Slow service, inconsistent quality. Nice facility, friendly people, very accommodating. The negative it is they are currently six months behind for basic service like oil change, so hopefully nothing serious happens to your Benz in the meantime. Recently had an oil change take all day when I had an 8 o’clock appointment. It is very inconvenient for me to be without my sprinter van because I cannot take a loaner vehicle for the day due to my disability. Other services have been good, but slooooow. As long as you have the ability to leave a vehicle for a full day or more, the work will get done. I have had to take my van back multiple times to address single issues, including overfilled oil.
Had a dead key FOB. Excellent service from Doug in parts and Jeff in service. Even though they were booked 2 months out, they were able to slip me in and get me back on the road. Much appreciated !

I had to have had the best Car Dealership experience of my life. Lew put no pressure on me at any time. Been looking for months for a new or used truck to replace my old beloved truck. There was a shiny new black Denali out front, went at the end of the day, still took time to go for a test drive. I really didnt like the color and Lew informed me he had another truck coming in a couple of weeks. Immediately sent me a quote, again with no pressure. I followed up on my own, driving by, and when they came in, went to look at the truck immediately. He came out and said, the trucks are fresh off the delivery, but I was welcome to check it out. Had the vehicle ready when he said he would, I took it for drive with my wife, she was happy. Without any haggling, I said, lets do it. Everything came out better than I thought, took less than 15 minutes and I have a great new truck. I am not normally a fan of the GM vehicles, but just by the way Lew and DeMarois Motors treated me and made me feel, I believe I will become a client/customer for life.
Called for a service appointment today (9/30/21) and received the first available appointment...January 21, 2022. I still say 4 stars because the family that owns this business is wonderful. I can only think the pandemic has hurt their hiring ability.
We were passing through the area on business, when our RV had an issue. Normally it takes a while to get appointments, but this dealership got us in and took can of the problem and we were on our way the next day. This is the best service we have ever had. Thank you
Took over a week to do a Mercedes A service and airbag replacement - did not comunícate with us or even answer our phone calls for a simple request for an update. Charged about 40% over industry standard pricing, probably because there are no alternatives in Montana. Also, the technician on the call did not sound like he knew what he was talking about, and I’m worried my car was not correctly serviced according to the manufacturer schedule. Going to a real Mercedes service center is probably worth the drive as it’s much better service, quality and cheaper.
Pretty disappointing.Scheduled a service/recall update 6 weeks ahead of time only to learn they kept my car for 4 days before starting work. They said I needed a new battery and proceeded to install a DEAD battery (mine worked fine) which added another week to their service.They’ve had my car for over 3 weeks now for a STANDARD service and recall appt.To date, no update on its status, no communication whatsoever! Fortunately, they did provide a loaner car, but the lack on communication is strange.This is ridiculous and does little to instill any confidence at all. To think I was going to buy a car from them, too! Nope.
Ivory was wonderful and called to tell us what was happening with our vehicle as much as she could. There had been a miscommunication when our car was left by tow truck driver and instead of making excuses as to what happened, she was honest with me, and that above all else meant the most. Thanks for doing a great, thorough job of fixing our vehicle as well.

Pulled in with noisy brakes in the middle of a road trip. Diagnosed quickly, found a part, got me back on the road. Service writer and technician were friendly, capable, and helpful.
I am living in MT due to COVID. My regular dealer is in Seattle. My car came up for it’s B service and the idea of driving back to Seattle or even Spokane had zero appeal. I didn’t even know about DeMarois Mercedes+Buick+GMC dealership until a different journey took me on that end of Broadway. The service team is absolutely swamped with the Mercedes Sprinter recall and it didn’t look great yet one tiny opening the following week seemed like a winner. I had to drop off early as I was traveling the weekend before and that was OK for them. The car was done on time and they ensured I had the estimate ahead of the work. Overall, excellent experience. The one miss would be the vacuum and car wash I normally get. I suspect they didn’t have time yet wish I had been told. I will absolutely visit again as needed. Cheers to the group there and hang in there!
I purchased a used Mercedes from Wayne. We agreed on a few fixes to the car even though it was an “as is” purchase. Wayne honored our verbal agreement when the changes were made at no cost to me.As usual I can count on Wayne to give me the straight scoop and stand behind it.

Find another place, any place if you can! This dealership is Overpriced and understaffed. What should have been a one day fix on my sprinter took almost a month. No communication. I had to call day after day just to speak with someone to get an update on my van, only to find out they had only done half of the scheduled work. I will be finding another mechanic
Owner of a 2021 Sierra Denali 3500 HD traveling cross country. Scheduled a service appointment a week ago on their website. Arrived at the dealership and they indicated their computer systems don’t monitor the website service appointments. Could not get me in for over a week for a simple oil change tire rotation. Amazing they have a website but don’t bother to manage it as offered. This dealership should close their doors if they can’t manage service needs.
It took longer than expected to get my vehicle back. However they did provide me with a nice loaner car at no charge. Mine is running great now.

