I have had the best experience with Central Ave. Usually I am worried that car places take advantage of your inexperience, but Gary has always been upfront, honest, and kind. They never pressure you to make a decision right away, but instead make sure that you are well-informed before going with them. Truly couldnt recommend a better body shop.

Theres a reason these guys have almost a 5 star rating, they deserve it. These guys emailed me back and forth for two months while I was waiting on insurance claims for a couple of scrapes and a penny size dent in my door frame answering all my questions and concerns (keep in mind I know nothing about cars or rust). Every single one of them was kind, professional, and worked hard to make sure I had a fair deal (I had crossed checked the estimate with a friend of mine who is a mechanic). They got my car back to me in half the time they expected to take and worked with me on what they considered was a fair price for the both of us. The car looks brand new now, you would never even know it got hit. As someone who was nervous about their first accident fix, I can now say after everything is done I highly recommend this shop.

Excellent service A+. I brought my car in to get a hole fixed in my roof. Everything went flawless and the paint color matched perfectly. Everyone was extremely friendly and they even have loaner cars for free.

I am SO impressed with Central Ave Auto Body. They did my bumper replacement and side wall repair using after market parts, and my car looks better than when I bought it. Gary was able to do a walk in estimate on a Thursday and they fit me in on Monday. My repair only took 1.5 days, they gave me a free loaner car, and the price ended up being $100 less than the estimate. Our car was stolen and recovered with somewhat minimal body damage. We took it to Central Ave Auto Body for an estimate and I felt they were very fair. They didnt try to talk me into stuff I didnt need, just the basics to help get the car back into shape. Insurance wasnt covering the costs, it was all out of pocket, and they were sympathetic, I didnt feel like they tried to gouge me.They team was very friendly and responsive, turn around time was great.I would hands down recommend them. Our car looks better than before it was stolen!

One of the guys who work here, Gary, was an insurance adjuster for many many years and so brings a wealth of knowledge to his work. It was really cool that he was able to understand the need from different angles. He provided advise on navigating the insurance process, and ways I could save costs on repairs. I appreciated the people/humanity first approach to their work.

I hit a deer on Saturday, Called up Rick on Monday he got my truck in right away for insurance estimate. Dropped truck off on Tuesday and truck was done Friday. Wasnt a big repair, bumper, and light but highly impressed with the speed and quality. Was also surprised they cleaned the inside as well outside... Very Happy definitely would use them in the future if needed!

The people here are so kind and really seem to want to help! They got my car driveable and safe for $0!! Gary and Rick looked at my car without an appointment. They were honest with me about what it would cost to make it perfect, and didn’t charge me for their time or labor at all. It was a small problem, but totally the kind of thing places will rip you off for. I will absolutely go back if I need any repairs done, and will be recommending them to anyone who needs bodywork done!

Called about getting an estimate, “Sure just stop in any time.” Didn’t need an appointment, how convenient. Got there, they told us our car was totaled and how to go about getting compensated from the other insurance company as we only had liability. We were talking with Gary, who used to be an insurance adjuster. They didn’t charge us anything, but gave lots of good advice when they had nothing to gain. Super kind and professional. Will definitely bring any future business here just because they were so friendly and honest.

Moving from Pittsburgh I was nervous I was going to get jipped in price and service.. HOWEVER the gentleman at the Central Auto Body Shop were remarkable. They finished my car in such a timely manner and went above and beyond repairing the damage. Not only did they fix the damage on the outside but they also detailed the inside of my car. They were so nice and just provided and overall great experience. Hopefully I won’t have anymore reasons to go back, but if I do I know they’ll take care of me!

I needed a new bumper after someone parallel parked into my car. Central Ave Auto Body was wonderful to deal with on the phone and in person. The other guys insurance company tried to get them to use after market parts (which is naughty) and Central Ave did right by me and installed a shiny new bumper at the lower price. They offered me a free loaner while my car was in the shop, and the work was done quickly. The car looks beautiful, and Central Ave is my new body shop.

I HIGHLY recommend Central Avenue Auto Body if you need auto body repair. I needed repair on my fender, as my paint was chipped down to the metal during a windshield replacement. The quality of the service and repair was outstanding. Rick and the fellows are extremely nice and professional.

I had my Trunk lid repainted, and some minor work replacing the front wheel well fender, covered all the work exceptionally and would recommend to anyone seeking body work. Got a few estimates around town, but none would do the thoroughness of stripping off and repainting the lid, plus it was important for me to support a local business. Staff always friendly and very detailed in explaining what needed to be done, no surprises at all. I cant talk about the work they do because my car was totaled. I want to say that, even though there was really nothing in it for them, they treated me so well. (Another body shop made excuses -- they obviously didnt want me.) I dealt with Rick, who was polite and helpful and answered all my questions. A few years ago, we were caught in the really bad hail storm in Blaine. All three of our cars at the time were in the driveway because we were setup for a graduation party. One of the cars was totaled and the other two Honda Accord and Pilot had over $10,000 in damage... each.We brought the two Hondas to Central Avenue Auto body to do the repairs. I was pleased with the work they did then.Flash forward two years and just the drivers side door on my wifes Accord is starting to rust. This is an awesome car, she loves it (so do I), and we want it to last as long as possible (its paid off). I took it back to Central Avenue Auto body to get an estimate to get the rust taken care of.They looked up the previous repair and informed me that everything is warrantied and they we supply us with a loner while they fix the door.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CENTRAL AVENUE AUTO BODY!!!

I could not be more pleased with the repairs from Central Auto Body. I was initially skeptical that they gave such a low quote for repair my bumper when other shops were quoting my ten times as much saying they needed to replace the entire front bumper cover. But Central Auto Body made the repairs for even less than their initial estimate and also cleaned up the scrapes on my bumper making it look good as new!

Was curt and impolite on the phone when scheduling the appointment. Im not sure if it was on off day but the entire staff demonstrated patent unprofessionalism. The receptionist was disparaging and the main mechanic was discourteous, condescending and frequently talked down to us. I dont know what you do for a living, but I fix cars. Apparently not, as we will be taking our business elsewhere.
