I bought my Jeep Renegade at Lithia about 5 years ago. I bought the oil changes for life package. I think it was the best thing I have ever done! Lithia notify me when my oil needs changed. I call and make an appointment and they get me in and out. It is so convenient for me. The facility is very clean. The wait room has vending machine and convenient located restrooms. Coffee and water is available for the guests. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I definitely will keep my business there. 5 stars.
I needed new key fobs for my truck. Even though the service/parts department was busy when I went in I was promptly greeted and after a brief wait my reason for visiting was taken care of. I was able to get the new fobs in the same visit with only a short wait time (45 minutes). The representative that I talked to was very courteous and even suggested a possible reason why the key fob was not working like it should have, so I believe that they do try to reduce their customers out pocket expense when ever possible. I would definitely visit them again when the need arises.

I brought my 1500 Ram to Missoula to change the TIPM. I walked in and made an appointment for about three weeks later. Three weeks later I brought my truck in and they didn’t know who I was and didn’t know what I needed. I had to give them all my info again and they said they needed to order the part. Over a week later I called them and no they didn’t have the part. Said they needed to “reorder” it. FINALLY almost two months after I first made an appointment my truck was finished. The mechanic said they put ONE HOUR of labor into it. I waited two months for something that took one hour?? Ridiculous!!
Ashley was superior in helping me get my Ram 3500 in to be looked at on such short notice.24 hours later it was back on the road. Ashley and John the service Tech are a great team!!

The Salesperson was great and had a couple of cars to look at that we had suggested previously. We purchased one of them. The finance person was well prepared and had all of the paperwork available in a short period of time.We went to obtain the license plates at the courthouse in Missoula the day after we purchased the car. We sat and waited for over an hour at the courthouse until our number was called. They said we could not obtain the plates for over thirty days after the purchase. We would receive a card from the seller in about that time, and then we could return to get the license plates. It is too bad we did not know that beforehand as we could have saved all of that waiting for our number to be called.

I bought my Challenger here at this location. If you watch the scam videos on when buying a vehicle, youll notice when buying a car here they dont use any of those scam tactics. They take care of there customers here. Everyone is very friendly. Ive dealt with Chad the most over the last few years at the service counter, and he always get me taken care of!
The BEST customer service Ive ever received. Traveling through, we had an out of the blue breakdown with our Ram 1500 in Missoula. Ashley was all over getting us a tow truck, a rental, having a technician look at it right away, and get repaired immediately. I would HIGHLY recommend Lithia of Missoula...I was blown away at their response to our emergency. Ashley is top notch, ethical and phenomenal with organization and customer service.
Terrible I was quoted repairs between $2300.00, on a 2004 pt cruiserLithia claimed they didnt make them any more and they couldnt locate one, and that could make the bill even higher.Took it for a 2nd opinion. The brakes the claimed were metal on metal, looked like new. The items were also fine with no leaks. The stabilizer was the only problem. Repair took 30 minutes and $99.00
This is all I will say, Justin in-service is the single most impressive customer service person I’ve ever met in my life! We all know the challenges with parts and labor right now but he went beyond any reasonable expectation and stayed two hours past closing on a Friday night to make sure I got my vehicle for my trip he’s an A+ plus employee and an A+ plus person
Justin did a great job of keeping me updated on the progress of work and the ability to actually get the right part shipped in. Once the part arrived, the work was quickly done and the truck was ready to drive once more.
Service was fast and efficient. Tyler was incredible to work with. He deserves a 12 on a scale of 10. Just really a great guy to work with.

I bought a used Ram truck and got shafted by lithia. The day after buying it the check engine and tire sensor systems came on and within 2 months after purchase the truck started ticking. I now have to replace the exhaust manifold thanks to Lithia selling me a clunker.

We were on vacation pulling our fifth wheel when a warning light came on. we called ahead 60 miles to Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep and they got us right in even though it was 4:30 PM when we got there. They made our repair quickly and efficiently and accommodated us anyway they could. what could’ve cost us a day or two cost us two hours and we were back on the road. Just amazing service.

I bought a Jeep through Lythia Toyota with the stipulation that they would replace the parts for the shifter because it needed to be serviced. It took almost 3 months for the parts to come in because of back order which is what it is. What I find the most frustrating was being told the parts were in, scheduling an appointment, and showing up to be told the parts werent there. Then playing phone tag for 2 weeks trying to figure out whats going on being told Id get a call back, Id get a call back, Id get a call back. Never once did I get a call back. I drive back and forth between Missoula and Belgrade every week so the problem continues to grow more concerning and now Im just infuriated. Ive been lied to time after time and I have no trust in Lithia whatsoever.

I was in town visiting for the weekend and my right rear taillight went out. They were able to have me come in to fix it, after calling them only 50 min before closing time on a Saturday. This allowed me to safely drive back home to Idaho.

