I called the service department at Lithia Toyota when considering purchasing a used vehicle located in Idaho. I had the good fortune to connect with Darryl Y., and was absolutely floored by the quality of service that he provided me. Darryl went above and beyond any expectation I had and was enormously helpful to me. Even though I do not live in the Missoula area and have a Toyota dealership closer to me, if I purchase the vehicle I will be bringing it here for service and repairs. If other employees here are even half as helpful and knowledgeable as Darryl is, you will be in excellent hands.
Mike is all about the sale on not follow through. If you purchase a car, and warranty, and you have an issue… (check engine) you will have to wait upwards of two months just for the diagnostic. They are the most unprofessional, unhelpful company. Don’t buy from them. Read more reviews. Reach out to me and find out my situation. I bet they have a hard time retaining employees. Management is below any sort of quality. If you have questions or previous employee, reach out. I would love them to go viral. Not in their favor. Let the truth be told.
Wow!!! I cant believe what poor customer service this place has. Bought my car from them brand new. One would think that they would go above and beyond to keep their customers. Not here. Bought tires from here and had a nail in my tire and they told me they dont have time to fix it. I also have had my tire pressure light on and they said to me dont you know how to put air in your own tires? I do not recommend this place what so ever!!!!
Sales man was AMAZING! Listened to what WE wanted. Showed us what we were looking for. Didnt try to haggle us into something we didnt want. Called a few days later to ensure we still liked what we purchased.
Nice friendly staff. Solid work done on my tundra!
The two sales personnel we worked with were awful to deal with. Very pushy, didnt listen, couldnt answer basic questions, and would say one thing and do another. Went to Denny Menholt Honda and had much better customer service all around.
Scotty Z is great. Very laid back salesman. The best kind IMO. Ask for Scott Z when you are looking for a car.
Excellent service! Very professional, and friendly!
This one gets long so if you want the short version I Bought a 2015 Nissan Frontier with 87596 miles decided it wasn’t the truck for me and asked to bring it back and get something else only 1 month and 400 miles later and they thought an $8000 loss was a good deal for me. I disagreed. If you want the full story here it is. Paid 19500 plus 499 doc fee plus 999 gap insurance (which after talking with my insurance company I realized was a waste of money). At purchase a check engine light was on I was told it was for the mass airflow sensor and they would have Nissan run diagnostics and they would fix it. After Nissan confirmed the sensor needed replaced with original manufacturer part I found out the part was on back order and they don’t know when they can get it. Do to this and the fact I decided I would rather get a full size truck I asked if I could bring the frontier back and get something else (this was about 2 weeks after purchasing)and was told they could do that but not till I registered it. So after I got it registered (about 1 month and 400 miles after purchase) I went in to look at different trucks and found a ram 1500 I liked. I gave them an offer and they came back and said it was approved casually not mentioning my “trade in” value for the truck I just purchased from them so I asked what they were giving me. The answer $13000 for a truck I paid them 19500 plus fees 1 month and 400 miles later that’s an $8000 dollar loss obviously I was not going to accept this offer. In fact it was so far from reasonable I stood up to leave, the salesman said wait and he would see if he could do better. He comes back with an offer of 14500 and they will transfer the gap insurance (for a $50 fee). I say I’m not willing to accept a $5500 loss. The salesman has the audacity to say “think of it like this, we are getting you out from a truck with a problem.” That’s a truck I bought from them again 1 month prior with the agreement that they would fix the problem. I refused the offer and reminded him they would be fixing the problem regardless. He asked what I would need to make the deal. I said $18500 trade in plus transfer the gap insurance. This would still be a $1500 loss on a vehicle I barely used but I could chalk it up to my own bad decision to buy the Nissan in the first place. They came back with 15500 and transfer gap insurance. Still a $4500 dollar loss. I said no and left.
