Quick, easy and professional. I had a problem starting my vehicle and as I suspected it needed a new battery. The car is 6 years old so this was an expected expense. I encountered very friendly service, a clean, comfortable waiting room and the battery was replaced quickly.

We purchased our 2020 Honda Insight from Mistlin Honda in July of 2020. We were offered an excellent price at the time including the trade in value of our previous vehicle.In September of this year we brought the vehicle back to Mistlin with a mystery leak in the driver side rear tire. The tire had been examined both by another Honda dealer and a discount tire store. Neither could find a problem with the tire and in fact, the other Honda dealer created some song and dance about overfilling the tire causing the low tire indicator to go on. Mistlin quickly found a small leak near the sidewall of the tread and offered to replace the tire for a cost less than quoted by the discount tire dealer. We took them up on the offer and have had zero problems since.Even though we live over 40 miles away, well be taking our Honda back to Mistlin for any future service including the extended warranty service. No more song and dance from the local Honda dealer.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICEI recently purchased a 2022 Honda Civic at a different location, which had a glare on the windshield (some sort of manufactures defect) but came to Mistlin to resolve the issue since they are near my home.They were extremely professional and efficient in their communication. The windshield was replaced without any hassle. So far, no issues.I would highly recommend this dealership especially for service.Special thanks to Bob! :)

Ill never get a Honda again. This is the second Honda I own, and the A/Cs have gone out on both. I went to mostlin Honda and they told me it was my condenser and received three different price quotes for the same service. Within a year and after paying about $2000 to get it fixed the A/C is not working again. I spoke to the service manager to see what could be done, though he was nice, I was informed that just for checking the A/C it would be $400. And that I had just passes the warranty time. He kept trying to convince me to bring it in but I told him it was useless because its just going to keep breaking.

Purchased a 2022 Honda Civic Sport Sedan and am thoroughly impressed with all facets of the vehicle. Honda has really stepped up its technology regarding the Civic. Dare I say it almost feels and drives like a luxury vehicle. At least that’s what my daughter says. I do agree however.On the service side, Adam had me sold on the vehicle after a short 2 mile drive. Very knowledgeable regarding the in and outs of the vehicle. This is the second Honda we have purchased with Adam at Mistlin Honda in the past 6 months. The name Express Service is misleading. The service is popular to the point of eliminating any “Express Service.” My service took 4 hours to be completed requiring me to use the shuttle. However, the up side of ES is Jose (Supervisor) and his team of techs. He is one great guy. Very helpful and professional. Don’t hesitate. Use Express Service and you’ll be pleased.

I went in to get my 2015 Honda Civic si looked at because it had a problem with the tire cupping. I didn’t get the name of the guy I talked to in the service center but he lied to me trying to tell me my car wasn’t stock so they couldn’t work on it. (The car is stock) So then he ran around in circles trying to feed me lies before saying they cant make me an appointment and pretty much said bye and went back in. Terrible customer service would not recommend even getting an oil change from these people.

I have a Honda H-RV 2018 Salvage title. I got a mail from Honda to go to nearest Honda franchise to fix the A/C system for free. when I went to this place, they said that they don’t do it free for salvage title cars. My question is that why they send it to salvage title cars and waste people’s time? Secondly, I was ready to pay for it to get it fixed since I was already there, but they said that they don’t do the salvage cars there in that franchise. Another question comes up, why they don’t ask people to go to specific franchise where they do salvage title cars to get their car fixed, instead of saying go to nearest franchise?

I wanted a specific color 2021 PASSPORT TOURING model and MISTLIN had it. I live 120 miles from them. I contacted Hunter and had the whole thing set up including trade in. Hunter in sales and Brian in finance made the purchase smooth, easy, and FAST! A real no nonsense deal. Less than two hours and I was on my way home. Jorge was awesome. However, I can’t say the same for the last rep. The last person in the process was very determined to convince me to get GAP Insurance and Extended Warranty. He completely turned into another rude person and made my experience an unpleasant one. He tried to convince me three times. He was vey unprofessional. My 10 year old son was there and told me that he was rude. I stated to my son that we must always stand firm and not let someone manipulate us for their self interest. Honda are awesome cars.

Worst service ever. I bought this honda accord sports 2.0t 2021 last year and by the time i bought it they told me its first 3 oil change is free. U can take price cut or first 3 free oil change.I went their today for oil change and now they said they dont do it. Its not possible that we gave u this free oil change. Well dont promise if u cant keep it. Its my 3rd and last honda car. If u are interested to buy any car of honda make sure they gave u in written.

