My brother called this place a few weeks ago to ask about a car, the guy over the phone was rude and was not willing to negotiate anything for a used car. Later we went to the dealer to get the car and they had moved the car to the Fresno location without updating any of the online inventory. We asked if the car could be broght up to the Modesto location but was told no, and then was told that no one would sell me a car. This place is horrible theyre cars wont start, for a test drive i saw the sales man pull out a jumper box, cars are in horrible condition and dirty. Better off going across the street. At theyre cars start.

These crooks are so lazy they advertise one (false) mileage but leave the Carfax (that clearly shows the actual mileage) on the listing! So glad I read these reviews before considering their lemons. Worst place you could get a car ever. They were so nice at first... But came back 3 days later because when I got the vehicle looked at it and the light was off. When we got the light turned on the check engine came on. I put 1500 down and she took 600 out just for the 3 days. I guess it must be a blessing they did let me switch it over to another vehicle. It would have been the same thing. They were so rude.

Need a new tire got a quote over the phone $90.00 for a new tire for my 2002 Buick century. When I got there wasnt $90.00 I dont know who gave me the $90.00 quote they were wrong. I ended up paying $95.00 for the tire plus tax and all that. They did put it on for me free. Now thinking about it thats where the $5.00 is putting it on. I dont know. Lol.Anyways the place is called paradise tires on McHenry. I asked how much for all 4 new tiers and the quote was $350.00 for 4 new tiers which aint bad at all. They were fast and really didnt say much probably language thing I dont know but they werent rude and they werent friendly. They got me in and out within minutes.

Do not get a vehicle here! These guys know how to make a lemon car pass smog! I got a truck from them and the moment they received the cash their true colors showed! My check engine light came on about 10 miles after driving the truck home. I tried to have them fix it but they gave me the run around! Sooo many things were wrong with the truck it was sick! Bought a 2011 Jaguar from the lot and not even a week later the coolant hose has a leak the thing wont hold coolant wont even start.bought a year insurance policy from them and could not get my car towed WHICH IS COVERED nor did they even have a policy in my name or number in their records. But they took my money for it.I spend ALOT of money on a car that I cant even drive or get towed that is covered in my insurance policy that they sold me. the owner of the lot wouldnt even return my calls. Bad biz.CHECK YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ITAND YOUR COVERAGE IF YOU BUY FROM THEM.

Absolutely wonderful at first.Week after having, all lights go on. Take back four times not fixed.Take it to d St in Turlock and am notified I need all new tires, rotors breaks. And the car couldnt have passed smog. 3000 $ down payment plus 1200$ to fix the car partially. They told me its a perfect family car. When many safety measures were not to code.

If I could give a -5 star review I would. They are bold face liars. All they want is your money quickly and then once there is any issue they wont cooperate or offer solutions. They dont sell drivable vehicles, they sell lemons and evade you. They are under investigation by the DMV.

I saw a posting online for a 2009 honda pilot and messaged them asking if it was still available. I recieved a message saying it was and i asked for more information. I set up a time to go see it because i live 45 mins away. I get there and the car lot was jammed packed with cars and there was no where to park. I walked around to see if i can see the car before going inside and i saw alot cars with flat tires. A lady came and greeted me and told me to come in. I said i wanted to see the honda pilot and then was told it was sold the day before then was told the message i recieved was automated. Then i was asked if i wanted a different car i told them no and left. Their office was really dirty and unorganized as well,. I would not recommend getting a car here. All positive reviews have to be family. Their showroom is great tf? I guess a over populated lot of abandoned cars is great

Wrost experience of my life, first they were confrontational over the fact that the car they sold me had major transmission and engine leaks, telling me “ it wasn’t sold new it’s going to have problems” like are u kidding me ? Not even 24 hours after buying. Then I’m there picking up copies of a refund and the old man starts pushing me and yelling at me so I start recording the office and police are called . Main point is they are very unprofessional very disrespectful and my advice is if you HAVE to buy a vehicle from them have a different mechanic inspect your vehicle ( they tried lying about what the real problems where)