I M AMAZED at the sales representative that talked to me today. I m calling asking for a new truck (Tacoma) to buy and this man is talking to me like he is mad at me for calling, like I m an inconvenience. He practically passive aggressively screamed at me. I ended up telling him to send me the info via email which he never did. I m RE Broker so I understand sales and customer service one hundred percent. Too bad this is the way they operate their business for a product that is such a big purchase.
We did a service there for repairing a flat tire. We came from WA and were on a road trip so we didn’t have a reservation and our schedule was pretty tight. The staffs were really helpful and friendly, and we’re back to the road now in just 1 hour! Thank you Michael and Lithia Toyota!
I walked into service dept over a month ago to set up an oil change. Arrived this morning only to find out they had no appointment on the calendar. I scheduled my trip to Missoula around the oil change as I live an hour away. Now I’m stuck in Missoula for 3 hours. What a waste of time. I’ll go back to changing my own oil. Don’t waste your time on their service department.
Brian was super helpful, and patient. I was in the market for a manual transmission Tacoma. I asked Brian to let me know as soon as they got one, sure enough I was the first to know. Was able to close the deal and drive home just before they closed. Their finance department is also super. I wanted to put down a down payment, however my bank would only let me process a specific amount at one time, so I was unable to provide the full pledged amount that night, fortunately they were kind enough to let me come in the next day with the remaining amount.I 100% recommend seeing Brian, if youre in the market. Brian seems to be the only one on the sales floor that is motivated.
Great staff. Good timing under the current environment. Great overall
Shane with the service department did a great job getting our 4runner back on the road. The vehicle was in the shop quickly and repaired in a couple days. Great communication as well. Thank you
We are originally from Ohio. We have had two different experiences with Lithia Toyota of Montana. The service department has been very efficient and provided good customer service. We needed new tires three years ago and this past week we needed an oil change. Emily was the receptionist who waited on us this week and was very pleasant.
Was ready to buy a car from them, just wanted to have my mechanic take a look at it so I was 100% sure I wasnt buying a bad used vehicle. They sold the car KNOWING I had intentions of purchasing it- apparently waiting to ensure you are getting a good deal from a sketchy dealership is too much to ask. I shouldnt be surprised considering the facial expression and change of tone that occurred once I mentioned I wanted a second opinion. They also werent wearing masks and the ones who were had their noses popping out- gross. If you want to get COVID and a lemon come here! My mechanic recommended Missoula Car and Truck for those looking for an HONEST used car sale.
The buying process was smooth, and painless however, the lack of customer service after the sale is astonishing. I have been trying for 2 months to get GAP coverage canceled, and Aaron hasnt returned an email or phone call in over a month. I guess because they arent earning more money from me I dont matter anymore. I would highly suggest sticking with a dealership that cares about its customers before, during, and after the sale!!
Had my timing and oil pump changed bt lithia and I was very well pleased.
The online scheduling was very intuitive and easy to use. I really appreciated how friendly and courteous everyone was! Very clean and orderly. Waiting on site provided some free coffee and a very pleasant atmosphere for the wait.
Worst service department. Totally lack in customer service. Had to 5 weeks for an oil change that I had to cancel because they dont have a shuttle on Saturdays. When I scheduled the appointment the person told there would be a shuttle. Would of saved me a ton of time if they would answer the phone. I called 9 times before I showed up just confirm there would be a shuttle and no answer. What a disappointment.
Great Customer care. Trustworthy. Quality.
Service department experience was very disappointing. Apparently lack of staff contributed to horrible service. Unable to get simple service accomplished. Wont go back
This dealership refuses to return our phone calls, rarely answers the phone and clearly has abandoned the service after the sale. BUYER BEWARE.
This was the worst experience I have ever had with a business. I have bought many cars over the years from Lithia. I was treated like a bum by them I will never recommend them or Toyota again.
Was treated as if I didnt belong. Had cash in my pocket too. Ill go elsewhere for my new Tundra.
