I had a concern about tire wear and brought the car in to have the alignment checked. Turns out the alignment was fine and they did not charge for the check. Also brought in my other car since they were willing and able to install the TPMS sensors that I purchased. Other places in town could not provide sensors and were not willing to install those I had. Les Schwab installed them without any issue at a great price of $40.

I can change two tires and oil with a road side emergency jack faster than these professionals. I am embarrassed for them. I was in a hurry and figured there is no way something so simple with an appointment could take longer than 2 hours in a shop when it takes me 80 minutes to do it solo, with my hand tools in a parking lot.Then they put a hole in my tire, put it back on and let me drive off the lot as passed inspection and quality checks after this task already exceeded two hours.An embarrassing joke and I am amazed this location is so highly rated.

Rotated tires and had them balanced, they recommend alignment! Which I will do. But noticed my center caps on chrome wheels were not installed right.

I dont usually write reviews but my experience with Les Schwab recently concerned me enough to post this. My son purchased his first vehicle this past year and finally saved enough money this summer to put new tires on. We went to Les Schwab on Broadway which is where my family has gone for over a decade. The salesperson was friendly and showed us tires which would fit his vehicle. There were a couple options but the salesperson stated he wasnt going to sell us the other tires as there was one under rebate which was a better tire for a lower price. There was a sign right above this tire claiming a rebate of $70 was available if sent it in to the manufacturer. My son purchased these tires and was handed the rebate form to fill out. Nowhere on the form did it state specific tires which fell under this rebate. He then mailed in the rebate but was informed a few weeks later that these tires werent covered by the rebate. I called Les Schwab to inform them of what had happened as we felt falsley led to these tires by the salesperson and $70 is a lot to a young man just starting out in life. The manager I spoke to was rude and tried very hard to deflect blame. He refused to refund the $70 and said he would only replace the tires with less expensive ones. So, instead of just giving a small refund, he would rather pay the man hours to replace these tires and inconvenience my son (who is a full time college student and works a part time job) with a day without his vehicle. The part that really made this experience so awful was the managers attitude towards me. He was very condescending, impatient, and completely unwilling to accept Les Schwab made a mistake or misled a customer. We have 5 cars in our family with more on the way (teens about to start driving) and we have been faithful customers for a very long time, but we feel Les Schwab has let us down and only sees us for our dollars at the cost of decency, honesty, and integrity. We can no longer take our business to Les Schwab and will not be recommending them to anyone else. If Ive learned anything in business, it takes much more money to get a new customer than it does to retain a current one. I hope the $70 was worth it.

What a circus. Employees lack basic understanding. Management are failing to keep employees on track and don’t train them. They were not that busy but it took over two hours and explaining that all we needed is a new tire put on a rim so we can complete our 10 hour road trip five times before they understood. And I’m pretty sure they still didn’t understand when we left. I would highly recommend going somewhere else.

Fast service despite the place being very busy. Friendly, helpful folks behind the counter. Best price on tires I could find, & I did call around. They checked my winter tires to make sure they were safe for another season, they checked my suspension, steering, etc. & gave me an estimate in writing for things that need some attention. Great place!

We are traveling in our motorhome and we heard a clunking sound coming from the front brakes. We had just had a complete brake job done in Post Falls. ID, so we needed to see what the problem was. Called Broadway store for Les Schwab in Missoula MT to schedule an appointment to rotate tires.Told me to bring in and would be 2 hrs. Was there at 9:47, swung by at 12:15. Not ready, and told another 11/2 to 2 hours?Called them at around 3:30, not ready and I was 9th in line, another 2-3 hours !! BSWas transferred to a manager after I complained.Manager stated, his employee miss spoke. Told him I could understand once, but the second time?All he said was sorry!Sounds like poor management, No, that IS POOR MANAGEMENT, PERIOD!!!!

We had a late-day flat on Saturday just before plans to drive to FL at sunrise Sunday. We were in dire straits. They close at 5:00. But we rolled in at 5:20 and they still serviced us (4 new tires)! In and out in 20 min!!👍

I can’t recommend them. I was the first person in the door this morning at 7:30, and was told the work would be done in 1-1.5 hours. An hour and 25 minutes later, after they had begun working on customers’ cars that came in after me, they finally pulled my car into the garage. I missed work this morning and showed up 10 minutes before they opened to get this done quickly, and they made no effort to get the job done in a timely fashion, or even meet their own estimated timeline. Instead, they evidently prioritized customers who showed up after me. And nobody bothered to come talk to me about what was going on or let me know it was going to take far longer than they’d originally told me. Pretty lame customer service. Then the kicker: $200 to mount and balance 4 tires.