The absolute worse service I have ever experienced anywhere. I own 2 mercedes and owned 2 previously. Unfortunately DeMarois is my closest service center at 130 mi. My second closest is 230 mi. I will definitely drive the extra 100 mi. for my next service. They never finish the service on time, have the proper parts and even jobbed out my work to another shop without telling me and added 10% to my bill and were going to charge me for service that wasnt even done. The 2 owners are clueless and 1 was surprised how much I was charged for 2 nuts and bolts for a license plate bracket. I sat in the service lounge for a long time waiting for my car. While there I heard the service scheduler apologize to every car owner that had service done during that time for one reason or another.Avoid them and save yourself a lot of stress and money.
We had a malfunctioning window & were heading back to our home Im Indiana. They were very professional, pleasant & efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Very disappointed with the service from the beginning all the way through the end. The service person was difficult to speak to, always busy with other customers according to receptionist. Left multiple voicemails that were not acknowledged let alone returned. Took my 3500 Sprinter van in for an alignment, suspension inspection and ill working windshield wipers. The only work that was completed was the inspection and a recall notice that I had only received the day before. The service person I left the van with was aware of all the items I wanted completed and did not inform me of any problems with my requests. When I returned at the time I was told it should be done they informed me that the alignment could not be completed as the vehicle was too large for there shop, no mention of that in the morning. The wiper issue did not come up as an error in the computer so there was no further inspection on that issue. I had to wait an extra 2 hours as the recall work was not finished at that time due unknown reasons. Basically I spent my entire day 4 hours away from home to get a suspension inspection and recall work completed and NOT the alignment or windshield wiper issue which was the original reason for the appointment. Very poor communication from all staff members. In the future I will have to travel even further to visit an authorized dealer to work on my sprinter van.
I had to fly to DeMarois in Missoula to find the right vehicle. I couldn’t have been happier working with this dealership. They changed my perspective on buying from a dealership altogether. Great experience! Thank you all. We’ll be back.
Shopping for a car can be stressful. The sales staff are very helpful but not pressuring you to buy.
I had a scheduled maintenence at 8am. No one was at a desk or anywhere to be found except in the actual garage. Weird that no one was there at 8am when they knew I was coming. Ackwardly waited in silence for about 10 mins. with some folks that were ahead of me. My scheduled maintenence took 2 days. I understand the possible lack of employees but I had to call to see what was happening to the car at the end of the day since there wasnt a heads up that it would take so long. Again on the next day, I had to call around 3 to see if it was done. It took the gentlemen so long to figure out and explain to us what was completed on the maintenence and give us a printout so we could then go to another area to check out. Very weird experience all around. Sure hoping this was a fluke as my mercedes is under warranty and I need a dealer to do the basics maintenence. Spokane, Bozeman and whitefish are all lovely places to visit if Im to wait 2 days for my car.

The service department fixed the problem but they did not put the Van back the way it should have been they left all the panels and parts on the floor I felt they should have attached everything back together. I know it wasnt their fault but I wasnt 5 miles from the shop and my def light came up Now I have to take it back into a dealer in Salt Lake City. I hope I havent bought a money pit because Ive been very excited about this purchase but it has done nothing but cost me money so far

Extremely slow service. Do not check the cars as they come in for other issues which results in longer services. Pricing is really highly. A mount an balance anywhere in the city is 35-50 dollars. At Mercedes they charge 125
Best car buying experience I’ve ever had! They changed the oil for free before we bought it, and kept the interior super clean. They even sent me my parking pass that I left in the vehicle we traded in! Would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.
Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. My wife and I stopped in to look at an suv, but unfortunately it had sold the night before. Lou pointed out a couple of other options, but never once did we feel pressured into anything we didn’t want to look at. As we were looking at vehicles I happened to find a truck I was interested in as well. After doing some test drives we wound up leaving with two vehicles! The truck had a few repairs that needed to be done upon purchase and all of them were handled professionally and efficiently. My wife and I are both very happy with our vehicles. They got my suv in quickly for its yearly check up and dealt with some other issues I had. Communication was good. While I always have to gulp when I get the bill, I do feel their service has improved over past years and when you average the bill over a years period of time, it seems worth it.
DeMarios treated us very well and competently in resolving issues with our Sprinter! They were honest and transparent with issues that were enigmatic, worked thru them and fixed our vehicle! Kudos to their staff, for keeping us informed, giving honest estimates and preforming the work properly and efficiently!!
EXPECT TO BE RIPPED OFFIn May of 2020 I bought a 2015 Chevy Trax for my 16 year old daughter from DeMarois. It looked pristine and they cleaned it up quite nicely, sold it to us for high book value ($12,500). We had it in the shop the following week with the check engine light on. After 6 months we had this car in and out of the shop and spent over $2000 in repairs, but the check engine light came back on. We finally took it to the Chevy dealership and they diagnosed $5000 worth of further repairs needed including a new engine heater and carburetor. Clearly these problems existed at the time of purchase. Either the mechanics doing the inspection at DeMarois did not do their job or they sold it to us knowing of these problems. I contacted DeMarois and the best they would offer is $9500 trade in. I wanted to be rid of this car and the hassles it created and fortunately a Toyota RAV4 came to their dealership that suited our needs so I took the deal. When I test drove the RAV4 the dealership had not yet cleaned it up. We purchased the vehicle and in the contract dealer stated windshield would be replaced and car detailed before delivery. After a few days dealership delivered our car, but it clearly had not been detailed. Further, they only delivered it with 1 key. When questioned they stated they did not have a spare and that is how they received it - they did not divulge this information at the time of the sale. I am aware of the cost to replace keys with FOB and would have negotiated the sale price had I known. I spent $400 to have a spare made. I contacted the business regarding these concerns and requested $300 to cover cost of detailing and partial cost of spare key. They agreed to $200. That was 5 weeks ago and I have not yet received a check. Further, I have not received any response after several emails. I do not know how they treat the ones with the big bucks in to buy a new Mercedes, but they certainly do not treat us smaller fish well. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. If you do have the misfortune to buy a used car from DeMarois do not trust a word they say and be sure to have your car inspected elsewhere prior to making the purchase.
Service people competent, addressed needs and concerns. Gave timeframe for completion and came within 15 minutes of that. Asked for suttle service to daughters and return, prompt and courteous. Service director kept me informed of progress, gave accurate estimates and was courteous and friendly. At least one other person stopped to ask if I was being taken care of. Thank you, good job.

