I purchased a 2017 Toyota Tacoma from them and it was clean as a whistle. Only reason for 4 stars instead of five is because I left the dealership with only one set of keys, but they have been helpful about making the situation right and are in the process of mailing me a second set. From the time I made the appointment on the phone till the date of service I was treated well. The administrative assistant who answered the phone and made the appointment was polite, professional, and efficient. Miguel Ramirez, the Service Manager was personable, professional, and attentive. Within a minute or so, Miguel obtained my keys and walked to my car. I noticed the Miguel did a walk around inspection for previous damage, before driving the car into the service area. There was existing damage on the passenger side door and I observed Miguel stop at that location and jot down a note. I point out that small detail so the Van Horn “family” is aware that Miguel has the best interests of the company in mind. The promptness of getting the car into the service bay when it is only scheduled for an oil change makes sense, because there should be an assumption that I am going to remain on site. As I have pointed out, that’s exactly what Miguel did. The waiting room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the padded chairs as hard plastic chairs are hard on the body of a middle aged man. I noticed a hand sanitizer

We popped in for an oil change on a recently purchased vehicle. Van Horn offers free oil changes as long as you own the car, which is awesome. This location had very kind and courteous staff. Miguel who was our tech had a neat appearance and was really professional. He took extra time to explain everything they did while they had my car. We had a really great experience!

Van Horn mechanic services department is a disappointment schedule for a services to leave the vehicle without having the parts should inspect find the problem and when the parts are in call to install the parts not leave the vehicle and wait for the parts . Which leave the customer without there vehicle for weeks in the lot until the parts arrived. There inspection is not good need to take the vehicle for a private inspection. It took weeks to fix a damage axle Seal fix by second party not by van horn it self . Thank God it had guarantee. Still have problems with the back window defrost broken with rust to schedule don’t now how it will go wish me luck .