Fast & friendly tire repair! TPS warning light came on so I stopped at W. Broadway location & one of the young guys who was stocking up the tire racks outside came over & checked all the air pressures. But also one of the Techs came out of the shop & told me to stop back by at the end of the day if I had any more problems. I later found a screw in one of the rear tires, stopped back - after they were technically Closed (5:15pm on a Saturday) and the same Tech promptly repaired my tire at no charge! Excellent Customer Service! Thank You! 😊

Honestly, I dont know what to say. This store is very hot or very cold. Thru been amazing in the past with their service. Other times, not at all. Today I went in saying I had a bad pressure sensor on one wheel. No leak or anything, just a bad sensor. Similar fix to a flat repair.2 hours of wait before they pull it into a bay. Its early in the day, bit maybe theyre behind. Then my truck sits for an hour with the wheel off. After an hour, or 3 hours total they put the wheel back on, back out the truck and park. Guy comes in and says it looks like you have a bad sensor. You may want to take that to a Ford dealership in case its warrantied.. I replied I sure wish youd said 3 hours ago you werent going to fix it and that I was wasting my time.. 3 hours of wait without a single thing being done - lets just say it wipes out a lot of really good service in the past.

These guys always take really good care of my family. Been going here for years. Sometimes the wait is long but thats because its worth it.

Extremely helpful! My low tire pressure light came on but wasnt specifying which one. Had stopped by last week & a different gentlemen put an extra 5 lbs. in each tire (40 lbs. my tires suggest 35 lbs. in cold weather). Said not to hit Reset just drive it & the light should go off, it didnt. So stopped back by this evening, the lady inside was very nice & polite! Clean lobby (as always) 😊 & everyone wearing masks. Pulled up to the bay (it was pouring rain) and the young man came right out. He let me step inside the garage due to the the rain while he checked all 4 tires & tested them to make sure it wasnt a sensor. Very nicely explained to me it was probably my spare. Still out in the rain, he dropped the spare & it was low. As soon as he put it at 35 lbs. the light went off. I wasnt even aware the spare was tied into the computer system, I guess you learn something new all the time! I didnt even catch his name as he said there ya go, have a good night & drive safe. 😊Thank you to him & Les Schwab, great customer service as always & for going that extra step of checking my spare! Thats why I go to them!! 👍👍

The guys that work at Les Schwab on Broadway are always wonderful! I had some problems with my car and they got me in at no time and replaced my rear rotors, breaks and calipers and rotated my tires. Theyre friendly, professional and give you the best deal that they can. I highly recommend over any tire shop in Missoula. Keep up the phenomenal work!

Set up an appointment last Thursday online for an alignment and tirevrotation at the last schedule posted available for the next day and it was confirmed also mentioned on the appointment customer is staying in the facility. I am traveling every week for work so that Friday is a perfect day for me to go straight to Les Schwab. I went there Friday an hour and a half earlier than my appointment and I was told they couldnt do my alignment that evening cause it willbtake an hour, so just come back the next day - Saturday ( one of my 2days off) well I did. Came there pass 9am that next day. Took my vehicle to the garage pass 11am. Customer service knew I was staying cause he acknowledged me there after 3 hours and he said oh I thought drop off ;(. After 5hours all in all 8 hours of waiting - Mechanic told me I have to pay this and that and told him just go ahead and fix it. I asked how long will it take 1l he said 15 mins to replace the part then 30mins for alignment if theres no other issue! Wow only 30 minutes for slignment I have been waitingbfor 8HOURS. After 30 mins or so he came out and said an unfortunate message - they we dont have the needed part for my vehicle! The shop is freaking closing already and I was the only one left there waiting for nothing but just words, saying come back this Monday and tell us what you want and sorry! Atleast someone said sorry!!! I just cried for my wasted time and frustration! I so trust this company to take care of my vehicle, respect my appointment details and time but what! Zero! Never again!!! VERY POOR SERVICE!!! IF THERES -STAR THATS WHAT I WILL PUT FOR RATING THIS PLACE!!!