Bought a dodge durango. It had the wrong size tires when the dealership got it. They put new ones on that were still the wrong size. My mechanic told me how it would effect the vehicle. I went back because the salesman wouldnt pick up his phone. He said they werent the wrong size and to call Chrysler/Dodge. He also said it wouldnt effect the vehicle at all if they were wrong. I called dodge. Dodge guy ran the VIN and confirmed everything my mechanic said. Salesman still refuses to fix it even though I paid an extra 4 grand for a warranty.Update:The salesman held the Durango overnight even though I had given them the cash because I had neglected to bring an insurance card with me. Got him the proof, left with the car, a month and a half later the bank contracts me upset because the salesman never sent the insurance inflammation to them. This guy is the sales manager.
Great buying experience! Got what we wanted for our trade and paid what we wanted for wifes new vehicle. With a minimum of negotiation headaches. Scott, our salesman, has to be one of the most vehicle knowledgeable salesmen I have ever met. He knew the vehicle we were looking at in every detail. He was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely buy there again.
Toyota is anti EV and lobbying against future clean energy!
I have tried shopping at Lithia Toyota on various occasions and every time I have had the worst service Ive ever experienced. The salesman are rude and unresponsive. Thats putting it lightly. You walk into the dealership and 3 salesmen are goofing around on their phones with their feet up on a desk working hard to not acknowledge that customers are there needing help. When you finally get their attention, they want no part in helping you find a new vehicle. DO NOT shop here. I will drive 2+ hours away to find another Toyota dealership. Such a shame because Im ready to purchase a new vehicle and I cant support a local business.
I went in to look at 2 used vehicles they had posted online, the salesman told us to come inside and sit down while he went to get keys, so we sit and wait almost 20 mins before he comes out and tells us they had both been sold.Total waste of time.If youre interested in looking at a vehicle BE SURE to call ahead and check if its actually there!!
Just waiting for the 2022 TUNDRA Hybrid to come out.
Never say what they are going to do and then when they do what they say will be done, its done poorly. Ex. - tires rubbing on wheel wells after alignment, tire-pressure set incorrectly, after-market parts bought through them and put on through them installed incorrectly. What do they do about it when I complain about the poor service? They say, as if on script, Well, we hope you have a better experience next time! Done. Selling my Toyota and buying a Ford.
Was super easy to get someone on the phone when I wanted to buy a car! Then I did and the very next day I find out the struts need to be replaced and are only available from the manufacturer (not a Toyota) and lo and behold nobody can answer a phone, text, email or return a voicemail. And when I finally do they “aren’t sure if it’s covered” under their BS 60 days or 3k warranty and I’ll have to pay the $200 deductible on the extended warranty I bought. I drove it less then 100 miles!
Salesmen are complete jerks, and pressure you, I will never go to back.
Great service, Draven was so kind and professional. My husband scheduled an appointment to test drive a Corolla, it was exactly what we needed. We were able to make a decent trade in and get great financing with Kale.
Trash service, don’t buy a vehicle here. When they can’t service your vehicle because they wont pay there skilled laborers a living wage, they’ll tell you to find them employees.
Wanted to buy a Toyota Sequoia from these guys but they won’t give me a price🤷🏼♂️ Strange sales tactic, now I see why they don’t sell any Sequoias. I would call some dealers in Idaho & Utah. Way better pricing, and way way easier to deal with. At least they’ll give you a price!! They’ll ship it here for $399
Purchased car and I had to fill gas tank before getting home.
Was passed to a different salesperson than who I had been speaking to. Felt like it was because were looking at an inexpensive used car. Also had a lease end on a Rav to discuss, brought this up and it was quickly dismissed. Car we test drove was poorly cleaned. When we brought it up we were told detail guys are hard to come by. They clearly did not care to earn our business on a new lease deal or a used car that would earn a lower commissioned sale. Did not get any sort of follow up either. Ended up going to Honda for 10 times better customer service. If you are in the market for a Toyota go to Spokane or Kalispell. Do not waste your time here!!