Excellent Service from both the Service Writers and the Mechanic. Both of them let me know of problems seen during the undercarriage inspection. The Service Writer even checked with the parts department concerning the left rear driveshaft seal leaking, so I purchased and had your parts department set aside the left rear seal to be installed during my next scheduled service as I did not have time to have them do it that day. I can not say enough praise to your service writer, mechanic and parts department as they all work together as a well oiled machine to get the work done fast, properly done and connected with me. Even the mechanic took her time to come into the waiting room and show her concerns for the safety of my wife, myself and anyone else who we take into our vehicle. The mechanic made sure I fully understood every detail of what she saw that concerned her about the safety of anyone in our vehicle. Thank you so much for another amazing service done on my vehicle.
I really enjoyed working with Rob and Ryan they helped me obtain photos and kept me in the loop with a used Jeep I was interested in. Im a disabled veteran and they had no issues dealing with Navy Federal Credit Union as a preapproval. The only reason I took a star off was they said my now vehicle was detailed and granted the before was pretty bad. The day of purchase it was still filthy, I spent an extra $60 to get some detailing supplies and had to revacuum. And smelled like a dirty urinal cake. Other than that, pretty good experience.
The service and parts department is an absolute joke. Worst ever experience. If you like being lied to. Getting the go around and people passing the buck. Not to mention being told what you said(a.k.a. being called a liar, this the place for you. God for bid that I ever need anything done at this dealership again. But if I do I will find a different one, even if I have to go 100 miles.

Purchased a vehicle from them for $20k under the impression it was a clean one owner accident free vehicle. Found out after almost a year and a half that the vehicle had been wrecked and repaired by them and the body filler and paint is cracked now and rust is developing behind the paint. They are refusing to take the vehicle back or take accountability for the damage that they hid.
As always Lithia Chrysler did an excellent job on my truck in a very timely manner. I love dealing with their service department! Greg Knapp is the greatest sales person you would every want to deal with. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a vehicle.
Chad in the service department took great care of me and my pick up. I had recently had my pick up detailed at Jesse James Outlaw Auto Detail. After the detail the shifter module failed. It got wet during the detail. It ended up costing my $794 to have it replaced. And they did it in a very timely manor. Thanks guys.

Several recall repairs done efficiently, and staff was friendly but professional. They also fixed a tire that had a slow leak at my request and did not charge me. They let me know part way through the process of what else needed to be done and how much longer it would be.
Lithia is always quick to get my Jeep in for service. The complementary shuttle is a life saver as well.

Just purchased a truck from here and very pleased with the service. Fernando stayed late to start the paperwork/process and when I came back the next morning exceeded my expectations on the deal they were able to put together. Then checked in afterwards to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely feel comfortable sending the little lady to these guys when it comes time to update her rig.

I got “Seinfelded” at this dealership. I had them do a service and they changed the in cabin air filter and some other things, standard service. When I got back in the vehicle it had the most funky smell I have ever smelled. This happened a while back, but I’m just now writing the review because I changed the in cabin air filter myself today and it still stinks.

I came this service with my trailer because of my truck giving me message which says “check trailer wiring “ they checked the truck and said trailer break control unit need to replace and they did it, I payed 377$ and just connected my trailer fronf of this delaer and I got the same message, mechanic and service adviser saw that but I had a load and in rush that I just drove. My trailer dealer check to trailer and found a problem ( wiring problem ) I paid 1300$, next time I was here I told them and let them saw the receipts but they did not accept it, I opened case with ram but they refused to pay ! Be careful about this service, they take your money for not broken parts !

I worked with Mike. Very great guy. Personable. Had everything ready to go before I showed up. Everything was quick and rather painless. My biggest complaint came at the end with the warranty. I swear the post mentioned a warranty on the vehicle.The guy who does the finances said no there wasnt. It is an as is sale. Ok. He then he pulls out the warranty I could get. I can get these 5 things for 2 years for an additional 40 a month. Nope. Well I can add all this for the same price for 2 years? Nope. Well I can add this as well. Nope. Well what if I gave it to you for 4 years same price all included?Well if you were going to give it to me for 4 years all inclusive why not start with that? Thats where you get the seedy car sales guy reputation. Youre telling me youve basically robbed people because they didnt say no in the beginning. Great guy in the end. But still could have done without the run around on the warranty.

To be honest, like many others, I was not looking forward to heading to a dealership and buying a new truck. My truck is a 1998 Dodge Ram and it has served me well. My wife and I headed out in the morning with the intent to hit the dealerships in town and come home with a new truck. We had made a couple of stops and I did find a truck I wanted. The exact one was still in transport but it hit the mark. My wife said lets finish the day and head out to Lithia Dodge and test drive at Ram. I had ZERO intention of buy a truck from Lithia because I had already made my mind up on the one still in transit. We get there, the Rams look nice, but they did not have the package I was looking for. Still, we are there lets test drive one. As we are setting up to test drive a Ram the salesman heads in the office to get a plate. It was taking him a bit to come back with the plate and I thought oh here we go, they are going to pull some kind of dealership move on me...well they DID! From around the corner here comes our salesman, Madison Schmidt, driving a Black Dodge Ram. My heart sunk, OMG what a truck! He pulls up and said lets drive this one, it has the package you want and it was just pulled off the delivery truck. We took it out on the interstate and that was it. I knew the Dodge was for me.Once we got back the Lithia sales crew work with us, Madison guided us through every step and we bought the Ram. After the purchase our salesman, Madison Schmidt, took me out to the truck and he spent an hour going over all the details of the truck, how to run the onboard systems, he even took the time to show me where a secret fuel funnel is located in case you ever need to fill the tank via a gas can! I cant say enough about the experience and Madison Schmidt. I have dealt with a few salesman in my day but this guy Madison is first rate. He knows so much about the trucks, plus he knows about the other trucks on the market and can compare them for you. The overall buying experience was first rate. If you need a new rig head over to Lithia and ask for Madison.

Don’t purchase a car at night. Bought a car at night and rushed to take delivery. Next day in daylight at home a lot of scratches to the finish on the hood. Called and asked to have it buffed out and told sorry won’t help you. Once you drive it off the lot your screwed.