Tried to say we couldnt replace tire and on top of that that we need a whole new front passenger wheel well package over 1500 dollars! Took it to a friend and all the parts are 100 dollars . Never again will I trust them

They were really not that helpful, and didnt seem willing to think beyond what they had in stock. I was also disappointed by their handling of my account. Ive always liked them in the past, but probably wont go there anymore.

We came in with what we thought were two flat tires - turned out to be three on our RV. All of the tire stores were super busy and Les Schwab was the only store that was able to fit us in. Pat was great! The tires weren’t from Les Schwab but he fixed them quickly and at no charge. We’re grateful for the great customer service, thank you!!

The customer service deserves more than 5 stars because they always go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience and help all of your tire needs. I cannot say that I have had a single bad experience at Les Scwab. Thoroughly impressed and will continue with more years of service from this wonderful shop! The only down side is everyone also uses them so they are always busy but that must also say something about how great they are!

Over the years, Ive moved away from doing business with Les Schwab as EVERY time I walk through the doors they find a pressing $1000+ issue that needs to be fixed right now. I drive a well maintained Audi S7 that has regular scheduled maintenance from my long time mechanic and somehow, despite the fact that I had just seen him 2 months prior, Les Schwab finds something MAJOR that needs to be fixed.My most recent experience has solidified that Ill never do business there again. I took my vehicle in for a flat tire - turns out one of my rims got bent due to winter driving and and had a slow leak. Okay, I get it nothing to do but replace the rims. Les Schwab has some rims that fit my vehicle at a (relatively) decent price in shop so I purchase them. However, they dont have a matching snow tire that will fit my car in inventory. So, based on their recommendations, I end up buying a new set of all weather tires and walking out with a $1,850 bill.As soon as I leave, I have to drive from Missoula to Stevensville and I notice my vehicle is pulling HARD to the right. I make the whole trip at around 60 miles per hour as the vehicle feels very unsafe and call Les Schwab to reschedule a time to get back in. They tell me to simply bring it in and theyll take a look at it. When I bring it back, they look at my car and identify what they think is to be the problem. Of course, to solve this issue its another $1900 to fix. I ask the mechanic if this is such a major problem, why wasnt it there before I came to see them? And why did no one identify it the last time I was here just days before? The employee tells me they dont know and insinuates that the issue most likely was there and I just never noticed it before. Of course Im frustrated and tell him I would have noticed my vehicle pulling so drastically one way. I tell them Im going to take it to another mechanic for a 2nd opinion. When going to grab the documents he has for me, I have to then ask for a copy of what theyre quoting me as needing to be fixed because he tries to hand me all the other documents but not the document with what theyre claiming needs to be fixed (again he had all of them in his hand and, from my perspective, he purposefully didnt hand me the one with what they were quoting me on). Again, feels a little dishonest or at best disingenuous as Im not sure why hes trying to keep the quote back from me.I take my vehicle that afternoon to my normal mechanic who has been in the industry for 20+ years and worked on my vehicles since 2010. He jacks my car up and, with me there, shows me what Les Schwab is referencing on my wheel. He says theres no way its causing the issues theyre talking about and no way it would cause my car to pull that hard. When I ask if it needs to be fixed his exact words were Well, if it were my car, I wouldnt worry about this for at least another 50k miles. He goes through an inspection and finds that my two right tires are underinflated compared to the two left tires, one by 11 pounds and one by 14 pounds! Theres your issue were his words as my car has very low profile tires. Sure enough, he inflates all the tires to the same pressure and my vehicle magically is driving straight again.What really upsets me is that Les Schwab was trying to get me to spend another $1900 to fix a non issue when all that was causing my car to drift was the fact that their mechanics didnt have the wherewithal to do something as SIMPLE as verify that all my tires were inflated to the same pressure. Les Schwab talks about its best value guarantee but this event and the way it was handled completely destroyed any trust I have in what theyre saying.The only reason Im not giving them 1 star is because at least they were polite in dealing with me. No one was rude throughout the process. However, they were either insincere at worst or incompetent at best in the way the servicing of my vehicle was handled.

