I looooove this place!!! I bring my children with me all the time and I am always complimented on their mannerisms by the employees. Brandi is my favorite! She is so down to earth and will take the time to go online and order our shoes for us, if they do not have our sizes. I definitely recommend this store and if you go, ask for Brandi. She is great and her customer service skills are on point.💜💜💜💜💜

This place is in a convenient place for me. It has a wide variety of top notch name brand Nike & Adidas shoes & a little bit of apparel like jackets, t shirts, pants, hoodies, socks & 2 piece outfits. Although the selection of sizes are very slim. The employees have attention to ask if I needed anything specific. Maybe a little bit to much attention like I was being watched for theft. Although this location is directly downtown Minneapolis so it is needed and to be expected. Overall four stars would be five if they had more popular sizes stocked.

Had great and extremely fast experience at this Foot Locker. Found an amazing Nike Airmax and was out of there in minutes. Went back later in the day to even grab some BOGO socks! Love this joint.

I just had a great experience in the store with Jamian and Phillip. Both were great guys and very helpful. Also, some GREAT deals in the store.

Stopped in Tuesday evening, and was not greeted by the employee, nor was I ever offered any help. The female working was behind the counter chatting on the phone, and paid no attention to me. The female employee also had two ladies sitting near her and was not sure if they worked there or just waiting for their friend to get off work, but they did attempt to give me a ”mean mug” before returning their attention back to each other. I walked around the store multiple times, and really wanted to buy a few pairs of shoes and some clothing as I was on a business trip and not completely prepared for the -30 weather.Went back the next day figuring maybe it had just been a long day for the employee the night before. Understandably due to the weather, the store, along with many others were closed.Thursday I attempted to stop in before leaving the cities and returning home. The store didn’t open until after 8, even though opening time states 8:00AM. So I went to my final meeting and was going to stop in when it was done at 2pm. However, although all the lights were on, doors were locked with nobody in sight. No sign on the door giving any explanation such as a bathroom break or closed early. Went back after checking out of my hotel (literally right next door)- doors were locked, but you could see the same employee from Tuesday night standing by the front entrance staring at the window like she was waiting for a ride.So they lost my business, I get that it’s downtown Minneapolis, but quit hiring these unfriendly ghetto people with terrible work ethics. Provide on the job training for them so they can develop the skills needed. I did not have any verbal communication with the employee, but the non-verbal body language that I perceived had me feeling like i was about to get shanked, or jumped after leaving the store.

Rude female manger with glasses,people don’t know the shoes over the phone and no courtesy terrible customer service. Spent over $800 and they act like it doesn’t give them commission or matter what or how I feel about what I’m buying and how I’m spending Emmy money with them WILL NEVER GO BACK

Everything was great they just need more if a selection of kids shoes.

All rude and acted like they couldnt do a simple return and exchange when any footlocker can do these simple tasks. Everyone in the store acted like they should be paid to just stand around. Dont waste your money here.

Went in yesterday, returned today hoping for better service. Workers there are sooooo lazy and rude; apparently that applies to all workers. Good luck getting anywhere in life with an attitude like that 🙏🏾

Just bought the last pair for the Js they had... not from here but I loved the staff and the customer service! I wish all footlockers had this type of customer service!!!!!!!! The first time I had all3 employees greet and try to help me... funny thing is ... I didn’t come to buy, but with that serviceI had too!!!!!!

Friendly helpful staff.If your a woman with feet larger then a size 10 dont bother, they have nothing for you here.

They were supposed to be open at 10, but didnt open until almost noon. When we mentioned that we were there at 10 and 11 looking for shoes, they casually said they they got a late start . I cant believe that an owner/manager would tolerate that attitude. Service was mediocre and selection very poor. I only bought shoes because my feet were sore and I was desperate.

What a joke of a store. I don’t understand why they open the door? Don’t waste your time. Drive anywhere else.

Hours were incorrect on Google. I suggested an edit. It showed 10am - 8pm M-F.They were closed at 737 and the sign on the door has revised hours. So much for the trip...

Worst foot locker I’ve ever been to. As company yup should be ashamed to run a store like this. Rude woman as I walked in with attitude speaking to someone on the phone through speaker phone. The look like they couldn’t care less about working here. Awful

Tried to buy some shoes last minute. Tried at 7:40 since they close at 8pm. They were closed! Not good!

We got there 15 mins before they closed and the staff ignored us,we knew what shoes we wanted just had to try on a few sizes and see if they got them, if they didnt want to work the last few minutes all they had to say is we are closed.

This foot locker NEVER has enough sizes and they dont even have a catalogm
