Id describe this place as a high end thrift store, you have to look through everything to make sure youre buying things in good condition but the store is clean and curated with only new or like new clothes. Sometimes Im confused why a sweater cost $25 when it has a huge rip down the center, but usually youre getting a good deal. Its great for somebody who likes to upcycle their clothes.

Wide variety of merchandise. Decent prices and friendly staff. I bought short black boots for $1 and a pair of shoes for $3.

They also carry luggage, handbags and home goods. You never know what you will find as they get 2 new shipments per week.

It was our first time and they had a nice selection of clothes for cheap especially the shoes. They have buy one get ones for as low as $3.I wasn’t pleased with the cashier unfortunately. She has half blonde and brown hair I think. Just aggressive but still friendly

It can really be hit or miss coming to this place but it’s almost always worth a try cause you never know what you might find...They always have a variety of things to look through and the prices are almost unbeatable for what your getting at the end of the day...So if your ever looking for men’s shoes at a great price (which is what I mainly go to check out) then this is your spot.

Annex is a store that sells clothing seconds.the clothes are all cheap but have some sort of damage or staining of varying levels of severity. Theyre significantly more clothing for women than for men. Every item has a tag marking the type and location of damage. This makes it easier to pick clothing with hidden it easily repaired issues. With a good eye you can get nice clothes at 10% the usual cost.

Great place to get quality name brand labels for a sliver of the cost!! Youll need to be okay with getting out a stain or patching a hole or adding a button, but if you do that, all the clothes are brand new and in fashion👍👍😁

If you dig, you can find something. But be ready to spend a couple of hours there. Prices are affordable but there is a lot of junk clothes that you have to go through. There is a wide selection of shoes but most of them in terrible condition with missing parts and totally worn-out sole. Good luck! Staff is friendly, though and clothes arranged nicely.

Drove all the way down to find out that you could not buy anything because they were restocking. Never heard of anything so ridiculous. Website said store was open but did not tell you you could not purchase anything. Why even be open?!

Normally I love the annex. The last time I was in though, was a bad experience. I had a pile of stuff to try on and walked up to the dressing rooms, which I was told were closed because the store was closing soon. It was a full 25 minutes from close. I clarified that I couldnt try on any of the items I intended to purchase and the answer was yes which seems really bizarre. So dont go in here in the evenings if you intend to try anything on that you want to buy, you know... Like the basic function of a clothing store. 🤷 Eta: I believe everything here is final sale, making it even more strange that I wasnt allowed to try anything on.

A little bit of everything. great deals on slightly damaged clothing. may need to stop several times as their inventory turns over and changes quickly.

The customer service was horrible. The employees were trying on clothes, gossiping non-stop and when it came to check out the cashier was in the back trying on shoes and prancing around. Had to shout to get service, and they were very rude. The cashier stuffed my clothes in the bag and walked away.
