They hooked up my car to diagnostics and found out exactly what was wrong with it then they gave me an estimate that was extremely competitively priced. I was so happy with everything they did, what they found, and the prices involved as well as the thoroughness of the estimates. They also dropped me off at home and picked me up to bring me to the dealership to get my car. Very impressed!! Highly recommend!!
Service Advisor Mark was very efficient and helpful. Justin Sinclair, the GM, is very tuned in to customer satisfaction. Rick Hood, Service Manager, pays attention to the details and is concerned that the repair process is flawless and looks for details on how to improve the experience.
If you need a new car, go talk to Tara! She is awesome and will really listen to you! We walked out of there with a car within our budget and never felt slimy or gross at any point in the process. (Lets face it, thats all we want when buying a car.)As our (un)luck would have it, we also dealt with the service department. Mark is a gem. FYI people, the service folks dont like telling you your engine is blown...dont make it harder on them by being a stinker.We left feeling like everyone there was our best friend. My very first visit today. The car care and customer service were exceptional. Michael checked my car in/out; he addressed all my concerns. I have 150K on my Santa Fe. Bringing it here for great service will hopefully keep it going for at least another 150K. The shuttle driver, Jason, was on time and courteous. He even washed my car! The only tricky part was trying to find the drive-in service entrance. Its off to the side of the building away from Brooks St. Ill be back here for all my car care. Thanks!

My first car buying experience in June, although great, left me with a vehicle I quickly became unhappy with. However, upon returning to Missoula Nissan Hyundai, and explaining the situation, I received, a fantastic purchasing experience. They are so kind and generous, (yes, I know I am talking about a car dealership) it really has been a welcoming experience. I am completely satisfied with Jesse and George in the sales staff, so helpful, straightforward and personable. While Adam in finance made the time in his office signing paperwork a hoot, and Scott the sales manager working behind the scenes to make sure everything was just right. Michelle was fantastic and always reassuring, and knowledgeable. The staff really is great. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase their next vehicle with them!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. The staff was dismissive and rude. I had an appointment and they still didnt know what my vehicle was in for. The safety inspection is a joke, they said my filters and oil should be changed even though I had just had them replaced 5 days earlier at Valvoline (would definitely recommend them over this dealership). They never explained anything and also did not have any parking available. Please go to another mechanic, do not trust these people.

Costly and left feeling ripped off
Was traveling through Montana when I urgently needed a tire replaced! Called everywhere around Montana due to a specialized tire size that was needed and Missoula Hyundai came in handy. They were efficient, loyal, and were able to squeeze me in to get the tires replaced. I will forever recommend this Hyundai service to others, thank you for saving me!

I had a great experience here. My car and warranty were both Canadian but it needed warranty work performed. Mike and the staff of the service department worked tirelessly to get all the proper things in order to be able to perform the work!Tremendous customer service and professionalism were shown to me by this staff and I couldnt be happier about that!The work was performed quickly and with excellent quality by highly trained staff.My car was able to picked up with all work completed and as a bonus it was freshly washed.Please, if you need service work performed give this staff a chance, you wont regret it!
Contacted Missoula Hyundai about a repair under a recall. Was told to not even bring me vehicle in because they would not honor the recall repairs, due to the engine seizing prior to fixing the recalls, even though the seizing of the engine happened because of the recall.My assumption is since I did not purchase from them they have no desire to repair.. Horrible customer service on the phone, a complete lack of concern for fixing a known issue with an open recall. I have filed a compliant with the NHTSA as well as contacted a product and liability attorney to address this with Hyundai as well as the dealership.
So I cannot give you an idea of what their actual service is like. But customer service has stunk with all contact made. We called several months ago and they couldnt find our warranty information. We called the dealer in FL where we got the warranty and they pulled it right up and said they didnt have a clue why this place couldnt locate it. Then we called again and made an appointment, told where we were located etc. Brought the car in (mind you we drove 2 hrs to get here) when it was somewhat convenient and the guy was rude. He said, I dont have time to deal with this, because we were asking questions after they said if warranty doesnt cover it they work at $120 per hour even for diagnosing. Why didnt they tell us that when we called knowing we were driving 2 hrs to get there? I feel like we dodged a bullet by not getting out work done here!

