Scheduled me right away then when it came time to drop off the car they arranged my car rental so that it was there waiting and all the repairs were done perfectly! Excellent communication and updates all along the way. Looks brand new. So appreciate getting the damage behind me. Very courteous and even pulled the car out for pick up. Wonderful!!

Oh my gosh they did such an amazing job with my car. Can’t tell that they replace the door. They lined up my rental car and dealt with all my insurance stuff. They kept me posted via text message or email on what was going on with my vehicle. Oh and they finished four days ahead of their estimated schedule. They even cleaned out the interior cleaner than it’s been in a while and I’ve never seen my weather tech floor mats as clean as they are since the day I installed them. They ordered the wrong replacement part multiple times and were unable to call me back in a timely fashion. A lot time was wasted although I dont assume any mal intent. The lady at the front was nice. This experience is probably rare.

Jason and Julie did a wonderful job in helping me get an estimate for the repairs on my vehicle after getting into an accident. The estimate was quick and thorough, and they took the time to explain all the repairs that were needed. After I found out that the vehicle would be totaled, they also helped me decide on my next steps (whether I should keep the car and repair it or just move on). Overall, I highly recommend them if you find yourself needing repair! They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly to work with.

I have a 17 year old car that has always been in a heated garage, always a second car, and seldom driven. It has less than 60,000 miles and looks like new (Inifinite FX 35) except for a scrape on the fender. I got a quick estimate at the downtown location from Moe who said it would be about$2,100. After several weeks, I said, what the heck. I brought it in and asked them to do the job. To my surprise he wrote up a preliminary estimate of $1,800 all carefully itemized. Within several days Moe phoned and said the car was ready. It looked perfect. Then he presented the bill. It as $999. This was less than half of the original quote which I was fully expecting to pay. I could not believe it. Who else charges less than half what they originally estimated.? I love these guys and gals. David Koehler

The customer service was excellent! This was my first interaction with a body repair shop, and they couldnt have made the experience smoother. They were incredibly friendly, they kept me in the loop during the process, and they even got the repairs done early so I could travel for the holidays!

They did an absolutely fantastic job with my recent car repair. It was finished a week earlier than quoted and everyone was very friendly and informative throughout the whole experience. I HIGHLY recommend them for all auto body repairs.

I brought my car in for some insurance work last winter and at the same time i wanted them to fix another piece of the car that was not going to be on insurance (Rear bumper was to be fixed and paid for by insurance while the front bumper was going to be paid for by me) I asked for an estimate on the front bumper and was told that in order to keep everything above board he would give me an estimate after looking at it. Well they never gave me a price and when i picked the car up he said that he forgot all about the front bumper ( I made sure to explain what i wanted when i dropped the car off) No big deal people forget. He said he would now look at the pictures on file and give me an estimate. I still to this day never received the estimate on my front bumper. Horrible service and empty promises.

Truly amazing customer service. I was called each morning with an update on my car and felt as though I knew and was comfortable with every step of the process. They also were super accommodating - I dropped my car off on Tuesday and let them know that I would be out of town for the weekend - they had my car done on Friday morning. Amazing Service!!! I took my car in to see if they could fix a rattle in my door panel. Not only did they fix it, but they refused to charge me for it. And the icing on the cake was that they washed my car for me too. Cant recommend highly enough. Great communicators, easy to work with, and super nice!

Terrific experience ! After an accident, the insurance company sent me to Lehman s to get an estimate for repairs. They were fast and thorough. Sadly for me, my car was ranked as salvage. I retrieved my things from the car and turned it over to Lehmans.A day later, I realized I had not emptied the glove box. It turns out John had checked the car one more time and found a fistful of private documents of mine! He called me to come get them.I am extremely thankful for the thoroughness of the service Lehmans provided me.

This place was going to charge me $950 to fix a dent from a falling bullet. It didnt even make a hole. Also said it was a 4day job. I went to Luther collision instead and was only charged $400 to repair. And it was a 2 day job. Not happy with the attempt to rob me of $550. Will never recommend or return to this place.
