I would not recommend this place to anyone I bought a car from this place and it burned oil in two weeks after buying the car I did a oil change two months after the oil change the motor went out because it did not have oil. A couple other things I suggest do not give them the five star rating they ask for during the paperwork process and get a quote on the vehicle before they run your credit check because they check to see how much you qualify for than over price the car your interested. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! We purchased a 2011 BMW 535i that was previously being driven by the owner and his wife. Car came withNO HEATER, NO A/C, DIRTY AND LOW ON OIL and a FAULTY AFTERMARKET FUEL PUMP THE CONNECTORS DIDNT MATCH EITHER SO THEY SPLICED AND USED ELECTRICAL TAPE.The car is currently at BMW $2,300 for a new A/C $1700 for new fuel pump and connector. BMW stayed they would’ve replaced fuel pump under recall for free. Except Empire Auto Sales changed it with the aftermarket so now BMW won’t cover it.My husband replaced the heater himself and that was around $400.EMPIRE AUTO SALES FORGOT TO SMOG OUR CAR THAT THEY CHARGED US FOR. SO WR HAD TO TAKE IT IN ON OUR TIME.

The car I purchased was a complete lemon. I tried to trade it in at a REAL dealership and found out there has been an extensive amount of repairs made to the car. This car can very well be a salvage. These people at Empire never told us a word about it. Now Im stuck paying for a car that I cant get rid of and need to put in thousands of dollars to fix. These people are a rip off all they want is money and dont care who they take it from.
