My experience was fantastic. Carlos is an asset to you business. He was fast, fun, and friendly. He was able to get me in for an estimate when I called, no waiting. 15 minutes later he had an estimate in my hand and emailed a copy to forward to insurance. He was personable and really funny. I have worked in customer service most of my life so when I get really good service, Ill always make sure they know it. You are lucky to have such an employee and Ill come to this establishment when ever I need anything done. Ill also highly recommend this shop anytime someone asks for a recommendation. Also, the shop was clean and had a really nice waiting area.

My Caravan was rear ended and I needed it fixed fast and quick as it was my daily driver. I brought it in and it was repaired fast and for a reasonable price. The owner explained in detail the work required.

They were very open and honest about the procedures that needed to be done to replace the part on my vehicle. I really appreciated how quickly they were able to get the job done and how well it looks.I would definitely recommend them and if I ever need auto body repairs again I would go to them in the future.My (mistake) accident was backing into a mailbox and ripping the spoiler completely off which also left a couple dents in the trunk. They informed me it would be cheaper to replace the whole trunk lid with spoiler included. They made sure the paint color matched and even reinstalled the badges. It looks fantastic.

Fantastic. Super odd issue - my sunroof seal had cracked apart and water had started to leak in the gap. Weird, right? So I see them in the general area with good reviews - reviews are all spot on. Kenny and Gail were tops. They found the random part and kept in communication, were super considerate of my time, and then did excellent work at a really fair price. I’m so grateful.

I have a 13 year old envoy denali that i cherish. I inherited the vehicle so it means even more to me. I got hit along the whole drivers side of my vehicle. They couldnt do a better job than they did!!!. It was perfect!!! Nobody i knew could tell where it was damaged or painted. They matched the paint to a perfection. I went to check on my baby envoy one late evening when they were closed and they had it parked inside before they even started the work on it. Ken knew automatically how much this vehicle meant to me. He fought with the insurance company to take nothing less than what i would personally accept. They absolutely positively went above and beyond. I purposely went with a family owned rather than a auto body chain. Because I figured it would be done 100% perfect and i was right!!!!. Ken and his wife and crew are very friendly and patient and understanding. And when my envoy wouldnt start very well when it was there ken sold me a interstate battery. I honestly thought to myself should i spend that much on a battery. But after i got my vehicle the engine never turned over that fast with any other car battery i ever bought before (walmart, mills fleet farm, etc.) .qaulity and reliability is worth the extra money. I was over due to write this review. It pushed me today because my wifes car wouldnt start. Once again about 19 months on a cheap battery left her stranded one day. Went to ken today to just buy a battery. He took care of me fast. Yes u can see ken for a car battery or perfectionist auto body work!!!! Tad G.

Did an awesome repair on my bumper and windshield! Was giddy to find that my car had also been washed, tires cleaned, the interior was vacuumed & detailed. As a mom, it felt amazing to have a car that felt brand new and not my kids trash can :)

WOW!!! After visiting several nearby shops for an estimate to repair a small scrape on my bumper and feeling defeated at the cost. I decided to go to one more place. I was met by Kenny ( with a handsome face and dashing smile BTW!). He took a look at the car and asked if I wanted it perfect or just the paint removed?. I said at this point it does not have to be perfect.. He said Ill be right back. Not before asking if Id like a coffee or water. He came back with a product and removed the paint. Car looks as good as new!! Now let me tell you not one other place made that gesture or suggestion. Considering the world today its so delightful to meet people with INTEGRITY!!If I ever need work done, this is where Im going!!! Id recommend anyone to go here for superb customer service by a honest young man who truly made my day today!!!! Thanks So Very Much!!

Fantastic experience! They were more professional and reasonable than two other shops in Crystal. Chad was spot on with his estimate and they came in lower compared to Crystal and Vic&Jims. They worked with the insurance company to replace my rear bumper and the mounting bracket beneath it. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend and would refer to others. PS thanks for the wash and interior detail job - what a pleasant surprise!!!

I had some major concerns about some paint spots on my car and searched Google but was not comfortable with the information. Thomas Autobody took away all of my stress and made my car look Beautiful!!!

Fortunately only a small auto body repair needed. Very efficient service on a Saturday morning. Enjoyed Caribou Coffee while waiting. (After Kenny made it for me with Bottled Water!) Super Clean atmosphere! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I booked an appointment a week and a half in advance for a Thursday. They told me they could get it done in one day. I dropped the car off and call that afternoon and they told me it needed to be pushed to Friday. Then wasnt complete on Friday and pushed to Monday. Then wasnt complete on Monday and pushed to Tuesday. They will tell you anything to get you in the door and as soon as they have your car just keep dragging you along to their own desire. Also, when I dropped the car off, the owner wasnt even looking at me while he was trying to buy a used truck on Craigslist. Terrible customer service.

Amazing people run this shop! Excellent service at a very reasonable price. My truck had a wheel bearing and axle break which left me stranded late at night on the side of the road. I called the nearest shop I could find and the shop owner (Kenny) of Thomas Auto Body and Collision came and picked me up after hours, helped me unload a huge truck load of stuff into a loaner vehicle and had my truck completely fixed before lunch the following day. The price was excellent and the work was done quickly. The entire staff was incredibly nice and informative. They showed me exactly what was repaired and made sure I was informed about everything before charging a dime. They also fixed a few minor things for free. I dont know much about auto repairs and I have been screwed out of money in the past because of it. This shop is excellent! They have fair prices and treat everyone with respect.

