This car is the nicest thing Ive ever owned. I was pretty torn up when it got hit, but the folks at master collision got it looking cherry. On top of that the detailing service after the job was done was gorgeous. The process with my insurance was painless. Highly recommend going to these folks.

Too notch quality, no short cuts, timely return of vehicle and got me back to work in about a week rather than several weeks. This was including a complete truck bed replacement after it was determined that a suitable repair could not be made. At the time, these guys were named Paramount Collision.

This place deserves way more than 5 stars, surpassed my expectations by a long shot. I got in a very minor accident that damaged the left side of my rear bumper. I came in very nervous and was greeted with very friendly faces by the receptionist, James, and even enterprise. I got my car back a day early and upon arrival I noticed they detailed my entire car and even fixed a big paint chip that was on the right side of my bumper that wasn’t damaged in the accident. Definitely will be recommending this place whenever I have the chance to. Nice job guys!

Took my 2021 Kia Seltos in for some minor body damage due to someone hitting me. The staff was super helpful and had great communication the whole time. Not only did they finish the work on my car much earlier then quoted they also gave me back my car cleaner then I left it. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The process of having my vehicle repaired was very easy. Drop off was quick, I received regular updates via text message during the repairs and the work was done one day early. They have a rental car office next door and returned the rental car for me. They performed the estimate and billed my insurance directly, so I didn’t have to do anything. Couldn’t have been easier. Lastly, they offer a warranty on their work that lasts for as long as I own my car.

I brought my car in for a bumper and tail light replacement. They said it would take a few days to make the repairs, but they had everything complete by the end of the following day and I was very happy with their work. Legit place for getting repairs done. They installed a new rear bumper, siding, and trunk-trim within a couple days whereas the projected finished date was 10 days from inspection - that was nice! Car rental is literally just on the other side. Was set up with matching car (Jeep Gnd Cky)

We went in because our car got hit and smashed the front right area of the headlight. We finally got our car back the day after they said it was going to be ready. The headlight wasn’t working And that’s the main part they replaced. Then we realized our AC wasn’t working either (it was working when we dropped off the car). Then we realized some parts of our car were different and we tried to tell them but they literally refused and insisted that it wasn’t possible and said there’s nothing they can do. I’ve had my car for a long time i know for a fact it was handed to me in different conditions but they wouldn’t listen or do anything about it. We were talked very derogatory by Scott and Aaron when we tried to address this issue. Not sure if it’s because my wife and I are both young females. We took our car back and we tried telling Aaron that we wanted them to check inside the hood again but he kept walking while we talked and kept saying “yup” just basically dismissing what we had to say. fixed the AC and light but we had to pay the damage fee waiver of the “free rental” I’m not sure why because the reason we had to come back and get another rental was because they failed to check our car before handing it back to us. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOUVE BEEN ON A CAR ACCIDENT AND INSURANCE IS PAYING FOR IT. they do not do a good job at listening to you.

Master Collision just helped me with some body work and I’m very pleased. They were easy to work with, Todd was great and incredibly helpful. They found means to work with my budget and we’re able to fix something I wasn’t expecting. Happy to say I’ve found my new body shop - I’ll definitely be using them again.

I had some body repairs done here after a hit and run a couple of months ago, and they were super professional and did all the work with my insurance company to complete the claim, and the work was done well and in a timely manner. However, what really impressed me is that some very minor damage to my washer fluid bottle went (understandably) unnoticed during the initial repairs, and the winter weather had worsened the crack so that it was leaking fluid pretty significantly. I called up to see if there was anything they could do, and they took care of it at no charge to me. Really impressed with their willingness to go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend.

Damage to car where there was no problem at in the first place, came back to me dented and parts not finished also, deep Scratches on the inside windshields on all four doors. Never replaced my car doors used the same ones. Horrible service when I paid $10,000 and more on top of the side job they did. Would not recommend.

I brought my car in for repair of body damage after being in an accident. At drop off the desk staff were friendly and polite and helped me quickly, and I was told repair would take a week. My insurance was covering the repair but I still received an update with a cost estimate the same day I dropped my car off and a promise that I would get another update in a few days. Sure enough, about 2-3 days later I get a call that my car is all done a few days ahead of schedule. I wasn’t able to make it during business hours due to my work schedule, but they worked with me to make sure I could get my car as soon as possible. Overall very pleased with my experience here, and my car looks just like the accident never happened!

Caught it all on dash cam. Had his insurance pay. Master Collision was the spot that I chose to get my vehicle fixed, as it was close to home.The experience here was very pleasant. Gail, the customer service representative at the front desk, was very helpful (psst. if you want the best coffee, ask her about it!). She assisted me through every step of the process, in conjunction with the auto adjuster and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. She stayed on top of things, communicating with me every step of the way.Even better, Master Collision is located right next to Enterprise Rent-A-Car, which also proved to be a seamless process. Scott & the crew here are great and easy to work with. Take most major insurance carriers, which is a breeze. Enterprise car rental attached, they send text updates as theyre working on your car, and their work is top notch and at a reasonable price. I hope I dont have to keep coming here, but when accidents happen, Ill no doubt return to these guys.

I don’t recommend this place, the agent was disrespectful, he chose to call me by my vehicle’s model even though he had the form that I filled a with my full name and details with his hand, later he gave me a blind and very expensive estimate that wasn’t based on any inspection or facts about my vehicle. I went to another place and they are fixing my car for less than 10% of his estimate. I believe he didn’t wanna work for me which would be OK with me if he said it in plain language and not disrespecting way.

This place is awful. I was in a car accident and they only fixed the cosmetic things that were wrong with my car and nothing that was seriously wrong it. My car ended up running worse than before the accident and when I got it back it was making loud engine noises. I asked them to look at it and they blamed it on my car being older and not brand new. This place completely ruined my car. I would never recommend anyone going here unless you want your car coming back to you driving worse than when you brought it in. Awful! They are scammers and should be sued!

Will never recommend this place to anyone. I wanted to get some work done with them(after googling around) for a little bi. I got there and talked to Scott Scanlon( the guy with the trashy teeth?I believe that was his name, I decided I wanted to take my car back elsewhere. Hes got no respect for customers, he was very rude and talked like he only care about getting his money( excessively prices for minimum work by the way. Horrible customer service, not a good place to do business with overall and will NOT recommend to anyone. Thanks!

Worst car experience ever.Long story short....My car was in an accident so I took it here.When I picked my car up within a few hours my car started smoking and I had to pull over and get it towed.Turns out they forgot to put oil in my car.So I had to have it towed back to them.I never got reimbursed for the tow*They said they would pay for my rental while they looked at the car again.But that never happened either.The customer service is horrible.The manager Tim only wanted to try to talk over me.A few weeks later and I still have lights on my dashboard that will not go away. Those lights were not on originally when I first took my car into them.Overall horrible experience.
