Awesome hookah spot, especially if youre looking for something a little more laid back. Bailey was great and took care of all our needs for the night. Being able to play our own music was an added bonus - tried the Tigers Blood hookah at Baileys recommendation and we would definitely order it again!

Liked the atmosphere. The only worker in the place (Logan) was very helpful and very nice. They even gave hot food! We did not care for the loud rap music coming from one of the lounges. If you rented the space, the music should be so YOU can hear it, not the whole place. If you do not like smoking/ vaping. Do not go here. They need a pinball machine.

I had high hopes for this place but I am honestly never returning to this place.. very short staffed, food and hookah took almost 40 minutes and the food wasn’t even fully cooked threw. I hate to leave bad reviews but this is the worst hookah place I’ve ever been to. Staff was friendly and nice but that doesn’t make an excuse for poor service.

I dont like giving bad reviews BUT this is the worst place you can go. The couchs were disgusting like if they got them from the trash... Also there was no one in the front when we walked in. We waited at least 10 minutes for someone to come out. We got our Hooka which was good. I think they need to update a little.

The costumer service was horrible. The woman at the front was absolutely no help, she greeted us what do you want? no menu for drinks or food. The couch was disgusting and dirty. We waited for a hookah that wasnt prepared correctly. The hookah equipment itself was outdated. Definitely overpriced for bad service. The vibes are disappointing. I will most certainly continue going to Shi Chai on Milwaukees east side.

Love this place! We had the same gentleman each time we where there, and he was amazing. He heard that it was my boyfriends birthday, and bought him a pizza. The owner is very nice as well. You can tell they truly care about there visitors. Definitely recommend.

Best hookah lounge ever! My boyfriend, his brother and I always come here for birthdays and when we just wanna have a good time. Owner is the best, genuinely cares about his customers. If anyone is looking for a relaxing place to smoke and hang with their friends or significant other, this is the place to go. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would. Knowledgeable Hookah User Review:I am giving this a 5/5 because the service was excellent and everyone was courteous and polite. Only CONs for me were of the actual Hookah setups. More information about that below.Food: Pepperoni pizza was excellent. Big portion (whole pie) and tasted REALLY good.Service: I didnt catch his name but the guy working the register was pretty hospitable and knowledgeable. We chatted about Hookah and different setups and tobacco brands. He had good recommendations for flavors and steered me clear of the beginner stuff.Atmosphere: Although the little separated booth rooms were awesome, there are no walls dividing them and everyone gets their own TV that can play YouTube and Pandora. This forced me to listen to multiple different songs playing at the same time. Would have preferred the staff to control the music for everyone.My only complaints are of the Hookah setups themselves and I wont knock them any stars for this as I am sure most of their customers wont know any of this.Things That Could be Improved:Hookahs: KM hookahs are great and I liked the Tri-metal I was given to use. I was hoping for some Modern-style choices but not expecting it at a lounge.Bowls: Traditional Egyptian bowls were used. I would have preferred a phunnel bowl (such as the Hookah John Harmony or an Alpaca Apache.)Coals: They serve quick lights by default but up-charge for Natural coconut coals. I wasnt sure what brand they were but they seemed to work really well and lasted around 45 mins (which isnt a problem because they replace them when needed). Considering the cost of the hookah (15 bucks for single flavor), I will definitely pay the 4 dollars to not inhale the chemicals that come on QLs.Shisha Tobacco: They have mainly Haze and I have seen Al Fakher (and possibly Fumari) on their menu. I would have really liked a wider selection of different blonde leaf brands, Ugly for example (made down the road in Chicago), or even some dark leaf tobaccos. The flavor profiles there are leaps and bounds ahead of Haze. I found the flavor in haze isnt too strong and wears off after a while and even while the flavor is there, I tasted the underlying tobacco more.Hoses:Hoses used are traditional hoses. This means they have a metal coil in them that will rust and corrode over time and I didnt want to inhale any of that. I highly recommend this lounge upgrade to the HookahJohn Narbish hose (if you still want the traditional Egyptian style) that is completely washable. Being a hookah nerd, I brought my own Aluminum D-Hose and am thankful that I was allowed to use it.

