StorageMax not only has clean, temperature controlled units, they also are very professional and friendly. I rented out a unit to store some of my college dorm things over the summer, and went to live back home. Even almost 3 hours away, payment was incredibly easy through the app. Overall, I’d give them more stars if I could and next time I rent, I’m stickin with StorageMax

The management was quite professional and helpful. There was never any issue with cleanliness nor access to the facility. The climate control works well; I has suits stored and never has an issue when I retrieved them. Also, there were always carts available for transport that were always in good condition.If you need a place to store things I recommend this place.

The manager was so friendly from the moment I first opened to the day I left. Staff was always available and kept the facility clean and secure. They even called me when I didn’t lock my unit up properly concerned about the well-being of my personal things. If I’m ever in need of storage again or know someone who is, I will be recommending them.

We rented a small unit for about 8 months and it exceeded my expectations. Well lit, easy access, large carts and a very clean facility, plus nice people to work with. It is a little more expensive than other places, but worth the cost considering the comfort, peace of mind and security.

Fantastic experience with the Government St. StorageMax. As an active duty military member I have used many different storage facilities all over the country. The customer service I received from this StorageMax was outstanding, the building was always clean, accessible, and hand-carts were provided. Over four years, I received phone calls directly from the manager that really helped me out including twice when I accidentally did not lock the unit correctly. They saw the problem and corrected it, then called me to notify - exactly what I would have wanted. Great job and highly recommended!

StorageMax Midtown met all of our moving/storage needs! We had about 7 weeks between moving out of our old house and moving into a new house. When we listed the house, we rented a very small unit to store keepsakes and some furniture in order to de-clutter and stage our house for potential buyers. Once it sold, we upgraded to a larger unit to store our things until our new home was available. All employees were responsive and helpful. Facility is clean, well-lit and I always felt safe when visiting. I recommend this business and would use them again!

This is a great facility! I only dealt with the management upon initial sign up and John is so friendly. He explained everything about the facility and answered all my questions before walking me to my unit. The access to the facility is so convenient, this is why I never really saw John again. The access code entry after business hours was very helpful to my schedule. The facility is clean, air conditioned, easy to navigate, and theres a water cooler. I know it seems small but cold water after moving furniture is necessary! The entrance is covered so I was able to move things in the rain. Online, recurring payments was also convenient so I knew my items were safe and going to be there when I returned. If you need storage, this is the place to go! I left this facility simply because I moved.

John, the manager, was soooo helpful! He held 2 units for me to choose from and was waiting with the door open on my moving day! He had everything ready and personally showed the movers where and how to access my unit during which I was able to finish paperwork in the office, cutting down on time and thus saved me money! He even gave me a discount on my first month in addition to prorating the rent! The unit was clean and easy to lock! I could not be happier or feel more secure!

We have used Storage Max for a considerable period of time as a records retention site for document control purposes. The facility has alwaysbeen neat, clean and well secured. The staff has been helpful and supportive in working with us for over the last 10 - 12 years and we truly appreciate their professional behavior.While we have just moved out of a long term unit since the need for it no longer exists, we continue to rent a larger storage unit in the same building for ongoing Records Retention purposes.
