Joe is first rate in both his experience and his level of professionalism. Our truck was having issues, and not only did Joe fit us in, but he followed through when the first part that was replaced did not function properly, and he replaced it under warranty. Always easy to deal with, honest, knows his business, and is straight forward. We are very grateful to have found automotive cutting edge to service our truck and keep us on the road.

I was experiencing some problems with my coolant system and decided to call up ACE due to a friends recommendation. They were able to quickly get my vehicle in for a diagnosis, and had the issue fixed within a day. Their turnaround time was fantastic, and their staff is easily the most friendly and professional Ive ever encountered in an automotive shop. Their work is solid, and Ill definitely be recommending them to my friends!

Joe worked on my Hyundai after the engine blew due to another shops careless actions. Not only was he patient while the money situation got worked out with the other shop, but he was very approachable. He and Donna treated me with so much attention and respect, I know everything I need done will be done at his shop. I am so leery of shops and mechanics but Joe is an all around great guy! I look forward to supporting his business in the coming years.

FIVE STARS!! Not only were they fair on honest when doing my oil change and looking at the root of a rattling noise, they didnt make me feel like the idiot I deserved to feel like by helping me realize the window not rolling up was simply the fact that I didnt understand how my old school child window locks worked.I recommend, from appointment setting to getting my car back. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Took our truck in not too long ago and they made up problems which werent problems and I found out later from another shop and a friend mechanic that I trust. This place is made it look nice but as far I am concerned in my opinion they are a bunch of smiling nice talking thieves. Do yourself a favor find a family/friend/small mechanic to take your car into. They also charge waaay to much for their crap at Cutting Edge Too.

This company has a judgment against it in the civil court of Missoula county for doing a bad and inaccurate inspection on a vehicle. They do not stand behind their work and I would advise any one against going here for any reason.If you do go to them then please make sure you get everything in writing and make sure they write down every detail of your work to be performed and the outcome of what was said to you.Please be aware of the risk you will be taking if anything goes wrong with your vehicle after the fact.Not a company you should trust.Rated 0

I began doing business with ACE about a year ago when my son and some friends were playing and accidentally broke a window of one of the work trucks there. As a result, my son had to go and sweep and clean the lot for Joe. It was a blessing in disguise because Joe didnt press charges, my 5 year old son learned consequences of his actions and I found a mechanic that I trust and that does great work on my car. I have been to him ever since for any little problem that arises with my car and usually its in and out in no time and the prices are reasonable. I wouldnt let anyone else work on my car!!

I was broke down in a blizzard. Iron Horse towing took their time and lied to me when they were coming to get my daughter and I out of the road. I have never took any of my vehicles to Automotive Cutting Edge until than. I dropped it off. The very next morning I had a estimate and 2 days later I got my car back! The cost was cheaper than I thought it would be and the service was friendly! I couldnt believe how fast the service was!

If I could give this business 0 stars, I would! If you value your time, money and sanity choose another business to repair your vehicle. It took over six months, insurance claims and near litigation to get an unsatisfying resolution on a failed engine repair that should have been covered under their warranty. Throughout the process I spent countless hours on the phone and away from work with attorneys, other repair shops, insurance companies and adjusters all to resolve an issue that, in my opinion, should have been taken care of by them. Bottomline, my advice, choose another business for your repair needs, it will probably save years on your life.