Toyota’s are great trucks. Shop at one of the many Toyota dealerships elsewhere if you value integrity and follow through after the sale. Or, if you want to deal with someone who will return your call when you have a question after the sale. These guys won’t give you the time of day once they have your money.
Can never get a warranty oil change. Go with Subaru
Service center: they do good work on your vehicle and are super nice however the wait times are long. An oil change takes around 2 hours regardless if I have an appointment or walk in. The complimentary wifi is poorly implemented to begin with but they also rate limit your connection and block VPN usage, making it impossible to do any work while you wait.
Attempted to purchase the 2021 rav4 off-road today and the sales person clearly wasn’t interested in selling to me. Told me his boss didn’t believe I really wanted to buy but yet I went there and specifically asked to see this car only, took it for a test drive, asked what trade value I had for my car, left for lunch and came back to discuss numbers. If I wasn’t interested I certainly wouldn’t have returned. He said we were too far off on numbers before even making an effort to meet in the middle, even though I said I would consider going over what I wanted to pay if there was effort made. I’ve purchased plenty of vehicles and know how it works and this sales rep seems more interested in getting rid of me than trying to sell. Good thing, bad thing? I don’t know but I wouldn’t go back.
My partner and I scheduled a test drive for a specific used truck. When we arrived, the associate we were working with traded us off to another associate saying, he can show you some other trucks. When we asked to see the truck we had scheduled the test drive for, the new associate had to find the keys, leaving us to stand around outside. So we took a look at the truck we were about to test drive. It was nice truck, we spent some time day dreaming. He emerged 15 - 20 minutes later saying, uh we sold it. I can show you other trucks...The issue was not that they sold the truck. The issue was that instead of being honest and courteous by telling us the situation; either by phone, email, or in person when we arrived, which would have been no big deal. Instead, it seems like they tried to do the old bait and switch. It felt unprofessional, inconsiderate, and sleazy. It was sold before we arrived and they just handed us off so no one had to tell us.
Staff is great, always ready to answer my random questions. Highly recommend them for new toyotas.
I got my car serviced as a walk-in. They first said it would be 2 hrs. but they were done in an hour! It was great!! They had a play room for my grandson to play in. It worked well!
Every service writer weve encountered are great. Theyre very professional and personable at the same time. They seem to work fluidly with service technicians. Clearly they are a team and it shows. We have a Toyota Prius we get serviced there and couldnt imagine going anywhere else. Thank you!
I am from out of state and my hylander was making a noise that concerned me. Shane got me in very quickly and had my vehicle checked out. Impressed with the how nice the staff were and how great the premises were. Kudos ...
I’ve been a customer for years but put their integrity to the test this week. I ordered a part for a DIY project. They gave me the wrong part and it resulted in minor damage and a major inconvenience. After explaining the situation they made it right immediately. Mistakes happen often enough. People doing the right thing after a mistake doesn’t happen often enough. That’s the true measure of integrity. I’ll be pleased to continue doing business with Lithia Toyota in Missoula well into the future—which is good since Toyota’s pretty much last forever.
My boyfriend and I went in last week to look into trading in our truck. The sales guy approached us, probably early 40s and his hair was dark. I forgot to get his name, but I wanted to get out of there so fast that it didn’t cross my mind until after we left.EDIT: His last name is Pinchotto and first name J. I believe its Jason? He approached us and it was automatically awkward, you can tell he already profiled us as two Native American young adults. Probably didn’t want to give us the time of day, but had to. There was no good customer service tone in his voice. He approached us and we expected to be approached by someone who would be eager to find us a good deal, but we were wrong! His condescending tone was enough to make me instantly uncomfortable with being there. After the most silent test drive of my life, we go in and start on paperwork. After awhile he asked us about income and if we receive any” tribal money.” My boyfriend and I kind of chuckled and told him that we get probably $75 a year, then he proceeded to say “$75? Are you sure not $75-HUNDRED?”.. I was blown away. I felt uncomfortable because it was shown that this guy had seen two Native people and automatically assumed that they just get loads of money!! Then he came back and basically told us that we need $5,000 down or nothing. He didn’t even try to find a deal with us on any other vehicle! We had positive equity and a down payment. You would think that they could make that work at least a little bit! Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, especially to the Native community that resides in and around the area. I thought about writing this review for days. I even thought It would be a waste of time.. but the way he stereotyped us has been on my mind heavy since we left that dealership and it honestly bothers me. It infuriates me.
