Had a Hitch & wiring kit installed on 4-16-21.. popped fuse thought it to be on installation of wiring. Went back by technician came out immediately(In the Rain) checked the power unit of wiring harness found to be issue onmy trailer. Great Thanks to the Tech and Great Service from U-Haul!!!Again I say.. Great Service and Great Technician!!!

Excellent customer service from the time I called to make an appointment til the time I left with my car. Very professional as they show you and explain to you the process of installing a trailer hitch and the estimated time it would take, they offer you to stay in the waiting area and suggest places around you can go if you dont want to stay there. They finished my car ahead of the estimated time and return it with the plastic protector on drivers seat and on the steering wheel. Last but not least, they go beyond CDC guidelines to keep everyone safe. I recommend this place and it was worth the drive from Pensacola FL

My experience here was fantastic. I reserved a trailer so I could tow a motorcycle on a Wednesday afternoon. After I arrived, the check in process took less than five minutes. Another employee then hooked the trailer up to my SUV but noticed that I had a 1 7/8 ball and the trailer could only receive a 2 ball (my mistake for not checking the trailer description more carefully). He took me inside and showed me where their stock of 2 balls were and they even installed it on the ball mount for me without hesitation. They were all easy to talk to while still being professional. They hooked the trailer up for me, did a safety inspection, and then I was on my way. The return process was a breeze as well. Thanks for all the help!

Completely unprofessional. Sat outside this place for an hour, unable to pick up our early pickup truck, because it just wasnt there. Called the corporate line and was redirected to two more numbers to call before finding a solution. Now we have to drive to a different location to receive the truck we ordered.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. David knows his stuff and also changes coming in future plans. Greatvteam sense of humor too. Keep it up guys!

This place is very unprofessional and has terrible customer service skills. The manager whos supposed to be the leader cant even do her job properly I think Uhaul should consider who they put in certain positions. The staff needs to be better trained and organized.

It’s pouring down raining and my windshield wipers don’t work. I have never heard of windshield wipers not working at all. This is an inconvenience and very bad customer service. Uhaul charges for everything but when you are behind schedule because of things they’re suppose to check daily it doesn’t matter. I don’t get my time or some type of discount. This is unacceptable!! I will NEVER rent from uhaul again.

Horrible customer service from the top once they take your $$! I NEVER received an email link to pay my bill. I only got a nasty phone call AND they called my brother to bug him. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

The manager name tracie Holcombe is very rude and has a nasty attitude. I wouldn’t recommend my dog going to that location

We used the Beltline Branch in Mobile, Al. The truck we received shook until you reach 45 mph. The radio was broken and volume was stuck at 10 ( out of a 1-10 scale). The door handle was broken and could only be opened with a key. Upon return it took 13 gallons to fill up ( our trip was 8.4 miles one way and we went there and back only!!). The gas gauge read full when we got in the truck upon pick up. We we returned they we used 35 miles. If that is the case then the truck got 2.6 mpg. Something is very fishy here.

Worst experience ever! rented a uhaul yesterday and ask the sales clerk Jennifer if I wanted to return the truck that night instead of keeping it for the full 24 hours would it be problem to return it she said no just drop it. So I did, get a call and txt this morning from uhaul asking about the keys, So I call the store back and told the lady on the phone will it be ok to return the key at 12 she said yes. So when I get to uhaul I gave Jennifer back the key and her manager I supposed said we already charged you for a key and I responded that the lady on the phone said it will ok to return it at 12 and she responded you talked to customer service that has nothing to do with me and it cant do nothing about it. Why are yall calls recorded and you said it fine but its a probably when you get to the store.

Dont go on a Saturday or Sunday morning. Plan ahead and this place is good.

Please do not think that if you reserve a truck at a certain time and a certain location that it will be there. They do not tell you that at all and then act all shocked when you are mad the day before you need your truck and plans get all screwed up.

They give you a month free on a storage unit then refuse to let you cancel by phone or online. Scam!

My husband and I bought our hitch for our RV here. Theres usually no one at the desk when you arrive and you need luck on your side just to get propane.

Dont go here for propane. First I was they told me they couldnt fill a tank before 12p.m. Then When I arrived they would not fill it because of a light rain outside finishing outside. Statistically you would have to hit the power ball odds to hit the combination of a lightning strike within 100 feet, and be leaking propane at that moment in order to cause a detonation. More likely they were incompetent and or lazy.

They tried to charge me for a full months rent for just 3 days storage! Fu@kum! There scammers!

Employees were useless.Edit: Second time coming here. Just as useless. The only person certified to fill propane tanks did not feel like she could do it without blowing both of us up. What is the point of the certification?

I cant say its the shittiest customer service. In fact, I cant say its customer service!

Never a problem except that they sometimes dont have the truck in the ideal size, however, the rates are not much different for the larger truck.

Slow. And ignored while I was standing in the front of the counter with three employees behind it when all I needed to do was get my keys
