Horrible. Needed free air for my tire that was low. Man refused to let me use it as he stated he had already locked up and closed. Mind you this was over 20 mins before their actual listed closing time. 9:40 pm 7/7/2021. Ridiculous.

Car was leaking coolant so they replaced the thermostat and water pump. 3 days later, car is leaking coolant again from after market parts. Shoddy at best, wouldn’t recommend. Use a certified dealer instead.

After parking for a trip, I got on the highway and car was wobbling. Got to Repair Rite and Chris checked my tires, added air and made sure no wheel was falling off. One wheel was warm. I parked w the car on to let the car and brakes heat up. Very thorough and reassuring and I’ll be back. I’m glad I found them!

I live around the corner from the Richfield location. When I had an issue with the drivers side mirror coming loose on my 2008 Cadillac DTS, I brought it in for Kris to take a look at. He made the repair for me within 20 minutes, and he refused to take payment for the service!? It is rare to meet business owners these days who value decency and community over a profit but Kris is clearly a man of integrity. Repair Rite just gained a lifelong customer!

Chris, at Repair Rite, was a lifesaver today. I was recently aware that Tires Plus hadn’t torqued all of my tires because a friend had discovered that the shaking from the front end of my car was the result of lug nuts so loose I was close to losing my front tire. My friend fixed the front tires but I hadn’t gotten in to have the rest of the lug nuts checked. On the way to a vet appointment today I knew something was terribly wrong on the freeway and immediately exited to take back streets the rest of the way. Once at the vet, I found the closest repair shop was 3 blocks away and thankfully it was Repair Rite. I called Chris and he told me where to pull up and came out right away to check the lug nuts. As I expected, the back driver was completely lose and close to coming off. He jacked up my car to make sure the wheel was tightened in the right position and wouldn’t even accept compensation for his efforts that I was beyond grateful for. Thank you Chris and Repair Rite! We will be back!

I needed a tire repair, and everywhere I called was booked up for the afternoon! I walked into Repair Rite and told them my problem, he came out to take a look and said he could take care of it. Within a half hour I got a call back saying it was fixed and I could pick it up whenever. Super fast, really friendly and reasonably priced service! Thank you!!

Made a reservation online for an oil change. Included a note saying that my car was sluggish. They couldnt find a reason for the sluggishness, but Kris offered to check my car again when the roads were dry as it was snowing today. The price was very reasonable. Far cheaper than other autoshops. I was very impressed by Kris.

Ive had a wicked squeak in my 2012 Jeep Patriot for several months now. I dropped it off to have the squeak addressed and while looking the car over, they noticed my wheel bearings were loose. Normally I would call BS, except without any prompt Kris asked if Id ever noticed what sounds like a freight train following my car down the highway. UM YAH its SUPER loud. I didnt think anything of it previously though and thought my car was just loud. So he replaced those and my car no longer sounds like Im racing a railroad.Were still working out whats causing the squeak because so many parts of my suspension could be the culprit, but Kris and his team have been fantastic in helping me work through each of these issues and find/repair the source.Their quotes were substantially more affordable than what other shops quoted, their hours / communication / efficient working speed are very convenient for those of us who work 9-5 M-F, and they explained every single thing they were doing. No need to just take their word for it. For the first time ever Ive not felt like a shop was taking advantage of me for not knowing squat about cars (my husband does and was equally as impressed with their fairness, honesty, and quality).And a major perk for me, as a gal (roll your eyes all you want), is that each and every person Ive encountered there would look me SQUARE in the eye when addressing me about my vehicle. My husband would be standing right next to me and they would address him when he spoke or had a question, but otherwise they addressed me clearly as the owner. This may not sound like a big deal to most folks but it speaks huge volumes as a gal who is always pushed to the side in favor of talking to my husband about my own dang car.This shop and team have left a great impression and Im relieved to have finally found a reliable mechanic team.

