This people is to slow I am dealing since Friday to by a car still the cant even call me beack I have on approval loan

Being very honest, i have bought my first car from here and it was the worst. The check engine light was on and supposedly fixed, but to only turn on again. Keep in mind this car is used, so i wasnt expecting some miracle car, but the car has been slowly breaking down and causing more problems and money for me. I have tried countless times to call and get help from the dealer, but there was no use. If i were looking for a car again i would definitely not come here. All im saying is to choose wisely.

This place is trash. I have heard many people tell me not to buy cars from here after I purchased my van from here. My story started when I got my van in 2011. When I got my car It COULDNT PASS EMISSION TEST, because a check engine light came on. I said ok, I just got it two days ago, I will take it back and see what is wrong. They have a mechanic that they work with, a peace of crap as well. They fixed it and fixed it and the light still came on. I said what am I going to do, 30 days is coming up(warranty) and I cant get plates for my van that I paid 5,000 for. I do not know what they did that they made the van pass emission. But wait a minute after I passed emission test the light came back on. I said great!. well the next 2 years I had to do another emission text, and it DIDNT PASS, it said the same thing it said the first time. I changed a oxygen sensor, catalyst, gas cap, nothing worked. So I fixed and I fixed, couldnt find what was wrong, finally after my plates where expired some how it passed emission, but I got a fat ticket for driving with my plates expired. Well I thought it was over, the check engine light should not come back on, NOPE, it did after a month or so. I said fine I will deal with it next time. Now THIRD TIME around and I am having the same issue DID NOT PASS again, the computer read catalyst, sensor, I dont know. Now I have expired plates again, because I cant seem to find what is wrong with my van. I hear similar stories of close friends with the same issue. This dealer buys cars that have problems with check engine light. DONT BUY FROM HERE. THEY SELL MEST UP CARS.

Please dont come to this dealer. We bought a year 2012 and the car is all bad. The transmission had been damaged and we took it to him for repair. They supposedly repaired it but it is the same. We were returned to leave but they no longer want to fix. We barely had the car for a month. It is in that month he had been sitting in his workshop for 2 weeks.

It was a very bad experience since personally they do not get along with the Puerto Ricans or the young man who had attending the office did not know Car Sales