When you pay thousands of dollars for a Palisade & this dealership misleads you it is difficult to recommend! I have had no follow up about how I am doing with my car, do I have any question, absolutely zero from Missoula Hyundai. No apology from this dealership for misleading me on the equipment my car would have, just denial! General manager, “ What do you want me to do write you a check?” I never mentioned wanting money, just wanted what I was told would be the equipment on mt Palisade. Never been so disappointed in a car dealership & that is why they get ONE star!!

We had been in the market for a new vehicle for a little while and went to the local Hyundai dealership here in Flathead county a month prior, but after an unpleasant experience we opted to travel a few hours and make our purchase from Missoula Hyundai.I filled out the financing application online, and not too long after that George reached out to me and asked me and asked a few questions to get a better idea of what I was looking for. George was very professional, not pushy at all, and followed through on what he said he was going to do. He even made himself available to us on his day off. This was very helpful because all of our communication was over the phone, as we live a couple hours away.When we came down to Missoula on Saturday, everything was ready for us, and went as smoothly as it could be.The interest rate George quoted us on the phone, and payments were exactly what were presented to us when we were at the dealership. The entire financing aspect of the purchase was very transparent, and much appreciated. We worked with Adam in the finance department and he was very friendly and pleasant to work with.I have no hesitation recommending Missoula Hyundai to anyone looking for a vehicle. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from Missoula Hyundai when the time comes.

We had a concern with our car, Josh called me back immediately, he listened, he demonstrated genuine concern for customer satisfaction and was able to meet our expectations for the repair. No one is perfect, not even mechanics, but this service center is willing to do their best to make the customer happy.

4 trips and 4 months to fix an inoperative remote start. Complete failure on Hyundai and their service department. Never again will I purchase a Hyundai or a vehicle from this dealership. Did I mention they ruined my credit? Did not pay off my trade on time. Was told sorry, he no longer works here. Buy somewhere else.

A total redemption from my trip to the Nissan side back in June. Joe was absolutely outstanding, was able to answer my questions and was willing to learn and listen about the electric car and Plug In hybrid I tested. Willing to hear what I had to say and was genuinely interested in selling me an EV. I even got to test drive the same Nissan Leaf I did in June and the whole experience was incredibly enjoyable! Please give this salesman a raise! And I hope the management keeps the level 2 charger clear for other potential EV buyers and current owners of EVs. This can bring in new customers if theyre just dropping in to use the charger! I will be back with my cosigner to purchase a new Leaf in a few months when were back in the area!
Troy was a great salesman. We drove from Kalispell to get a truck and he put a hold on it so we didnt drive all the way there and the truck not be there. Everyone there was so friendly and went over everything with us. We test drove the vehicle, submitted our application and we were out of there in a timely manner. All other dealerships we have been to we have spent most of our day there. The process was quick and easy. I will look forward to getting my next vehicle here. Thank you all!!!

Exceptional service
Took car in.. driving two hours to get there...to have transmission looked at. Still under warranty. Told only code coming up was to reset adaptive values. $116 later and car is no different. Need to get a real mechanic, not just a code reader :(
Told cabin air filter needed to be replaced that it was old and dirty. Changed it myself the next day only to find there was no cabin air filter, seems it got lost when it was inspected last? Dealership said they recommended replacing the filter based on mileage not by inspection. ONly gotten service done at the dealership, wonder how long I have gone without this filter? Also, electrical not hooked up right from last time cabin filter was inspected. Had to replace the filter myself and reconnect the electrical. Could have happened to anyone who was distracted, as the customer check the work, ask to see the filters!Dealership called and inquired about situation. They found a way to rectify the dissatisfaction, much appreciated.