We purchased a used truck for our daughter as a college graduation gift. Jason and Matt were a great sales team. They made the process easy and transparent and involved our daughter in the process as part of her post college education.
My salesman Chuck as well as everyone else were really nice. I had just totaled my car and they were sympathetic and understanding. I had a rental at the time and Chuck gave me a ride to return it so I could start driving my new Ford Escape which so far has been amazing
We purchased a truck from this dealership on a Saturday. And when we wanted to go for a test drive the truck would not start. They jumped it (and said the truck had been sitting) and we took our test drive. After going through the standard (negative) car dealership experience, we settled on a price. (Although the manager implied my research from NADA/KBB was wrong) The next day, while still in Missoula, the truck would not start, we were out of town with no jumper cables and a dealership that wasn’t open. I ended up having to purchase a new battery and when I reached out to the dealership, the manager refused to assist in payment for the battery. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. There are plenty of other dealers that will do the right thing and treat their customers with the proper level of respect. Look at the recent reviews before you come here to be disappointed.
Dealt with Brian on purchase of a vehicle. Straight forward and quick sale. No hidden gotchas or games. I will definitely be shopping this dealership for any future vehicles.
Lithia called with a very good offer on an oil change and a set of wipers. I took advantage of their offer and walked in without an appointment. I was treated very well by everyone that I encountered. We were given a shuttle ride to go shopping and all I had to do was give a call and we were shuttled back to the dealership by a delightful driver. Oh, we barely had time to begin lunch and my car was ready to go. Thank you Lithia for your offer. Also, thank you Lithia employees for an even greater service experience.
Wade our salesman, Jeremy the General Manager, Dan and Jason in the Sales office and Matt in Finance were all so great to work with! They gave me a great deal for my trade-in, in addition to the price of my new vehicle. They all made the car buying experience comfortable. I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else!
The general manager Jeremy helped me out and made me very satisfied about my experience. He went above and beyond to make sure i was happy about my purchase. I was even gave a loaner car well they did some extra work on my car. Had to go back again to get some mo
I bought a 2015 SUV from lithia. After 3 weeks of driving it, haven’t registered it nor made a payment. I started having issues with hard shifting. Turns out I have to get a whole new transmission. Lithia told me they wouldn’t do anything about it because they had already fixed my sunroof. 🙄
Replaced the battery in my truck key for me for no charge! Great! Thanks guys!
Someone instantly greeted me as I came through the doors, he then explained where parts and service were so I could get the help I needed. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful which made my first time at Lithia Toyota an awesome visit.
As a purchaser from out of state, these guys (Specifically Jason) made this process incredibly easy. It didn’t hurt that I had all of my financing set up and ready to go, and that I specifically wanted the exact setup of vehicle that they had available. However, Jason went above and beyond and was waiting for me at the airport to pick my wife and I up to take us to the dealership. There wasn’t any pressure to buy anything I didn’t want and I was provided information regarding Lithia services I didn’t know about.
They were on time and ready and explained everything to me. They are expensive and I am considering shopping around - I just dont think they are competitive. I am a loyal customer but not confident in pricing. Everything else was great. My service writer was great.
Preston was a great help I highly recommend him for your car buying experience. He is very friendly and helpful and will take care of all your needs.
I recently had a call back for my Toyota truck and was pleasantly surprised by the service rep. Hap. A very attentive and alert young man who did his job well and made a hasal quick and easy. We need more customer attentiveness like this in the business world. John S.
