These people went above and beyond to make sure my groomsmen and I looked perfect for my wedding, and they have provided the best service I have ever received. Not to mention, the suits they provide are at a fraction of the cost of other places, and you get to keep them instead of renting!If you are in need of wedding attire for yourself and your wedding party, you should absolutely go to Knights Chamber!
We purchased suits through Knights Chambers for our wedding. Even though my groomsmen were from all over the country, they were able to coordinate with them to receive measurements and ship them their suits with plenty of time for tailoring. A few groomsmen including myself also needed last minute tailoring adjustments which they were able to accommodate quickly and easily. The suits looked great on the wedding day and you definitely cannot beat that price.
Incredible customer service here. They bent over backwards to work with my and my long-distance groomsmen to get everything ready for our wedding. Absolutely phenomenal team I recommend to everyone.

Knights Chamber in Minneapolis did a fantastic job with our suits for my brothers wedding. They came through for him through several challenges over the past several months. First, they managed to get everyone in for a fitting amid the pandemic. Then, they leaped into action to save everyones suits amid the unrest in their city. The crew at Knights Chamber were able to get the suits safely to the tailor and then to us after they were able to clean up and reopen. Through very intense hurdles, the team at Knights Chamber pulled through and made everyone in my brothers wedding party look sharp. We get to look just as sharp a year from now when the happy couple gets to finally hold their full reception!

Highly recommend. Came here for wedding & groomsmen suits. After checking several other places, including online where i wasnt sure exactly what i would be getting. The shop allows you to make an individualized appointment where you get 100% 1on1 attention to answer all your questions, go through options, and explain everything to you. They offere a variety of packages styles and quality levels. I greatly appreciated this personalized service where i got to see & feel the different suits, style, cut, material, etc. They spend the time measuring each wedding party member [each can make their own appointment as well] and then have you try on different cuts and style and brands to find the best fit. I felt taken care of every step of the way. With everything else for the wedding being so stressful to pick out and plan, having to not worry about the suits knowing they would take care of was much needed peace of mind.
I needed a vehicle for my daughter who is going to college. And with the winters here I wanted a safe reliable vehicle for all types of whether. The went and found her a Ford escape. Its beautiful, no dents no rust and she loved it. It was a little above what I wanted to pay and they actually came down to what I was able to pay for it. This is my second vehicle I have bought in a few months. And this is where I will be buying all my vehicles in the future. If you want a nice vehicle at a great price with the best costumer service Ive ever had. Then come check out what they have in stock. If they dont have it, they will find it for you. These guys are great! The only place I go to buy a suit. They helped me with my wedding and they were so dedicated that they drove up to whitebear lake and edina to make sure that I had my ties and socks in time for my wedding since the shipping was delayed due to the weather. Only place to buy a suit.

As a wedding planner, I work with many menswear stores in the Twin Cities. I recently reached out to Tariq at Knights Chamber to see if he wanted to be part of a styled shoot as we needed menswear for our groom model. Tariq was wonderful to work with with and was very flexible with getting our groom model in for a fitting. We actually had a change in plans and had one groom model go in for a fitting and later that evening had to unfortunately back out of the shoot. We then had a last minute groom model come on board just days before the shoot and Tariq was able to accommodate him and everything worked out! The menswear looked great and fit our vision perfectly. The shopping experience was extremely easy with Knights Chamber. He pulled 3 styles and colors, we picked one and that was it. But, when it came to communicating, there really isn’t any (which most reviews mention/warn). They don’t answer the phones and mixed up a couple shirts/ties. It was all resolved once we finally got them on the phone though. The guys looked handsome & it was a great deal for purchasing a great suit.
It was a pleasure to work with Stuart from Knights Chamber today, he made the entire process quick and easy, along with giving great recommendations on color/design matching with suit, ties and dress shirts. Finding suits to fit me properly has always been a challenge because of my height and proportions, but Stuart had me in and out within about 30 minutes. A full tailored suit, 2 new ties and 3 fitted dress shirts in different colors for about $250. Ive paid close to $1000 for just one fitted suit in the past. The entire staff is upbeat, knowledgeable and eager to send you on your way, looking great and feeling confident of your choices. Quality, price and service cant be beat! Knights Chamber is a great choice for men’s formalwear. Got a wedding suit that I can keep and it is great quality. It is a great value to buy from Knights Chamber because you are buying rather than renting a suit from another shop. The gentlemen were also very helpful in coordinating the suit process, especially with COVID-19 overhauling how they operate their system. Very impressed with how adaptive they were and how professional they presented themselves as well!

