The employees there are awesome. They took no time making sure I had all the information I needed in order to access my storage unit, not to mention I came in 6 minutes before closing time. They also were genuinely concerned about the fact I had my daughters with me while I was trying to store my items in the unit. I would give them 10 stars if it was an option for me to do. Customer service was definitely something they made sure they had down pack.

Danielle, the manager is awesome! She gave us exceptional service when we went to get our storage. She was very friendly yet professional. The facility is located at a great location and it is air conditioned so you don’t have to worry about mold or mildew of any kind. I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage!!!

I love Extra Space Storage in Mobile, AL!!!! I highly recommend them for your storage needs! It’s super affordable and easy to book a storage unit online! When you do, you get your first month free! Each unit is indoor, climate controlled and monitored with on-site security and an indoor unloading dock. They even have fun carts to ride on 😆 that help you transport items quickly and efficiently and an indoor loading dock! Both managers are wonderful at this facility and are always pleasant and welcoming. Dan was very friendly and patient when answering all of our questions. He communicates very well and provides prompt service. It’s clear that they truly care about kindly meeting customer needs quickly and with positivity! The facility is always clean and well maintained! My family is so thankful and pleased for the service that we have received here. I give them 5 stars all day, every day, rain or shine!

This is a first class operation in every way. the facility is amazing and clean and could not be laid out for more efficiency! Dan and Jillian were courteous, kind, and ready to help with all your needs up front. The entire process was easy and but for having to move all my stuff they made it a good experience! it’s all good at extra space storage!!

Extra storage is very clean and well lite Facilty. I appreciate the thoughtful lay out and set of the the building to make moving as low effort as possible. This Facilty is very secure. We feel very safe while inside snd with our items during this phase of our move.

After calling 10 storage units, it was a blessing to finally find one that actually had space. Cheri was so helpful. Ill review again when I actually see and use the space.

I am extremely satisfied with the location the representative is at this location treated me with courtesy and very helpful and a young man by the name of Dan was very helpful and getting everything done and the items they sold are the locks was not pricey matter fact a lot cheaper than Walmart so yes I enjoyed would be enjoying even more staying there cuz its safe and secure and its very very clean even the bathrooms are clean and thats hard to find clean bathrooms in any facility

I most definitely will store here again. It’s all climate controlled, clean, tons of lighting at night which makes it safe along with an garage door you pull into that closes after you’ve entered. Also the manager Dan was so helpful and nice which was amazing because it’s so hard to find great customer service nowadays.

I was blown away by the cleanliness of the facility. I called ahead of time and once I arrived, I was immediately greeted by Jillian. She was friendly and began to ask about what I was looking for. She showed me a space which fit my needs exactly. She explained every detail of what was in the agreement in a completely clear way that I had no questions at the end of it. I’m also extremely impressed by the security at this location and the price. It is extremely reasonable for such a clean and secure location with a friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a place to store their belongings!!

The facility is very clean. Rented online & very easy process. They have relentlessly called, emailed & texted. The marketing is over the top & excessive.

Don was extremely helpful through our initial calls, set up, and the rental process. He checked into make sure all things we needed were handled. The location was very accessible, the units are superclean, and the set up is perfect. We were able to get a unit large enough to store all of our belongings while we build a new home.
