I requested a price from their website and in a matter of minutes bobby called me. bobby has great interpersonal skills and he was able to help my wife and me agree on the right car for us. We never felt any pressure from him and he was very patient with us. Bobby was very efficient with the paperwork on the financing and explained everything thoroughly. Family owned business. They do buy here, pay here. Very nice customer service personnel. If you’re looking for a car, they work with you to get the best possible deals and they give free warranty. Definitely recommend. I wouldn’t buy a car from anywhere else.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!! Bobby told me that tax, licensing, and registration and title were included. After I drove the 3 1/2 hours with my 87 year-old mother and paid cash for a car....total silence insued. I have made multiple calls to Bobby wondering when the paperwork was coming. NOTHING. 2 1/2 months later, NOTHING. Time for legal action, including ABCs 7onyourside!Finally, I did not have to report this dealer. ALTHOUGH, it did take 2 1/2 months to receive my title after I paid cash. Then, another three weeks to receive the registration and tags....very nerve-racking while I was driving around California with expired tags for 3 weeks.

Was great at customer service, made me think I was getting a great deal with no pressure...he even lowered price to his price, extending the warranty to 3000miles but then so many problems with it...and EXPENSIVE PROBLEMS!! Rack and pinions and shocks and struts...now o2 sensors and I have barely had it for 1month. I had gone by his shop and called him multiple times with no luck (shop was closed and phone went to vm) he texted and said he was so sorry that he just got back in town and would try to help..what a joke...he continued to have closed shop & no responses back. Even if my vehicle has the extended warranty what is the point if I cant get a hold of him. Will never buy from Bobby, Bubba, or whatever his name was again! $4400 + $2000 in repairs is not worth it for a 2005 vehicle with 200,xxx+ miles on it!!
