Bon Auto is the place to go! It’s never fun to need a body shop, but Trevor and his crew made it as painless as possible. He got us in for an estimate quickly, and the repairs were finished on the timeline promised. Communication was great!

I could write endless great things about this place. They really do go above and beyond. The first time I brought my car in to be repaired, they set me up with a rental, finished my repair early, AND they left warm chocolate chip cookies in my car. This plus their amazing customer service is what really sets them apart from the rest. I’ve been back once more after this and their service was still amazing 3 years later. I always recommend this place to all.

Lets say you get into a minor fender bender. You call up the agent for the other persons insurance and have a horrifying experience. To say she was brutal and just plain mean would be the under statement of the year. I had no idea who to go to, and Id rather slice my throat ear to ear than take her suggestion. Bon came up on the State Farm app and went in for an estimate. Trevor helped me along the whole way plus didnt hold it against me that agent was probably pretty snarky. They got my car back very quickly. Plus enjoyed many laughs. The moral of the story is this. No matter how the insurance agents or other people involved in your accident treat the people at Bon they still will treat you right and take care of you. Good people, good work, well and above what I expected. Thank you again guys.

After the deer met my bumper, and subsequently my passenger door, last fall my insurance company recommended Bon Auto Body for the repairs. Man they couldnt have been more right. Not only did they do a fantastic job on the repairs but the customer service was amazing. First of all, Gary and Trevor really no what they are doing. When I arrived the rental car was already warming up! The prices are very competitive. All of the staff members are friendly and courteous. Finally, to complete what wouldve otherwise been an extremely stressful experience, before they return your shiny new looking vehicle they hand wash it, dry it, and vacuum the interior. My car got dinged up pretty badly while it was parked on the street and needed major body work on the front half. My insurance sent me to Bon Auto and the guys there were wonderful. Gary was courteous, the pricing was more than reasonable, the work was completed on time, the scheduling was flexible (I was able to pick the car up after hours), and when all was said and done my car looked brand new! The damage had been both large and small, but Garys inspection was very thorough. As an extra service, these guys vacuumed out the inside of the car, washed the exterior and door jams, scrubbed the windows, and left me a little box of cookies. I was very impressed with their service and would recommend Bon Auto for anyone needing reliable body work for their car.

First time I ever needed an autobody shop and I took it in for an estimate. The customer service is stellar and I never had to touch the phone to call the insurance adjuster. Bon Auto took very good care of me and my car. Looks like new. I highly recommend them.

Fabulous Service, Great Work!My son got a mysterious dent on his car which required a new bumper, repair and paint. He took it to Bon Auto. They gave him a loaner car while his was being repaired (which was very helpful! Hes 18 and we we unable to rent a car for him.) They did a beautiful job and left a gift of cookies in his car when he picked it up. Yum! I didnt have to get involved at all (beyond eating some of his cookies!). I highly recommend Bon Auto Body.

Had them replace a missing reflector and fix a hanging panel under the engine. They figured out a way to fix the panel so I wouldnt have to buy a $180 new one! These guys are awesome!

Gary at Bon Auto Body is a class guy. This is the place to go when you need any type of bodywork done on your car. Theyve got great state of the art equipment, and even have loaner cars for you when your car is being worked on. How great is that?

Its great to work directly with owners of businesses and they are a great example of friendly fair service and prices with the expertise of many many years in the business.Id recommend Bon (actually I guess I have since my wifes grandpa had his car fixed there on my recommendation) to anyone looking for quick and reliable body work.

Just remember, when you use non-registered shops, insurance has nothing to do with quality issues that may arise on your car during the time it’s worked on. Mistakes happen in body shops, make sure your protected.

They do solid work and give you cookies when your car is done.

I had to tell you that after going through all the reviews online, I found BON Auto Body had some good rating and I chose it over other Auto Body shops near Edina. After the repair, I am very happy with my choice which turned out to be a very good one. I was told on the day I brought my car that it would be given in 4 days, during the process they kept me posted on status and delivered in 4 days. I am impressed with the work, and they made sure my vehicle is clean, fuel at same level as when I left the car with them (I mentioned these because, in lot of reviews people complained about cleanliness & fuel level). I had trouble renting a car, Hertz & Enterprise doesnt have an SUVs available as it is before the Christmas week. Trevor from BON Auto Body managed to get me a rental SUV in 15 min from Alliance, they drove the vehicle here and did the paperwork for me. I highly recommend this place. Very friendly & helping people. I am happy that I chose a Family Run Business who are very caring & attentive to the needs of customers.