There was a contest, and we went in to see if we won anything. Michael, who was there till this Sunday, started talking to us. We had no intention of buying a car. We were actually looking for some way to refinance our 2 year old Ford C Max to lower our payments. This was mostly because of our ages. One thing led to another, and we looked at a Camry. I had leased one many years ago, and had really loved it. We ended up, after 2 days of talking with Mike, and much back and forth, taking the plunge. We traded in the C MAX, and bought the Camry. It had everything we could have wanted plus the promise of a long life, dependability, economy, and maintaining its value to the point that in 2 years, we could refinance and lower our payments at that time. We are really happy that we made that choice. The car is a real gem, and it is a hybrid too, which we consider a bonus. It will outlast us, and it is an amazing car.
By far the worst experience of my life. I traveled with my girlfriend from Hamilton a few weeks ago and walked the lot for a good solid 5-10 minutes and not one person greeted or said hello. It didnt appear to be anything but employees with collared shirts inside just sitting around. We left as i knew i wasnt going to buy that day, but to just get an idea of pricing or maybe a test drive. We came back today with the full intent of walking away with a new truck (check book and old trade in pink slip in hand) and yet again the same thing all over again. However this time there were a few customers walking around and we made it a point to stand right in front the doors looking at a new truck for a good chunk of time. We circled the lot twice and looked into quite a few new trucks and told ourselves we will walk in the main door and if no one greets us by the time we wander around they have lost our business for good. It wasnt until were reaching for the door to leave when someone said may i help you. We told the salesman we were interested in buying a new Tacoma today. There wasnt much for discussion as far as details such as model or wants etc. I told him i saw some inventory trucks i was interested in and wanted to see those, but he said they were in a different lot. I had to make the point that i wanted to go see those trucks and nothing on the lot was very interesting to me. We finally talked him into going to see the other lot. It wasnt until we hopped into another vehicle that my name or anything else was brought up. In fact he never introduced himself or asked anything about us or what we wanted. I was the one who introduced myself. He said his name was Mike. I had to pry to get any information on how we could be served. We arrived at the lot and i saw a vehicle that interested me and asked if i could take it for a test drive. He said sure, handed me the keys, and he jumped the back seat. The gas tank showed only 12 miles left until E and i asked if we are going to a gas station and he said no well take it back to the dealership, which is only a mile away. Not really a test drive in my eyes. We parked and i asked questions about detail and optional accessories listed on the window sticker. I expressed i didnt want some of these features (floor mats, or LED lights) and he basically said you would have to downgrade to a lower model to not have those features. Unless i dont understand how to read optional apparently doesnt mean optional? He never asked about anything personal or anything that would pertain to the sale, period. I actually asked him multiple times about the LED lights and he then snapped back and said i quote so you came in here and said you wanted to by a Tacoma, but you obviously didnt do any research beforehand. At that point it solidified by decision to never purchase a vehicle from Lithia again. I would feel someones job title of salesman would be to sell things or persuade someone to purchase something, instead this man flat out turned my $30k-$40k sale down due to complete disrespect. I walked away checkbook in hand and walked away utterly disrespected. Ill be more than happy to drive across the state just to make a point to not give them my business.
Everyone did everything they could for us towards our purchase. They even stayed late for us to get the paperwork done. The staff was friendly and they loved our border collie!
Be prepared for an all day roundabout here. They also talk circles around you until you get in a stupid deal with them.
The lady who checked us in for an oil change was GREAT! She was personable, thorough, right on time, and communicated well. She recommended other service but did not push a purchase. Instead, she gave us an estimate and a smile! A keeper!
Great cars and a nice salesmen. We went through Preston and he was easy-going and pleasant to do business with. No regrets with my purchase.
Drove all the way from northern Idaho to get a particular Toyota truck. Made all the arrangements over the phone with Wade - and the financial plans just as easily completed. Arrived - my pristine clean truck was waiting in the showroom. Wade showed me all the essential buttons, paired my phone, helped me set a couple favorites on the radio - I spent less than 15 minutes signing the easily understood lease paperwork and out the door I went! Sure wish I lived closer than four hours away so I could also get all my service done here! In > 25 car acquisitions - this was the easiest and most enjoyable I have ever experienced!