Chris was very helpful and made shopping low stress.**Update**My original post was from late 2019/early 2020. I visited the shop because I wanted to get my wedding party some clothes. I purchased half a dozen shirts and ties, then covid took over and we had to cancel our wedding plans. Chris was very understanding and took all of our merchandise back and gave me store credit.I finally returned to use my store credit and found out that the store was looted and destroyed. While we chatted he maintained cheer and optimism the future.Bottom line: highly recommend this store. Reasonable prices, quality goods, friendly service, and they know their stuff!
They are, in fact, queer-friendly! I (queer man) like to wear heels with my suit, so I made a note about that when I booked the appointment and brought my heels with me. The salesman (Tariq?) didnt bat an eye and helped me find the right hem length and taper for the pants to go with the heels.
Knights chamber did an amazing job with the suits for our wedding. All the men we worked with were super knowledgeable and friendly. All alterations done in house looked great and they shipped them well in advance. In addition they went above and beyond to make sure we got our ties on time! Great experience and would totally recommend!
My fiance and I went here to get his suit for our wedding. We scheduled an appointment and had amazing one-on-one service with a person who was extremely helpful and kind. He never pushed us to find something out of our budget. They have multiple packages to choose from to get a great deal, plus you can add extra items a la carte like shoes, belts, and vests. They have great quality suits and excellent customer service. Its a better deal and less expensive than renting a suit or tux!!

I always have an amazing experience. I went in a week before my wedding and the employee spent three hours helping me find the perfect suit! It is the only suit shop that I can find a properly fitting slim fit shirt. Great customer service and unbeatable prices. I have three suites and all of them are from knights chamber.
We worked with Knights Chamber for our mens wedding suits and everything went great. The staff was very helpful throughout the whole process and I would recommend that others check them out. Our groomsmen really liked the fact that they got the keep the suits after the wedding day as well.

I have never experienced better customer service at any clothing store. I had a unique situation because I was purchasing a large number of suits for my groomsmen and some of them were from other states. That challenge didnt deter the gentlemen at Nights Chamber from providing excellent customer service to each and every one of them.I couldnt recommend this company highly enough! Great prices, great suits, and excellent customer service!!! You cant go wrong with these guys!
Recieved my suit. Tried it on quick to see if it fit. It fit. Put it away. Didnt think I had to look over the suit to see if there was stains. My buddies Wedding day comes and we all get ready and i look at my pants and there is a large faded brown stain like someone kept an iron on it for too long. Long story short. Spent a ton of money for a suit with an iron burn in the leg. Garbage. I would call and complain but its the wedding day today and far too late. I will never go here again.

Knights Chamber are apsolutley brilliant. They are now my go to shop for suites, the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Ive been to the location in St cloud and now to this one here in the cities and Im just blown away with the quality of service and products. I highly recommend them.

The store manager is very helpful and knowledgeable. They even stayed after hours when we walked in 10 minutes before close. Turn around on an entire suit was 3 weeks including tailoring.

Not one to write a review, but damn...Went in to get a suit for a friends wedding. From the start I knew there was something not right. I was in with some other guys in the wedding and the employee measuring us did a half-ass job. Got a call that our suits were ready MONTHS later, so we go in. Imagine that..all of us needed our suits to be fixed in one way of another. My suit ended up being ready days before the wedding, so I had no other choice but to accept it and move on. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.
The only redeeming aspect of our experience with the Knights Chamber was quality customer service; however, we ran into several issues with a number of our suits for our wedding party. First and foremost, despite beginning the process with our wedding party 5 months in advance, some of our suits still took until the week before the wedding to be ready for pick up. While I know this is not entirely in their control as tailoring and ordering take time, this added an additional, unnecessary amount of stress to wedding planning. Likewise, at least 3 of our suits had issues on the day of the wedding 1) one of our best man did not receive the correct color shirt to go with his suit despite having made his initial order with the groom present and ensuring everything was correct. 2) one of the groomsmen’s pants were missing a seam near the pocket, to the point where his boxers were visible and required emergency stitching. 3) despite the groom trying the pants on in store, and a week before the wedding to ensure a perfect fit, the zipper (which seemed to be of very cheap quality) completely broke on the day of the wedding. Thankfully, a family member was quite handy and able to get it fixed, but not before both the entire center of the button broke (not just the thread -the entire button snapped) and the metal clasp completely fell off which appeared to just be tacked into the waistband of the pants. All of this resulting in the groom having to go to the nearest store (Walmart) to scrounge up a pair of dress pants to match the rest of the suit. -On the plus side, the Walmart pants were of much higher quality than the pants that were received at the Knights Chamber and matched nearly perfectly so it ended up working out despite the massive amount of stress. But extremely frustrating nonetheless because not only did the best man not match the rest of the wedding party, but 2 members of the wedding party, including the groom, have pants that are unwearable. This is absolutely unacceptable considering the amount of money that was spent in purchasing and altering these suits. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Got a suit for my wedding and only had a couple days to get it as I was in from out of town. Chris, the owner, was extremely helpful and delivered as promised. He was the only person in the store, so no experience with other employees, but if Chris is there, youll get taken care of! Store is a little disheveled for some people like myself, but that seems to be due to Chris trying multiple suits on you and focusing on getting the job done...note my first visit was late in the day...second visit was much earlier with a tiddy shop. Thanks again, Chris!