I moved to Milwaukee area from chicago and was looking for a place to hang out, do some work on a laptop and maybe meet some new friends. And Arabian nights provided all these things. Always always great customer service and delicious hookahs. I like the mint and lemon combo the best. Price is great especially when comparing to places I visited over the years. I visited probably over 15 different hookah places in Chicago and Milwaukee. I get natural coals with my, they are little extra but its worth it. They burn better and there is no coal taste when you smoke for long time. Tea and smoothies are delicious. Place is open very late too every night which is great. To me a consistent flavour in a hookah is most important when I visit the place and they hit that each time. Great place to hang out with your friends and chill and talk about life or stupid stuff.

Ed Sphinx and the Arabian Nights crew hands down make for the best hookah experience in the Milwaukee area. Ed is the best, always wanting to interact with his clients, getting feedback and suggestions, he always ensures that his guests are comfortable and well taken care of. The hospitality and atmosphere created here are the reasons that I wont go anywhere else for a hookah session or hookah supplies next door at Sphinx.

Has lots of space to lounge. Wasnt feeling the outdoor patio table and chairs tho. Great tasting hookah favors overall for one hookah, 30 minutes worth of pool and three sodas 32 bucks. Total is a little pricey but quiet and chill

The lounge setting and mood was good with flat screen tv and great songs.I wouldn’t advise anybody who would save their hard earned money here for couple of reasons.1. They are too expensive for their hookah 15 dollar minimum.they charged me 28 dollars2. I don’t know why they still charge for coals separate.3. They force people to buy drinks...if you don’t buy their drink no hookah for you.Perhaps they can give free water to cater this problem but it’s my first time seeing this.4. The customer service is terrible..I was served by kids who knew little about customer satisfaction.5. I waited for almost 45 min for them to change coals6. They charge upfront hence they don’t get any way of giving tips if they deserve it.7. I wanted to play pool and one of the kids told me it’s 6 dollars too much for a pool table8. They have specials for only ladies so the place is a gender sensitive and discriminatory hookahno any kind of special deals for you if you are a man!!!Watch out for this hookah lounge!!!!!!!!

By far one of the nicest establishments in Wisconsin, not only are they friendly but the prices are fair and they treat you with respect and genuine. Definitely a must go! The owner EDD is the nicest man you’ll ever meet !

Come here often. Great place. One complaint though is that the guy usually working, blasts his own trash music over the speakers throughout the bar. Often drowning out conversation, as well as not being able to hear your own music.When the main point of the place is to hang out with friends, talking and listening to music, it defeats the purpose of being there when you cant hear anything.

First time here and it has very Bad service and terrible hookah. The hookah wasn’t hitting like it should have and we had 2 different people come and try and fix it. They tried a different bottom for it but wasn’t working. The hookah, hose, shisha, and coals were all cheap in general. One of the workers was completely rude to us when I was explaining how it wasn’t hitting correctly.With the rooms, all of the different musics playing at the same time, very loudly was obnoxious. We also waited 20 minutes and no one helped us at all or answered any of our questions. Was not “one of the cheaper hookah places around” at all. It was a huge a waste of money and definitely will not return.

Hands down it was the worst experience I had in Milwaukee. 15 for the hookah plus 4 for natural charcoal. Hookah didnt taste like the flavor I asked for. In addition. I paid for water that I didnt receive even after asking for it.

We had a good time for out first Hooka experience. It took a while to get out Hooka to hit just right for us but the attendant was very helpful and worked on improving our experience. It would have been better if there was something in between the booths to block the other TVs.

Just moved to Milwaukee about a month ago and this was the first hookah bar my boyfriend and I decided to go to and the initial time spent there was fine but a gentleman came in shortly after and we could hear him ranting. This guy dropped the N bomb several times during his rant to an employee working there. The first one my boyfriend caught and asked me if he really said the N word and I didn’t think he did until later on in his rant, I heard him refer to a couple of people as “N*ggers”. And he said “n*ggers” multiple times. My main disappointment is with the employee for allowing him to even talk like that knowing I was in there. My boyfriend and I were the only two people in there. Had the employee interrupted him and let him know that either he shouldn’t be saying that or just warning him that there were other people in that business, we probably would have stayed and returned. No such language should be used in any establishment at all. I felt completely uncomfortable and we wasted $30.