Marvelous work. My Toyota Camry is now a Camry Cadillac. Two weeks ago my CC & I were in a hit & run accident. Someone recommended I take my car there for repair, super happy I listened. Kyle, manager, took charge of dealing with insurance adjustor & advocated on my behalf not to total my CC. (Perhaps youve been there?) Bottom line, my 2006 Toyota is gorgeous. Kenny, Kyle and unknown employee are a great team. Thank you!

This was our first experience at Thomas Auto Body and if we ever need it - we will definitely go back. By default, my high school son drives a 96 Buick and recently the drivers window randomly fell down and would not go back up. We left it with Ken and he did the repair - of course with expected modifications because of the age of car and parts availability. When it happened again within a wee, my son called them and dropped the car off and they were fantastic. Ken spent time to re-do the fix. He was kind, considerate, explained what he did the first and second time and understanding the need for a HS kid to have his car. We will definitely be back and will refer everyone to Thomas Auto Body for any auto body work.

Took some time, but it was all the fault of my insurance co. Work was excellent, they even did a detail cleaning of cockpit and buffed out the headlight, that was not replaced. I am going to give them all of my work in future, and refer everyone I know to them. Went over and above my expectations.

Just the best. I stopped in w/o an appointment on a cold day and they were able to fix my hood latch on the spot and had me on my way in 20 minutes. And the charge was next to nothing. So grateful.

Still too this very day you would not be able to tell my car was wrecked; unless I told you myself. These guys are friendly, pleasant, and overall full of awesomeness. Great fast service Ive had my wifes 2020 Toyota in there 3 times for various scrapes they were able to sand and buff versus repainting save me a lot of money thank you very much.

Bought a used topper for my Tacoma and needed it painted. Bohnes and his crew did an outstanding job! From taking the topper off, prepping, painting and installing the freshly painted topper. Excellent work from an excellent body shop. Will definitely go back again.

September 30, 2017 update:Ive used Thomas Auto Body 4 times in the last 2 years - 2016 - 2017. They repaired rear-end damage to my Toyota Camry twice (When will you irresponsible tailgaters learn...). I also have a Mazda RX-8 Ive brought there twice. Once for some custom body kit painting and installation, and once to repair sideswipe damage. The work has been great each time. The repair to the sidewipe damage required a return trip to correct an imperfection, but I am very satisfied! Kenny is apparently the man to see for body work. Hes been great! Chad, the front-office guy is friendly. A few days after I got my prized RX-8 back, I found a nice gift inside the cup holder compartment: A bottle of touch up paint for my car. THANKS, that will prove useful.

A friend dropped vehicle off for estimate & repair. Insurance company received and paid for repairs per estimate and four weeks later still not done! Multiple excuses and theyre never the same. They cant even keep with the same B.S excuses and thats all they are... excuses! If they admitted fault in the delay and promised to make it right, thats one thing but not even that!

Bones and his team did a great job fixing my Cadillac after some dips@*t in a dumptruck and trailer side swiped it at 60mph on 94. Couldnt even tell after they fixed it. Took care of the claim side of insurance. No problems.

I had an accident where a motorist drove head first into my read drivers side wheel at a 4 way stop. Thomas auto body was suggested to me. So I dropped in to see if my car was messed up. After a quick check up I was told Im all good! And free of charge that too! These guys are awesome! Will definitely go to them if ever u get to a real accident *knock on wood*.

Amazing leadership and a great place to work.

I was in my first ever accident and I had no clue what to do.. what my next steps should be. I was referred to kenny at Thomas auto body & collision by a friend but went with my insurances referral instead. Kenny called me and said I dont have to being it to him but dont bring it where it had already been towed to. So I said I would bring it to him and he offered to help with the tow and made sure everything was ok. Afterwards he made sure to update me throughout the whole process with pics and phone calls letting me know what stage my car was at and when I should be expecting it. My car looks amazing like it never was even in an accident! So happy I brought it here! I will now continue to use them and refer them to anyone who is ever in need!

Brought kind of a random project to these guys. Have a steel grill that needed a wheel welded back on. They told me to bring it in and theyd look at it. They threw a welding blanket down on my tailgate and spot welded it back to new in just a few minutes. While I was there, I had them look at a scratch above my wheel well (got my F150 brand new last year) and they said theyd try to buff it out. A few chemicals and a minute later of buffing, it looks as close to brand new as possible without repainting the whole panel. These guys went above and beyond my expectations and the price was more than fair. The next time I need something randomly welded or anything done to my vehicle, Im going straight to them no questions asked.

Kenny gave me great advice about how to handle my situation. He also honestly answered my questions and its very clear that the shop takes pride in their work and does right by their customers.

Awesome prices and even better workmanship

We have used this shop previously and while we have always been satisfied with the work that was done our last experience with their office was bad enough that Ill be going somewhere else.First the original guy that did our estimate was Mike, and he failed to send the estimate to the insurance company after we called and asked for it to be sent twice. The third time we called we now spoke with Dan, who informed us that Mike was no longer with the shop and had left several things undone. Dan assured us that if we came back and had the photos retaken, the estimate would be sent to our insurance company right away. A week later the insurance company still has not received the estimate. When I called again Dan was blaming the problem on our last name being spelled incorrectly. Bottom line is the office is filled with nothing but excuses as to why they dont do what they say they are going to do. Too bad, I liked supporting a local shop.
