Customer service was... fine. I guess. Turn- around time was good. Price was awful. They charged me over $400 for a part that costs $150. And labor was $120/hour. Just so you know. Dealerships are always more expensive and I knew that going in, so I cant complain too much; after all, Im the one who had my car towed there. But there was also nothing to make up for the price gouging. Some places wash the cars and use floor mats and at least pay your cab fare after f**king you. Not Lithia.

Gave me a good deal on a used truck. Gave me a fair trade in. They handled all the financing. It was effortless on my part. I was surprised but must say they treated me very well.

1.) Appointment was not scheduled correctly.2.) The recalled part was suppose to be replaced on the van but they did not communicate that to the technician until I asked them about it.3.) Turned out the recalled part was not in stock but then magically 10 mins later it was there.4.) When we called to pay for the van, they were unable to find the paperwork for it.5.) The van was put under a totally different company... the van is wrapped with our logo/name on it.The miscommunication was unreal and took way too much time to get this simple replacement part. Will not be returning.

I have to say, WOW, we have had a noise issue with my JL since I bought it. As of this morning I know longer here anything. These guys in service, Chad,and Matt stayed in until it was gone. Just retorgues and perseverance made me a happy man. Many thanks. Best service ever!😉

They tried to replace my front hub. They didnt put the brake shoe bolts in. 2 miles down the road my brake shoe fell off and jammed my front drivers wheel. If I would have been on the freeway it would have killed me. I was on the freeway entrance when it happened. These people almost killed me and keep getting my comments removed by Google.

Seem to always have an issue when I go in there. Either didnt order the parts that were needed causing a reschedule with no call back or super messy oil changes that get oil all over my drive way and my truck. FYI dont buy the service contract. Pay someone else to do your services.

Its a good place. They dont have the lowest prices you can get, making it a tough sell for me to want to go there. The staff is always friendly and theyve been very helpful however.

After being deceived on a truck lease by a ram dealership in whitefish that we had previously leased/purchased multiple vehicles from, we had to purchase another truck that would actually meet our towing needs. found a great buy on a ram 3500 diesel at lithia in missoula. made the 2 hr trip down and was in and out in a couple hours with our new truck. i would highly recommend their team for customer service and making the process super ez. not to mention the pricing was $7k under what the other dealerships were offering.

I bought my first truck in last truck from him 2 years ago I went up there to buy another one trade the one I had in in the sales people were dicks for a better choice of words they forget Im the customer and theyre not the only Dodge dealership I have dealt with a couple times with warranty work for the guys in the back in the shop they were very polite and very professional

Long wait for and oil change. Plus my fix anything warranty didnt fix everything. Need to contact Chrysler on this one. Wasnt to impressed. But the lifetime oil change was a good perk.

Nice oil change deals, and you get to test drive something while you wait for your car. Great time killer

They were so accommodating. Had tires replaced on emergency basis. Had it all done in less than two hours. I just pulled in off icy roads, and they did right by me. Would frequent here often, if I lived here.

Rude! This salesman couldnt have been more rude. Flat out lied about the condition of the vehicle. I was approved for credit on a vehicle that cost 7 times what I wanted to spend, and they were so pushy. Kept trying to get me to spend more, but didnt care what I wanted. Ill never go back.

We brought our truck in and it went well. I am unsure how to judge a car shop exactly except I was very happy with being driven to a restaurant while we waited for the work to get done.

What a rip off. Dont take your vehicle here unless you are dying to be ripped off. They dont care about the customers only the color of money. They will tell you anything to have you spend way too much money on repairs that arent even necessary.

Fixed what was wrong with my Jeep in a very timely manner, seem to have done a good job.

Bought two rigs here and first one was a little more of a typical car purchase, but the 2nd truck I bought was so easy it was ridiculous. Go see Dave.