I dont often write reviews but they were truly horrible. Easily THE WORST part of our wedding planning. Chris (manager) was nice on the phone but so unorganized!!! We would send suits in to get tailored and they would send back a completely different jacket (for example). They spilled coffee on our order sheet & couldnt read it. His sales associate (Joseph) was ok incredibly rude, and had an excuse for everything and black.ed everyone else. One of our ushers they gave him the complete wrong pants and when he went back they told him it was too late and they would fix it for him after the wedding. Even though we ordered everything ON THEIR TIME FRAME, and EVERYTHING came in late. They would call to say it was in, we would go pick it up & it wouldnt be there or they couldnt find it. We talked to them constantly about all of the issues and they never offered any solution or compensation! I will NEVER use them again abd would strongly discourage anyone else from using them! I would give negative stars if I could. (We worked only with the uptown location. I am told the st. Cloud one has completely different management and runs independent of uptown so I have no opinion of the st. Cloud location just to be clear).
Seriously these people don’t deserve one star. My fiancé went in July looking for a suit for our wedding in January. Plenty of time given. Not only do they not use a computer system to track your orders but they only seem to have a person working the store at time. The guy promised the suit would be in within a month and who are we not to take his word. It is now almost December and we have no suit. Every time my fiance calls in to check the status they are dumbfounded and give no real answers. They have taken his name and number down at least 15 times. And for what probably to throw in a trash basket. Needless to say my fiancé is going somewhere else.

I was looking for a place to get suits for all of the guys in my wedding. Knights has hit the advertising trail hard, so I figured theyd be a good shop to try out. Unfortunately, the day I visited the only salesperson working was busy with another customer, and made it clear he wasnt able to help me get my seven suits set up, but he did write down the styles that I liked and gave me the contact information of the manager Chris. I emailed Chris that same day, and then twice again over the next two weeks. Finally, in week three, I submitted an inquiry through their website for more information on how to get everything set up.Its now been a month and I still havent been contacted with any information. Its pretty unfortunate because they would have been a convenient choice, but Im not sure I would even be comfortable dealing with such a non-responsive company on something that requires such coordination.
The deals here can’t really be beat. I’d much rather go to this place than some crappy chain too. The owner, Chris, is great as well.

Terrible! I went with my husband to pick up a suit for a wedding and the staff was zero help. The suit was much too big for him, but when he tried it on an employee glanced at him from behind the counter and said, looks good, then went back to twiddling his thumbs. I finally spoke up saying that the suit was too large and he mumble and said, yeah its boxy. Luckily they had something in a smaller size but there was no checking to see the fit of the pants or vest. Very disappointing, no attention to detail, or just normal fitting standards AT ALL!
I went in to grab my suit for a wedding. There was a large group and another person in there. The store only had one employee working. I waited over 30 minutes just to grab a suit. This was not the employees fault, because he did the best he could. It is ridiculous to wait that long to just grab a suit.
If you are looking for European style this wedding suit is the perfect spot.

If I were able to give this place no stars I definitely would. This place is a total mess and they have no customer service experience, along with not knowing what a suit should look like or how long the tailor would take. We started at this store about 4 months ago, we have just enough time to do everything before our wedding in August. At first Chris told us he would be able to get a suit in for us and that hed give us a call, however we never received a call and we had to call them 5 times before wed hear anything back. Then he told us he could get the suit we wanted in by July 20th, a month before our wedding, we trusted him and went with it. July 20th approached... then July 27th, no call about the suits coming in.. because they never did, a phone call wouldve been nice though. Finally we went it and got fitted for a suit we never wanted because we had no other choice, and constantly got the run-a-round with things and getting lied too. Everyone got fitted and the suits looked absolutely ridiculous, Apparently Chris thought suits fit like a glove to everyone and they would be fitted by our wedding like he had promised. They then told us that all theyll be able to do is hem the pants, and there is no time to do anything else, we had 5 guys total in the wedding and were gonna have our fathers come in as well, after all this we never bought anything and they lost our service and along with anyone else who will ask us about this place. We also ask for upper management number, & the employees were so dumbfounded, as if we spoke in a different language. Never going here again, this place is lousy and you could find better suits somewhere else!
