5 star vehicle purchase experience at all. In fact, all in all, the smoothest, prompt, professional, caring experience! After experiencing bad customer service at an auto shop I decided to take my Lexus here for a 2nd opinion. Let me tell you Im really glad I did. I cant express to you enough how amazing the customer service was here. They were very friendly and helpful. Actually send you a video(body cam)to your phone to show a detailed inspection on your car. Plus they even take you out into the shop to actually show you in person what they found from the inspection and a tech is there to explain it to you. All my years taking my cars into auto shops Ive never experienced that. Hopefully its okay to mention names here because service rep. Corey was absolutely amazing. A real pleasure to work with. Elena Flores gave an outstanding customer service experience making sure that me and my car are well taken cared of. She helped me with tire purchase and replacement a few weeks ago and kept me informed or updated as to the progress. A few days ago, my car suffered a minor scratch so I had to call the service department once again. Once again, Elena came to the rescue and had me bring my car on that same day, faster than I thought. Mark Buchanon, the details manager worked on the damage right away and before I could even get settled in the waiting area, my car was ready and I was out of the dealership in less than half an hour-record breaking! This place is about 25 mi from my home & in route to my workplace. I went once in 2018 for service and felt unwelcomed as if my business wasnt good enough. As if I was a broke bum for asking details of what I was paying for. Ever since, I willingly drive 60 mi further and happily pay more money to the original Lexus that has always handled my services just to feel welcomed.Today, I attempted go again and sure enough, I was reminded of why I drive 60 mi to get service.

Eddie got me out of the old contract at no cost and added rebates to get me into a new 2021 Lexus that fit my budget since I am retired. First, let me preface this review by saying that I have usually had good experiences with the service department at Valley Lexus. Ruben in particular has been extremely helpful in the past, and Ive enjoyed my interactions with him over the years. Prior to today, I probably wouldve given the service division 4 stars out of 5.Today, however, I was scheduled for routine service on my GX and I was astonished to find that no arrangements had been made for customers to wait outside - no arrangements whatsoever. As everyone knows, vehicle servicing can take a while, and given what is generally known about the spread of covid-19 in indoor, air-conditioned environments, I fully expected there to be *some* consideration of folks who would not want to wait for their vehicle in a closed, stuffy, indoor area.Sadly, I was quite mistaken.Not only was there not a single place to sit outside - nothing! not a chair, not a bench - the only place to sit on the ground was littered and dirty and adjacent to dead plants (Ill attempt to upload some pics). My options were literally, 1). Wait inside during a pandemic, or, 2). Sit in the dirt.On a whim, I called Lexus of Fresno to see if they had outdoor seating for service appointments and their receptionist immediately answered with, Yep, yep. We have an outdoor patio and everything is 6 feet apart.I immediately scheduled my service with Fresno and cancelled my appointment at Valley Lexus. When I explained why I was cancelling, Gary Koeppen (Service Manager at Valley Lexus) was rather condescending and a bit rude, which for me, sealed the deal. Bye bye. And lets go ahead and cancel that order for roof crossbars while were at it.Thanks anyway Valley Lexus, but I dont want my Lexus Driving Experience with a side of covid.

It was first time using this Lexus Dealership for my 2019 ES maintenance.Everyone was pretty nice and politely greeted me.But the waiting area was poor, and small.My waiting time was about 2 hours(I already made an appt for wait at dealership.)Unfortunately, they put the wrong amount of air(The pic is when its cold.) They showed a video of the inspection, and detailed oriented service. They offered a courtesy vehicle, only issue was returning it, where they didnt have service member with ID, which I declined to return until I had a verified employee. Common sense is that your greeter, your foremost representive should be identifiable. His supervisor was not empathetic to the situation, also lacking ID. Ill digress because Cory, our service rep was above and beyond.

Ed in service is always amazing and takes very good care of me for both maintenance and any other minor issues that come up, including squeezing me in at the last minute and making sure I have a car to drive so I don’t miss a beat in my demanding schedule. I’m also fortunate enough to work with Ryan Fitzpatrick the General Manager and he typically helps me get started when I buy my vehicles then turns it over to his management team. I dont like leaving negative reviews but I have been bringing my vehicle for service here since day one. I find that the service department should do more to assist customers. I can not say that I have ever had a stellar experience, my last experience was that my vehicle was in at 10:45am for the 20k service which I was told would take 1hr. I asked for a loaner and asked to be called as soon as my vehicle was ready. I had to call at 12:45pm and was told that my service advisor was at lunch and no one but him could tell me if my car was ready. I proceeded to drive back to the dealership, my vehicle was done and parked out front. I went in and was told that my service advisor was still not back and he hadnt completed the paperwork so the car was not ready to leave. After explaining that it had almost been 3 hrs, that my car was sitting there completed and that I had appointments to get to they had someone else finish the paperwork so I could leave. There has to be a better way to handle this! A customer should not have to wait that long over paperwork! If I hadnt pushed the issue with needing to leave Im assuming that they would have waited for my service advisor to come back from lunch and finish the paperwork before I would have got my car. I would hope they do something to address this so things like this dont happen again in the future.