This place charges you $100 for every small check they do. Apart from the checkup cost, they quoted me way more for the part that I could find online for way less. They blatantly refused to service my vehicle if I didnt buy the part from them. Unfortunately, I couldnt drive my car to another shop because it wasnt functional at the time. So I had to give in and paid them a lot of money for an aftermarket part. They offered me to take a look at another maybe problem with my car for another $100. Later that issue was fixed by the car dealer at no cost.The reason I gave them 2 stars is because they were quick with the repair and the labor cost was reasonable. I suspect they make money from the parts/checkup cost and charge less for labor to give an illusion that their service is inexpensive.

I went to Repair Rite for the first time last month to get my brakes done and I was taken care of with awesome and quick service. They do quality work at a price you cant find anywhere else. I ended up with a hole in a hose a little while later and had to have it towed, I paid extra money to get it towed to them and they got me in right away and fixed it with a better part so it couldnt happen again. I highly recommend going to Repair Rite.

Ive lived in Richfield for about 10 years and have only been able to find 1 mechanic that I trust in the area until now. This place was recommended to me by a friend who knows the owners so I decided to give it a try for an estimate of a couple nagging issues my vehicle has had for a few years now. This place was the best price among the estimates i received for the same work. The owners Dan and Tyler kept me informed every step of the way what my options were. They even offered to find a rare bulb that my car needs and follow up with me once its located. Having spoken to both of them over the phone and in person, I know that this will be my go to place from now on for whatever my car needs, and Ill refer them to everyone. Went in on a Sunday thinking the auto shop was open, turns out the hours listed are for the gas station attached to the shop, but am I glad I went!Im a first time car owner and needed help with my windshield wiper fluid and coolant, not only did Tim show me how to put both things in, I told him my hood latch was having issues and he offered to spray some WD-40 on it for me!! It was 10 degrees out, this place is phenomenal!!

I am from out of town, car broke while visiting...Called on Sunday and they answered, took car to them at 7am, by 10am they have the car fixed. Chris is great! Highly recommend them.

Repair Rite was able to get my car in earlier than anyone else I called. I brought it in to a reputable mechanic for a diagnosis and almost fainted from the estimate. Repair Rite saw the estimate and said they could do it for half. Well I picked it up from their shop and the cost was even less than what they had estimated. They exceeded all my expectations. The staff are courteous and professional. It was a pleasure to work with them.

I concluded that my radiator needed to be replaced. I called 6 different auto repair shops for an estimate. Most said they would call me back and never did. Dan at Repair Rite was not only very personable and friendly but he gave me an unbeatable quote right in the first phone call.When I brought my car in for my appointment, they started on it immediately and finished quicker than I expected.The craziest part was when my total came out to be the same amount I was quoted on the phone. Hands down, best mechanics in town. They will work and charge you honestly. They have worked on my previous cars: VW passat, Chevy Impala, Nissan 350Z and now Audi A5. They are really busy so you do have to schedule the appointment, otherwise they will walk you thru with every steps of the cars issue.

These guys are the definition of both quality customer service and quality car service, and heres the kicker.. they deliver at an affordable price.I cant oversell how seriously these guys take customer service.. an example, my car was in the shop with a known issue, Dan found a service recall on the parts, called the dealer to verify they will fix, and printed out all details for me to take to the dealer so that I could get my vehicle fixed at no cost by the dealer under their service obligations. Im certain that some businesses would have simply printed out an estimate to fix and suggest I get the car fixed with them, but thats where RepairRite differs from the rest.Thanks, RepairRite!

Not the kind of group youd go to when youre in a small tight squeeze i.e: 1 stuck lugnut on the tire theyd quote me 250-300$ to get it off knowing all along that Id simply have to spray pb blaster(rust lubricant 8$) and itd loosen far more easier with the crossbar(provided in car trunk)...tire came right off after that, this tells me that their motto is:well be sincere only if $ is mentioned 1st .Their snakes...no wonder its not called repair Right..
