Ms. Donna was awesome!! When I arrived I rented a 10x10 area. After starting to unpack my items I noticed that I needed more space. Ms. Donna helped me get the correct space I needed for my items. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because none of the storage units are climate controlled. Ms. Donna did search other Public Storages in the area, but non had climate control for the unit I needed.

Jarvis is the man! Was always very helpful and checked up on me when I moved both 26’ UHauls into the facility to be sure I wasn’t over doing it. And before I unloaded the second a couple of weeks later he let me know a bigger unit had just opened up and I could fit it all in one.If I ever need storage Jarvis will be my first call!

We used this facility to store furniture for a few months. My son went to pick up the items out of the unit and put a couple of old mattresses by the dumpster there were several other items of furniture had been placed already. Understandably the woman at the facility called my mom and said that we need to remove those items.My son drove an hour back to the facility and removed the mattresses he had put there. It wasn’t long til my mom got a call from the woman at the facility saying we left the other items there. My mom tried to explain that the other items were not ours, and pretty much got talked over and blessed out by the woman.I tried to call the woman and explain the situation to her. She didn’t answer the phone. Shortly afterwards my 75 yr old mother gets charged $75 on her card for not cleaning up other people’s junk.I’ve used public storage in other places and got good service. Apparently management of a storage facility is more than this woman can handle. Sadly unprofessional.

Donna is great at her job.. shes helped me get my apps set up and reminds me each month not to be late.. customer service is great..

Dealt with Jarvis and he was incredible and very professional

Had to get a unit while living on the other side of the country. No issues getting into one. I moved my move in day up with no problem. Jarvis was working the desk and was very friendly and accomodating.

These folks were great help when I moved from Texas and had some major problems with getting a storage space. They went over and beyond. I will be forever grateful.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Its is however limited access (not 24 hour), but you can bring you own lock; you do not have to buy one from them as they charge $20 for one its rediculous.

Ann specifically has been extremely helpful. I work out of town months at a time as well as a busy schedule when I’m in town. She has always kept in touch, given me any updates, & checked in on me offering help time after time. Best customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time.

The staff are very nice and explain everything to you. It is also a great place to store your stuff. I would recommended this place to everyone.

Dont get me wrong the property manager at all public storages in mobile al are amazing they are a family and will help every way they can but the DM over mobile she is a different story. She talks to you like she is better then you and trys to be little you in front of other employees she is unreasonable and even if you have proof she is wrong and at fault she will never say that she will always make it some how your fault. I really dont think she should be anybody boss. It really goes to her head. She expects the property managers to do her job. Cheapest rental property managers to get rid of everything that customers leave at all cost its almost like you might not have a job if you leave stuff on the property that you cant get in the dumpster she will not get a vendor to come pick anything up. She acts like its your job to take that heavy stuff up by yourself and put it in the dumpster

The young lady that was at the facility, ANNA, was the sweetest most helpful person I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Great Customer Service Ms.Shay was a wonderful help very nice person. But only problem I had was we had to walk to view the unit. Why dont they have golf carts to ride on to view this units. It too hot for someone to have to walk to view several storage units. So I strongly suggest that they take it into consideration to make it easier for the customers to view a storage unit.

I found both Laura and Sherri to be an absolute pleasure in dealing with my needs and answering all of my questions. These two not only made me feel that my personal stuff was safe, but also like it was going to be under their watchful eye. I am a returning client of Public Storage ( Govt BLVD location). I will always return to this location because they offer the best customer service! They are so helpful, and courtesy. What I like the most about Government blvd Public Storage, is that I always see the same face when I come back, and the driveway does not damage the u-haul, no matter what size truck you are driving, and they always call to see if I had a pleasant move in the unit. This is what keep me coming back! #5stars!!!

Ive rented storage here twice....Ms.. Laura is awesome. She is the reason why I came back a second time...and Ive moved on the other side of town. Ive moved to Georgia and need storage. Im hoping the customer service is just as excellent as it is in Mobile, Al.

I have had a unit at this location for some time now.It is always clean and keep up, Ms Laura who runs it is very professional and honest and very sweet. I enjoy dealing with her, have never had any problems with her. She has always answered any questions I have had and very pleasant to deal with.

During these past few years, one thing about this location has never changed; or, rather I say, one person: The property manager at the Govt Blvd. location, Laura McDonald, has always gone above and beyond my expectations in customer service. I have used several Public Storage locations in the Mobile area, and by far, this location is the best due to their wonderful, property manager. I wouldnt use any other location

I just have to rave about this Public Storage location. I have used several storage units in the past but never have I had such a wonderful experience. The manager and everyone at this location are very friendly and have great customer service skills which is saying a lot these days. Lets face it,the thought of moving and storing items is a pain but they make the whole process so easy and pain-free. This is the second time I have used this location and plan on using it next summer also for my sons dorm furniture.I would not even consider going anywhere else :)