Painless, speedy service and an absolute joy to work with! This dealer really knows how customer service is suppose to work! You can trust them to handle all your auto needs!! Ask for Brian 😉
I worked with (Big) Mike at Lithia Toyota after losing a truck I needed for work and travel. He was helpful and had a cool laid back, no-pressure style that I very much appreciated. I was treated with respect and given honest, helpful information and my experience was a positive one. I would not hesitate to go back to this dealership.
The woman handling my routine oil change went beyond her duty in helping me know my Subaru was near its 36,000 warranty coverage and steered me to check in with them on a concern she noticed in my vehicle. She was cheerful and super helpful. Thanks!
It was easy to go online and make an appointment. The staff were very helpful. I received a call asking to reschedule my appointment because the time slot I selected was taken. I got an appointment later on the same day as I scheduled. I got in and out within 50 minutes for a 25,000 mile check up.
Shane (Service) was very thorough and easy to work with. Our Truck was serviced in a reasonable time frame and the check out process was quick and efficient. We’ve always had great service at Lithia Toyota (Missoula) Thanks Shane.
Kasey had all the facts, was fun and easy to work with, and he went the extra mile looking for the right car for me. I had originally been interested in a recent trade they received; however, it didnt pass their inspection and Lithia would not sell it. Rather, it was sent to auction which is the same auction where many used car dealers buy their cars. After that, I knew buying from Lithia meant buying the quality I want in a pre-owned car.
I was hesitant to take my car here because of the previous experience I have had with the salesman. However, the service department is 100% different. The man I dealt with was very prompt and professional. He kept me up to date with how long my car would take, went over all the details with me and also gave me a free car wash. I was very satisfied and will be returning.
Great experience at Lithia with Jason. Really nice people, great customer service and big selection. I found the Highlander of my dreams here.
Very kind, quick service. Coffee bar was nice while you wait. Wish they could vacuum out the car a little bit for you though.
Ive had a couple of different experiences with Lithia of Missoula, and they have both have been great! This last one was our first time buying a new car, and Mike was our salesman. He was never pushy, and went above and beyond making sure our experience was great! If I had any complaint, the finance department didnt give us a variety of extended warranties to choose from, and I would have liked to hear a little more instead of having one chose for me. We have already referred a couple of friends to this dealership, and gave them Mikes name. Chuck is also a great salesman to work with as well! We will definitely be doing any future business with these guys! I never felt like I was a target walking into this place which I appreciated throughout my experience! We highly recommend Lithia Toyota of Missoula!
Extremely helpful from the first phone call (Candace) explaining the options and costs for needed repairs, scheduling and rescheduling to accommodate my unexpected emergency and crowded schedule, explanation of the components of the recommended 30,000 mile service check, good communication about a couple minor repairs that I had forgotten to mention, additional coordination with the technician team. Whew! The best part of a disastrous week. Thank you!
Hands down the best experience with a dealership! Lithia Toyota of Missoula was great! No high pressure sales like I experienced at some other dealerships. I told Breah what I was looking for and she went above and beyond what I told her! She was very quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. Tom the salesman was very nice and helpful, him and Jason even stayed late so I could come in and pick up my new Tacoma!!
Toyota’s are awesome and I knew what I wanted but always stress about a sales pitch. These guys offer a relaxing, low pressure experience and I love my new truck. Andy is helpful, courteous, easy-going, responsive, and really knowledgeable. And Mike handled the paperwork excellently. Thanks, guys!
They have good service.
Service Advisor listened to my concerns about my dirty power steering fluid. I said you guys just did a power steering service 10 months ago! The SA said, but sir, it has been over 20,000 miles. I said, oh, its a mileage thing not a time thing. I recently had driven to Florida and back. Good on you Lithia!
Andy was great to work with! I would highly recommend. We love our vehicle.
