WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I had an accident in June 2020 on the freeway and it took these guys SIX weeks to get the job done on the fender, hood, left front light, and front bumper. I understand that car work is not easy, but it wouldn’t kill you to give an approximate estimate on work completion. Or at least call to give an update.Instead, I was met with false promises and ghosting. The work quality was very poor. They fixed everything they promised but my chrome plating was removed, my turn signal lights didn’t work and they didn’t bother removing the spray paint. I could barely see what was in front of me with all that spray paint on my windshield. Safety hazard, people!After paying these guys $3,500 and paying my rental car company $1,300, I had to pay $1,200 to my more trustworthy mechanic after he discovered a multitude of problems. When I called Alpha to express my disapproval, he told me not to come to his shop, I am so ungrateful, and hung up. I would not recommend this amateur to ANYONE. Heed my warning!

I brought my car to alpha so he can fix it for me.. he took a down payment from me and did not fix my car over two months and I ended up towing my car from his lot and took it to someone else. Do not trust this amhar, he is a thief and never answers the phone from you once he takes your money. Trust me, this is not where you want to take your car to.

Would not recommend this auto shop. Took my car here for services and they parked my car on the street where a permit was required. My car was ticket twice then towed. The owner did not reimburse in anyway. They also ripped some leather in my car and said I have to replace it myself.

Theyve seen it all at Alpha, so if you think your car is almost dead, this is the #1 place to have it towed. Alpha had no trouble finding out of stock parts for my old car that other repair shops couldnt find. Quick service, reasonable prices, theyll keep your car on the road.

There are a thousand places to take your car in the twin cities. This guy is an amateur, and a thief. Those things I would never say lightly. Look elsewhere for youre auto needs.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!Terrible service, terrible people, and as others have mentioned below terrible work being done on vehicles. On top of that the mechanics are thieves. How do my speaker system and car keys end up missing??? Expect a lawsuit very soon.I would rate 0 stars if I could. Avoid this place like the plague.

Would give 0 star, my wife brought her car to this shop, and the guy called Alpha tried to rip her off he told her it’s gonna cost $ 950 to fix the car I took it to a different shop and got it fixed at $270 total scum, don’t let the ratings fool you, I don’t know how he got 4.5star while there is no one rated him.

It’s the worst body shop I never saw I though they fix cars but actually they stole same parts stuff from u car I regret not going back to that place again and the owner alpha he’s a big theft I swear I toke my car to him and pay him $3500 and when I was drove the car on the highway feel something wrong with it so I decide to take the car to the Dealer and I was shock they ask me which Place i take the car to and they tell me whoever is did u car wasn’t did the job the right way and I end up pay $4500 . I don’t recommend this place to anyone poor customer service ( zeros)
