Driven past this place a dozen times, seeing ambulances and business vehicles. Didnt realize they did auto maintenance for general public. Am I glad I checked them out when I needed a brake job and some repairs. Jordan was very professional and presented options. Im certain the work was as good (probably better) than dealership, without getting gouged. A nice surprise on pickup... car was cleaned inside and out. Highly recommended!!

I was referred to Auto Truck Service Co by a friend after my drivers side door was bent fully backwards by a reckless driver on Lyndale Ave. The moment I called Auto Truck Repair Co. to pick up my car, I knew Brady and his team were on my side. They towed my car and gave me a loaner car for free while ensuring that my damaged vehicle was in safe hands.There is a huge amount of anxiety following a major collision of two cars. The lady who hit my started lying to the insurance companies, Progressive only made things worse by proving they would take the cheapest way out. Brady and his team worked hard to ensure Progressive would understand the full story of what happened based on the damage to my car.At first Progressive wanted to make me pay for half of the cost of repairs for an accident that was not my fault. Brady and his team made sure that the Progressive adjuster knew exactly who was at fault. They even put their foot down when Progressive wanted to use junk yard parts to repair my car. They ensured that I had brand new parts for every damaged piece of my car.This back and forth with Progressive and the woman who hit me took over a month to conclude. All the while, Brady and his team called me with updates to make sure I knew what was happening and how to handle certain situations. At the end of it all, Auto Truck Repair Co repaired my car PERFECTLY. I paid ZERO dollars of the $10,000 repair bill because Brady and his team made sure progressive knew who was at fault and held the insurance company responsible.I Would recommend this service to anyone who has been in an accident or who needs general work done on their car. Brady was incredibly helpful & the repairs were done w/ high quality standards! My son recently moved to Minneapolis for his first job. He was involved in a collision & his car required extensive body & frame/wheel damage. My sons auto insurance was extremely difficult to work with!! Bradys guidance & ability to demand quality parts for the repair was invaluable! Our insurance company was unresponsive & Brady finally took my sons co pay & is awaiting payment from our insurance company. Brady & his mechanics were not going to cut corners on my sons repairs or body work to meet the poor quality of our insurance coverage !! I would not go anywhere else

A company vehicle was hit by another driver causing a severe amount of damage. Travelers insurance company was trying to fight on repairing it correctly, but Auto Truck fought for me and repaired it the right way. They were always in contact with me letting me know what was going on with the repair, allowing me to relay the i fo to my clients. Service was impeccable! I have gone to them for other things and they have never tried to over sell me and tell me what is wrong and a safety concern.After seeing how good of a company they are from the insurance disaster, I now take all my vehicles to them for everything!!! I can’t stress enough how amazing this place is to work with. And they will be my shop for life!!

Brought in 2013 Mazda3 90k mi for clutch replacement due to slipping/shuddering symptoms when starting out in reverse gear with a heavy load in the hatchback. Initial estimate was $1375+fees. Brady of ATS called me the next day to ask me to come in for a test drive as they were unable to duplicate the issue. I drove the car with an ATS mechanic (Steve) and performed a series of steep hill starts in reverse gear--and experienced no issues, much to my surprise. I was thrilled to find I dont need to spend that money now. I couldnt be more impressed with how professional ATSs staff were. They could have simply replaced the clutch and I would have been none-the-wiser. I highly recommend this shop for an HONEST opinion and I will take my car back to ATS when the clutch really does start to wear out--or any other mechanical needs for that matter. In the meantime, I apparently need to improve my left foot work on reverse starts under load. Dont hesitate to bring your vehicle to ATS, you wont be sorry for doing so!

Great work on my car. They went above and beyond what they promised. Communication about fees and timing was excellent. I dealt with the same person the whole time and felt like I got personalized customer service. I will use them again.

Recently needed to replace my battery and an oil change and received A1 service. Each time I spoke with someone on the phone, they were very courteous and honest in trying to help answer my questions. Speedy service as well--I dropped my car off after hours and it was ready before noon the following day. Major bonus: my car was returned with its exterior washed and interior wiped clean and vacuumed without my asking or mention. Even my regular (previous) dealership car service only does an exterior wash. Will most definitely be my new regular shop.

Great place - I called numerous body shops around Minneapolis. This was the only one where the prices were fair, the mechanics were trustworthy, and their timeline was good. Vehicle comes back to you clean and shiny (i.e. washed, interior detailed). Also, I was very appreciative of their nice, reliable (& free!) loaner car provided me throughout the repair (not a dud car, like other places Ive been!). My vehicle looks and operates FANTASTICALLY, and I was well-informed throughout the repair process about pricing, mechanical concerns, etc. Completely recommend these guys!

I am an annoying customer to deal with. I call a lot and ask stupid questions. Now auto truck not only quoted me hundreds of dollars less than a different shop.. they give you a loaner car for free. And have amazing customer service. I dont call around anymore, i just call auto truck. If you are new to the car repair world, i highly recommend this shop. They have never handed me a list of potential repairs just the bill for my needed repairs. There is no up selling or awkward conversations about spending extra money. AND they wash / detail your car for free after the repair.

This place is phenomenal! They do amazing auto body work, and more importantly, they actually care about their customers. Brady and his office teammates are great communicators, watch the costs and timeframe of the project, and do what they can to save you money. Impressive!! Besides top notch customer service, they provide free loaner vehicles...all you do is pay for gas used. This saves a lot of moolah. My truck looks brand new. And, they completed it in 7 days versus 11, which Abra was going to take—and at a lesser cost. Unique place! Hard to find businesses like this anymore...

I got into a dumb little accident that ended up being a lot of damage to my car and the wiring/gps system. I took it to Brady and the auto truck fam and they took everything from there. Handled communication with the insurance company, made sure I was in the loop and most importantly, the work was IMPECCABLE! These guys have incredible knowledge and an eye for detail that is a lost art...i feel like I’m driving a brand new car! And it got done SO fast! SIDE BAR: for the person who rated them one star without even getting work done here (just based off an estimate conversation) I’m curious to see how your car turned out when you went elsewhere for half the price... there’s a reason why there’s the saying, “you get what you pay for”.10/10 would recommend!

My car got hit on the Driver side quarter pane...I went thru to look at reviews of this company and everything looked good...so I had my car towed to them to get an estimate..Brady called me to tell me that I needed new I need and outer tie rods, a new lower control arm..and also to put in a new headlight..not to fix any of the body damage...So when he called me he said it would be a minimum of $2000 and because of rusty bolts he said it would probably be more like $2500...I thought in my head that it seemed really expensive..But he sounded honest so I figured that I would just have to scrap the car...I called a few other shops and ask if they give me a quote are they going to charge me more if they have to deal with rusty bolts...3 of the shops said no...once they give you a price thats what it is..so if part says in the book that it takes 2 hours to replace it, even if it take 6 hours they still only charge you what the book says..so if they get it done in a hour they still charge you for the 2...so it seemed fishy that he said he was going to have to charge me rusty bolts...I decided that I would kist get the car towed to a different shop (NTB in Brooklyn park) they went thru and fixed everything and more than what Brady had said needed to be done, the total came to $925..$1500 less than what he was trying to charge me..I would make sure that you think twice before getting your car worked on at this place..make sure you always get a second estimate...these guys are ripping people off....