Hi everyone, I thought it would be better to share my story about Toyota Lithia Missoula. I’m brown guy in the mid 20s. On June 24th, I went to Toyota dealership to check cars because I’m planning to get new ride soon. So, the salesman was showing me cars. Everything was going good until I asked him if I can check another model. He told me you don’t look like serious buyer, and he was hesitating to show me another models. I told him straight “please don’t judge people by their skin color or clothes” Unfortunately, having an accent these days it’s like a crime. Yes, I do have an accent and I don’t want to look sharp when I’m going to buy something because clothes don’t play important role for me. Also, I told him that I have 2 cars, Toyota and Audi. I can sell one and get what I want. It is really disgusting when someone tells you that you’re wasting their time because of their luck of knowledge. Lithia Toyota, your employees should take management and cross cultural classes. It will help them to get rid of their biases and become professional salesmen.
This is by no means a review for Toyota Corporation, Toyota corporation has been flawless up to this point. But this is for Toyota Lithia of Missoula specifically Matt Nilsen. Be ware of doing business with him. Up to this point Lithia was great. The vehicle service department would help me with some fluid top offs when I needed it and other little things here and there. They are the only reason Im not giving Lithia 1 star. When it came time to buy out my lease and finance my vehicle I expected the same level of service. Long story short Matt told me he was getting me a killer deal by signing up for the extended warranty, which I told him I didnt want in the first place. He seemed very uneasy when he was telling me all this so I signed up and verified everything he told me when I called in to customer service the next day or two after. Well it turned out he flat out lied about multiple things he said and his killer deal wouldve left me with almost a year of extra payments. Then on top of that after I call him back to try and receive compensation for the cancellation fee I had to pay for a warranty I never wanted he had the audacity to try and guilt me by saying Well you know now were not going to get paid off this. Im just blown away. If you are getting talked into any supposedly great deal I would call in and verify afterwards like I did. It could save you a nice chunk of change.
Always do a great jobon our vehicles. Never an issue they work with you and explain everything. Priced as a dealership so dont be shocked. But its worth it.. great place of business.
The service department at any car dealership is the primary reason for purchasing a vehicle from that dealership. The service department at Lithia Toyota has always exceeded my expectations. I believe they are fair, honest, eager to help, and courteous without being ingratiating. Altogether professional and good at their job. I am grateful for their service.
I have had my 2014 4Runner for 2 1/2 years and love it very much. Got in it one day to drive to work and noticed that my steering wheel seem to be leaning forward. Call Toyota right away and asked to get it looked at since it did not feel right. After 7 technicians looked at by steering wheel they ruled it as bent and would need to be fixed. They could not explain how a titanium steering wheel got bent and have never seen this issue before (including ones that have been totaled). Of course my warranty would not replace it and Toyota ruled it as an outside influence caused my titanium metal steering wheel got bent somehow. My car has never been in an accident and is well taken care of. After calling head corporate office, was told all I could do is try and take it to a different dealership, pay them to look at it and hope that they rule it as defected steering wheel (caused by an outside influence). Are you kidding me? How is this not a defect steering wheel? I drive my 1 and 4 year old son in this car and have spent A TON of money for this care and through Lythia/Toyota. I will be pursuing a lawyer to protect myself and my children from a faulty steering wheel that Toyota wont just replace.
These guys are great!! Im very happy with the quality of the car and price I paid. I felt very happy to see that my pre-owned car received a brakes, shocks and tire replacement from Lithia. And they detailed it very nicely. It was a great value!
Saw an FJ crusier listed on their website fo $22886.00. Show up to the lot and the sticker price says $29,999 reduced to to $27,000. Pointed that out to the salesmen, he didnt even blink and said oh they change prices all the time. He verified later it was $22886.00. NADA on that FJ was $21,500 on Clean retail, which this was not. He lowballed me on my trade in, could have got a better price at a pawn shop. All said and done, he gave me some BS about how i was getting a great deal on this FJ, which was an abosolute lie. Bait n Switch.