I am a roofing contractor that semi regularly gets punctured tires in the course of my work. This past Saturday, my right front tire got a hole while dropping a load of waste at the dump. I was able to limp to the Les Schwab on Broadway, and hearing that I had an uncovered roof half an hour away that needed to get covered by the end of the day, the team there whisked me back to the truck shop and got me fixed up and on my way in 20 minutes. Special thanks to James and Jurien (sorry if I spelled this wrong) for saving my day!

I was told it would take a couple hours to change four tires. Instead I waited for nine hours and they never once touched them.

This is definitely the place to get your tires!!! I have used them for decades now. Gotta love the free flat tire repairs they offer. A small thing that keeps me coming back again and again.

I’ve always had a good experience until recently. The Broadway branch is not enforcing the mask mandate. I saw several people inside the store including teenagers without masks on with no visible indication of disability. None of the employees spoke up but allowed it. I am reporting this here in the hopes that Les Schwab will take an honest look at their practices to ensure the safety of their customers. I took a picture of one maskless group in the store while I was there but there were more than 6 people without a mask at one point in time. It’s looks like someone posted a review a month ago about this and it has not changed.

Wont be returning.Update: Turns out my dealership got it done for free under my warranty even at 60,000 miles. Literally took less than 30 minutes.

Brought in a vehicle for a flat repair. 6 hours later the car was finished. This isnt the first time either. Only go here because Ive had a charge account there since I was a kid. Slowest in town and customer service is sub-par.

I needed to purchase and install winter tires during an early onset of winter. It was clear they were very busy and all working hard. I was incredibly impressed with how calm and helpful everyone was. No one seemed stressed out and they treated me with kindness and professionalism. My kids loved getting the complimentary popcorn while we waited at the end of the day (they stayed later than closing to finish vehicles and get them safe for our surprise early snowy roads). Great customer service and I love the tires too!

Was hoping to get snow tires here but dealt with a snobby receptionist there on Friday afternoon December 11th, 2020. Walked out after dealing with her and took my business elsewhere.

I always love Les Schwab. My bf didnt get his tires from there but we got a flat and I wasnt sure what to do. We were financially tight but its our only car. I went to pay and they said it was on the house. They said the expected wait time was about an hour and that was about how long I waited. Thank you Les Schwab for taking the nail out of our tire. We really appreciate it.

He realized getting in another day soon would be difficult due to work and realized my current tires were a safety hazard with my long daily commutes. Recently moved to Montana and the car started making a strange noise so we brought it into Les Schwab around 2 PM. They were slammed but Jack offered to come look at our car for our piece of mind. He showed us that our brakes and rotors were toast. I know they worked late for us and we are thankful because we live 45 minutes out of town! Jack and the whole crew here are awesome and while we saw how busy they were, they took care of us! Thank you for all your hard work!

Had an emergency with my brakes while out of town for the 4th. The manager over there at the West Broadway location helped in a big way. My tires are usually a little on the spendy side but the warranty on merch and service is always 100% worth. Yalls are amazing tire guys and gals

The people that work here are awesome! We came into town and had a new tire and bearing come off our trailer at a very busy intersection. We were stranded for an hour & a half. I kind young man stopped to help us so we could follow him while bring escorted by a wonderful police officer. He guided us to Les Schwab. They were unable to fix it until the next morning. However, they let us use their electric, provided us with water and let us campout right on their property. Thanks for going above and beyond! And getting out trailer road ready!

Went in prior to moving out of state got told our car had two bad tie rods and needed a new battery they claimed everything else was fine turns out the car started shaking extremely bad on the way took it to a different place along the way all tires were bad and had other issues les schwab failed to tell us even though they did a full diagnostic to figure out what was wrong les schwab lied and told us everything was perfect and in good condition that was a lie we have a 4 month old baby just had to pay les schwab over $400 and then another place $400 to fix what les schwab failed to inform us of smh wouldn’t recommend business to anyone they don’t do they’re jobs they rush and cut corners and leave vehicles unsafe

They do their work like ANY other shop would. Except these lazy workers decides to get OIL hand prints all across the roof of my car costing $$$ to get my car detailed. Thank you for wasting my money

A big THANK YOU to Dan Schultz!! We were passing through and found that we had a broken leaf spring on our fifth wheel camper. Googled repair facilities. Called & talked to Dan, whom advised us to come right over (we were at the TA Truck stop). Dan measured and obtained the correct part and had it installed within the span of two hours!! And the bill was a LOT LESS than we expected. We are safely back on the road headed towards PA!
