In my humble opinion. Poor customer service. Parts and service department made us feel as if we were not valued as customers. We will definitely not return.

After searching many car lots, I have to say this one has the best customer service and knowledgeable staff. Finding a car was difficult in this market but they took the time to show what was best for me and made the purchasing process easy and stress free. I can’t thank you enough and I will be sharing my experience with all my friends. You have made a customer for life.

We had four terrible experiences at the dealerships near our home, the salespersons were all out for what they can get, or we had to claw information out of them. It was an extensive deterrent, and it almost broke our spirit and killed our joy. In addition, they either had the exterior color but not the interior or the interior but not the exterior. We decided to take a look at this dealership online, and they had the vehicle we have been looking for, low miles, interior and exterior, the nice tech inside, but it was multiple cities away, but we’ve come this far, so WTH right?... So we called. Joe answers, his tone of voice was inviting, he listened to what I had to say, he asked what would best fit me, he heard my daughter talking and immediately catered to her needs and said the magic words “ you know what? I have an even better vehicle possibly the perfect vehicle for your little one. It has everything you’ve mentioned plus lower miles and a DVD player”. I told him I didn’t see that on the site he said it is so new it hasn’t been uploaded yet. I said I could come down; he asked about an appointment time, then I told him where I’m driving from and immediately was empathetic when he learned I would be taking the drive from four cities away, so I told him my experience, and he understood. A few hours later, we show up (late for the appointment). The car is in front with a hefty tag on the window stating reserved for and my last name... Yeah, I LIKE THAT. We get out, take a look at a few cars and make our way to the door (we were not bombarded by multiple salespeople trying to get a sale...I LIKE THAT!) Moving on, Michael greets us; we tell him we have an appointment, and he introduced us to Joe. Even being late, Joe’s mood or energy never changed. He even broke the ice with a hilarious dinner joke... you guessed it, I LIKE THAT!We took a look at the vehicle and some other vehicles for newer year body style and interior/exterior comparisons, went on a test drive, but I was good it was time for the paperwork. I was slightly discouraged when my credit score showed on paper, and my energy changed, but Joe’s and Homer did not. They remained patient and understanding even took time to explain how they obtain the information. I almost let this hinder our joy and ruin our entire experience, but my wife reminded me that we are GOOD. The process was smooth, the charges were explained, I didn’t have to fight for GAP and claw information from ANYONE... you know what’s coming next, I LIKE THAT! An excellent viewing and purchase experience. An excellent signing experience and an even better home experience. EVERY person we came in contact with were beautiful people; their energy and spirits were genuine... I LIKE THAT! Michael, Joe, Homer, and, Sharice, we appreciate you all. You have a lifelong customer based on the experience we had this weekend. SCH&NR

We had the best experience at Acura Modesto! The customer service was top notch. We worked with Joe to purchase our 2022 Acura MDX. We have owned several Acura’s and have always taken them to get serviced at Acura of Modesto. The service staff has always been efficient and friendly and has taken good care of our cars.

I was sitting in the guest lobby. I heard one of service people tell an elderly woman I cant diagnose your headlight, because it goes intermittently. Bring the car back when it goes out for good. Then he doubles down and says your tires are fine, theyre just old. Actually, let me go out and check for cracks. He walks back in and says how far do you drive your car? The tires are cracked, but because you dont drive far, theyll be fine. But Ill check on prices and send you a quote anyway. Moral of the story, dont get your car serviced here.

What a shady place. I went in for my radio code and they said they would have to charge me $90 to pull radio out to get serial number to give me code. The thing is all you have to do is hold down the 1 and 6 on the radio and it will give you serial number. They were goin to charge me saying they have to pull radio out of my dash to get this number. I guess they figured they could screw me over take my car to the back press the 1 and 6 and get number and charge me for it. I would never use this place for anything ever again.

Greg and his group are an outstanding team. I bought a used 2012 TL with low mileage back in May. About a month later, I had what I believed to be a wheel bearing noise. Took it in and had the technician ride with me to confirm. He couldnt be sure if it was the tire tread or the bearing, but replaced the bearing anyway just to eliminate it from the equation. NO charge because of the extended warranty. Very satisfied and would highly recommend Acura of Modesto to anyone.

Called about an Acura they currently advertising for sale but guy on the phone told me they would not sell it and it was being auctioned off since it was a high mileage car but oferd to buy as is and he said no it’s not for sale then why have ads online saying it is for sale

Nice staff needed to top off oil on a road trip quoted me really good prices on maintenance and service help me put oil and provided a funnel and was back on the road in no time and had a really cool merchandise in their store hats t-shirts put that Acura oil in the Acura cheaper than normal 5 20

We bought a used 2011 RDX from a private seller in the bay area almost a year ago. We first took it to the Acura of Modesto dealership because moisture was collecting under the passenger headlight, eventually burning out the bulb. The entire headlight unit and some capacitors had to be replaced, close to $2000. Not a big deal because the car was still under warranty. However, just recently the same problems with moisture occurred on the drivers side headlight. Unfortunately, the car is no longer under warranty and we were looking at over $1000 to replace the unit (no capacitor problems as the bulb hadnt burnt out yet). We talked with the service rep, who then talked to the owners. They were willing to comp more than half of the costs for us! So grateful for them doing this and reassures me that my quality vehicle also comes with quality service from the dealership.

Service department is dishonest. Brought 2012 TL in for transmission issues multiple times, service dept blew us off. Finally got it fixed when acura sent us a recall notice. Mislead my wife into multiple services multiple times. Only left one star because it wont let u leave 0.