I presented to Demarios Buick-GMC for the emissions revision work on my 2014 Mercedes Sprinter as requested by letter from Mercedes.I was required to leave my RV at the dealership service department over night as the necessary work could not be completed in the estimated time and remained incomplete after 5 hours.I live approximately 3 hours by highway from the Mercedes dealership. I was provided with a loaner vehicle to use until I was able to return to Missoula. However, I was not reimbursed the $60.00 cost of the required premium fuel required by my loaner vehicle.I did return the loaner vehicle with a quarter of a tank of gas (the exact amount I was provided on receiving the loaner).I am not aware of any reason to question the emission revision work done at the dealership service department. I did return home in my RV without incident.Jeff at the service desk was apologetic for the delay and inconvenience.

5 star sales team. Wayne went the extra mile to find me the exact truck I was looking for. When the truck arrived they promtly had it detailed immaculate, full of diesel and def and ready to go. Wayne was also very helpful explaining all the features of the truck and computer, getting my phone synced etc. The finance department was friendly and that process was painless. With only 25 miles on the vehicle the future remains to be seen, but I am very happy with DeMarois so far.

I had just had a very disappointing experience at another local dealer on a very similar vehicle. Ridiculously difficult experience trying to get warranty work done. Jerry is difficult to work with. This was our second experience. The first one was trying to buy tires. They clearly didn’t want to sell me any. Went to Roemers and had an amazing experience. We’ve worked with several Mercedes dealerships over the years and always was treated well. Will not return to this dealership for any service or to purchase a new car.
Everyone was very nice but they ran 5 hours late. My appointment was at 8am they took my my van at 1pm

Everything went great at the Dealership and Jeffery was very professional. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because of the price. I had a SENSOR that went out and it cost me $1589.00 and that was after a $510.00 courtesy discount. A SENSOR!That said, I guess I should have given it 5 stars because of the discount.Bottom line, the people were all super and they cant control the price so for them I give Five Stars. *****
The only reason I give four stars is due to the parts department. The team members are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and do not make you feel you are taking up their time. Have to state probably the best parts department I have ever had the true pleasure of doing business with. Last year I did experience a minor issue and Mr DeMarois was present. We had a very good discussion and I left knowing Mr DeMarois truly cares about his customers. I would recommend this Dealership.

I purchased my 2021 3500 Sierra Denali at DeMarois. This was after extensive research and price comparisons. DeMarois offered the best no-nonsense answers as well as price . Once the deal was made They stayed on top of the order and followed up promptly . I got honest, accurate answers throughout the process and plan to continue using the dealership for service.
Not entirely satisfied. A friend of mine arrived at the same time as we cane from out of town. They were very helpful and gave us a rental car, however, it is part of the Mercedes service plan and I always have to request one but my friend does not. There also seems to be something fishy about trying to charge me for break fluid replacement on a car that is 2 years old with 23,000 miles that I bought one year ago after being “certified” Mercedes. Why did my car only take 2 hours yet my friends car took about 7 hours for an oil change. I will seek service elsewhere in the future.

This dealership is possible the WORST I’ve ever experienced. The personnel are rude, inconsiderate and worthless when it comes to customer service.I was ignored numerous times while waiting to be helped, although the receptionist made eye contact with me several times.She appeared to be on a personal conversation on and off her phone.