I had a fantastic experience from Valley Lexus - Grady WelchFrom the time I walked onto the lot to driving off in my new Lexus, I was treated with dignity and respect. I loved that after the test drive the salesperson stated, “I will give you two a moment” to allow us to talk over the purchase of the vehicle in private with no sales pressure. The staff at Valley Lexus did an amazing job. Valley Lexus provided five star service with no pressure at all. It was an amazing buying experience.

The Lexus experience was everything I hoped it would be. Maci was knowledgeable and very patient when helping syncing my phone. I test drove other vehicles that day, but as soon as I got behind the wheel of my Lexus I instantly had a smile. It was the smoothest ride and I love all the options.

I am being generous with the score here because I am reasonable. At the end of the day, I got the car I wanted. Process was relatively quick and easy, the Sales Rep nor the Finance Manager were too pushy and it was pretty transactional. In terms of process, I was content. Follow up too from multiple parties involved was good.That being said, and I hope this is at least acknowledged internally as feedback on the customer service side of things. One of our Sales Reps made literally no effort to build rapport with us. He barely said a word during the walk-around, drive test, and into the office leading up to the signing. Did not ask one question about how our day was going, how we liked the car, nor even talked about the specs on the car (unless we asked). Hello? Youre trying to sell a car. Talk to me like Im a human being. I would imagine any Salesman, even in retail, would make an effort sharing some details and special features on the product theyre trying to sell even if the customer has an idea. It was the exact opposite to the point where if I asked a question, I felt guilty even inquiring about it in the first place. The thought of feeling patronized as a customer still blows my mind. Im truly embarrassed for this person and myself for having experienced it at a Lexus of all places. Im even apprehensive to pick up the phone and call their sales office ever again. It was such an awkward exchange of conversation, or lack thereof. I just hope that not talking to your customers isnt part of your sales tactic.At the end of the day, I bear no ill will to this Sales Rep. Maybe they just had a bad day. I get it. Just remember, this is a LUXURY brand, and thus your customers are expecting good, if not amazing service.

I took a drive one day to look at a rare used vehicle that Valley Lexus had. I had a great visit with George, who is personable and honest. I recommend paying this dealership a visit if youre interested in a better experience than what you typically find in the middle of Silicon Valley.

After trying to self diagnose my own car and fixing it to save time and money I ran out of options within my own scope of practice. I went to Ed at Modesto Lexus and him and his team did a great job. We had some fuses blown a few weeks after Lexus fixed the initial issue and without hesitation Ed had me bring my car in and within the same day solved the solution. I use my car to commute to school and back so to have this great of a service is above par in my book. I’m a forever customer.

We had a terrible experience with Valley Lexus in Modesto with the sales manager Dane Michaels. Looks like to me he doesnt like Asian people. We are a family & friend circle of 100+ here in the Central Valley and I will tell each and everyone of my family members to not go there. That guy is very unprofessional, rude and looks like to be in a power trip. Valley Lexus and higher authorities should fire him and hire friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth Sales Manager.

Needed a Routine Maintenance Check-Up.Walked into Valley Lexus - Modeso SALES Dept. 1st,Got WEIRD looks from Salesman.Drove over to Service Dept.Pulled up to a Valet type drop off.Small lobby/Waiting area.Sat 10-15 Min.Assisted by Service Representative.Got a Beverly Hills vibe while there.Free fountain soda machine in the lobby.Fast service.Less than 2 Hour wait.Met & Chatted with a down to earth Customer.However, Workers/Atmosphere seemed cold/Uppity.

First time here but they were so great. I’ve been going to corporate auto shops(Midas and jiffy lube), thinking it would save me money. These guys did a much better job for about the same price. They kept in contact the entire time via text and phone calls. They wash and vacuum your car after any work you get done. Service waiting room is so clean, they have plenty of refreshments. Also a mini shop for all Lexus brand additions you wish for your car and a sales rep there to tell you if an item fits your car or to order the product that does. All round great experience

My wife and I had been casually looking for a new car and considered several dealerships. A few days ago, we made a decision to visit Lexus in Modesto.I personally avoid this because of all the ‘pushy’ sales people we encounter that make the experience enjoyable.Nevertheless, we went into Lexes and met George. He was friendly and gave us the ‘non pressure’ proactive that allowed us to relax and enjoy viewing several cars.After driving several cars, we finally fell in love with the right one. Luckily, their large inventory allowed them to have the color and model we wanted...without waiting. Within an hour they had our new car detailed and ready for us and we completed our paperwork quickly as well!I am not one to go to this length for a review, so consider this a real positive experience! I highly recommend asking for GEORGE when you stop by Valley Lexus, you will quickly see what I am talking about!