I usually don’t have any issues with Mistlin, but in my most recent service there I did.I took my van in for an AC Check (the unit would take about 10-15 mins before it blew cold air), and was told it would cost about $250 to review and refill. After having the car there for the full day, I had to call to check in the status. It wasn’t until it was close to closing when I was told that not only was it not fixed, but while they were testing the car, the pipe tore off. They don’t have the parts, so they would have to order and install, which brings my total to $750! I’ve tried to discuss with my service rep, that I shouldn’t be paying the extra $500 on an issue that I didn’t cause. However, since we were heading into the middle of summer of consistent 100+ degree temperature days, I had no option but to move forward with the service. Eventually, they brought the price down $100 to $650, but felt I was being taken advantage of. In the future, I hope that they are able to change their practices and inform me of the status as the day continues so I can know what to expect.

Its a toss up between MISTLIN Honda or central valley dodge.dodge dealer tried to sell me a 40 dollar mirror that they got from same place I did for 240.MISTLIN Honda did the scare tactic with my wife and it almost worked but Im alot slicker than they are.Gave my wife an estimate over 2000 dollars for stuff that needed to be replaced and was said to be dangerous if she didnt.2 yrs later and I still dont need brakes like they said.Do yourself a favor and do not listen to the idiots in the express service.good thing I dont have a Honda anymore

Excellent service as always. Dash tire trouble light came on and the technician put it on rack and showed me a nail in the sidewall on drivers side rear. They priced one or both tires but I only replaced the one. (Which by the way are cheaper than American Tire). I was impressed they had records of when my tires had been replaced and recommended I get both rear tires replaced at the same time. I will go back in another week to replace the other one. I was in and out in an hour. Props to the technicians. They were thorough (I watched them ), courteous and friendly. Also to the cashier. She’s always very sweet and efficient.

I took my car there initially for an oil change and tire rotation. I really loved how the gentlemen at the service office advised me that my tires were treading evenly and it looked like I did not need a tire rotation until next oil change. Being a women and going to a dealership to get work done on your car can be intimidating, but they were very honest and did not try to have me buy or “fix” unnecessary things.

Mistlin Honda is always awesome, they do a wonderful job and have excellent service. The staff takes pride in their work and I love the family feel there. The only down side is there seems to be a shortage of repair/garage staff. It took me over 2 hours to get an oil change on a Tuesday morning. I am sure COVID makes it harder to remain at full staff, but it would be nice if they beefed up their staff so they could be faster. The customer service attitude is still the best and that’s why I’ve been a loyal customer over 10 years.

I was taking my Honda to a different mechanic because I thought the price was better. When I had my brakes repaired I could tell something was not right. I took my car into the Honda dealership to have them checked and they were not done properly... so I paid the dealership to have them done right and the price was actually better then car pro had charged me. Sam was so accommodating when I walked in without an appointment. I had traveled from Redding to LA and coming back my AC went out about Bakersfield......it was a miserable trip to Manteca where my grandson who is a CHP lives. Sam could not get one part for my Honda so I had to continue on home and get it fixed in Redding the next day. I will be in Manteca again and if I have anymore problems I will certainly go see Sam. Been to mistlin like 10 times first spent $1900 dollars for a problem that still can’t find had me replace power steering pump and all kinds of other things and the noise is still there …then had to replace my battery there and still had to go in twice cause battery cells have went out on both batteries….and now they want me to spend another $2000 to find out the problem I originally taken it for..the service manager and his manger both can’t can’t figure it out….don’t know what to do with this service place …seems like all I do get is push back and excuses and they argue cause they want you to pass your warranty which I think is totally wrong…might have to call American Honda after today .

Rude customer service. Took my car to a mechanic and he printed out two pages of information on what repair needed to be done but he told me only Honda could repair it. I called Honda to explain and when I told them I didnt want to have them run another diagnostic for $150, I was immediately talked down to and treated with attitude. Im sorry but I already paid $60 for that elsewhere, Im not paying $210 to just find out what needs to be repaired in a pandemic. Its a simple repair but they kept transferring me between departments and each time I was transferred to this woman, she was extremely rude saying I didnt properly explain to the parts department on what I needed. I finally hung up and decided to go to Merced. So to that woman, I hope you have a better day. My day was rough too with a newborn but its not an excuse to be rude to someone who needs help. Be kind and do better.
