VW service advisor Joe Martini is always friendly with me and helps me make the best decision for my car servicing needs. I continue to only go to him when making my appointments to when I arrive at the dealership. The new Keurig machine is an excellent addition to the waiting area. The waiting area could use slight improvement from the appearance, design, and added seating. No one person should ever have to stand in a 3-in-1 dealership. It’s not fair to the loyal customers who choose Umansky to give their business. Overall, a phenomenal dealership with great staff, customer service, and a wide selection of the fine vehicles they offer. Keep up the great work, everyone!

Twice VW Service Center has repaired my clunky 2013 TDI Jetta Sportwagon and both experiences were very positive. Joe and Cesar are both terrific, responsive, the drivers who shuttled me to and from work were polite and punctual. Would be nice if they had a clearly posted policy in the showroom that masks are mandatory as I saw a few customers who (foolishly) were walking about with masks, but I cant say that impacted the quality of their work or my experience. I had my 2005 VW Touareg towed in on 2/12/2021 and before arrival I was told that the diagnostic test would cost me around 100 to 200 dollars ok whatever I was told that I would receive a call Monday morning and we could move forward with repairs.... fast forward it’s Monday and I called and was told they have to try and get my car in and I would probably (🤨)know something by the end of Tuesday 😒 I asked to speak with a manager and was hang up on wow thanks for the experience so far 👎🏽
On 2/20/21 around 11:00 am I called VW to ask for a price to have a key reprogrammed. (I actually called two days ago for another vehicle and was quoted $85). The man in services informed me that reprogramming wasnt possible and a new key would need to be purchased. This isnt strictly true and unashamedly I tried to save the unnecessary expense of a new key when the old one can be reprogrammed. The man insisted it couldnt be done and then when I stated the earlier conversation and the fact I would look at other options he just hung up the phone.Its really sad that as a new customer, never having been into the location (he asked at the start of the call if I ever had a service there before!) I would never want to go back there as the semi-forced polite tome and abrupt hanging up leaves a bad impression.
My car experience was great! David and Anthony rocked it. David reached out to me while I was searching for a vehicle. He wasnt pushy, but gave me all the information I needed. He said he wanted me to be informed, even if i went somewhere else. The next day, my wife and I went to the dealership, he had both vehicles pulled up to test drive. David was calm, collective and very responsive to our questions. We left with a VW Atlas Cross Sport, the car I wanted. Id recommend both these military veterans to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! There are a ton of great deals, get them before theyre are gone!

We had a great experience last night and today with the staff.Last night and today there was bad weather with a snow storm. So the dealership wasnt packed. We had a good time with the staff. They were all very professional, approachable, fun and not pressuring.The showroom is in the middle of a renovation but that should be completed soon.We saw 3 different VW models in various trim levels.Test drove 2 and selected a upgraded trim level based on the test drives.Alex the salesman we worked with was great.He talked about cost from the get go. Not just the sticker price but what we could get it for based on incentives and deals. Im not the type who likes to haggle.
Bought a new VW from Spencer. He was very nice to work with. He listened to what we wanted and didn’t try to push into something we didn’t want. Overall the buying experience was excellent . I appreciated that the first question Mike asked me was what I wanted in a car. From there he showed me the models that met my needs and was very thorough in explaining the features. He was personable and very knowledgeable about the cars and let me think about the purchase. He and the rest of the staff were very efficient and helpful with the financing aspects of the sale.
Staff are courteous and helpful. The dealership is clean and it is easy to schedule a service appointment. My reason for the 4 vs 5 star is multi- faceted. First, their policy to charge the customer for leased vehicle maintenance. This is a new policy for this location (within the last year or so). This is not typical of a lease agreement! Furthermore, they do not remind you that a charge will be assessed when you schedule unless you ask. Again, if you were to be receiving service for an owned vehicle this would be typically standard to give you a quote. This leasing procedure is definitely a detriment in consideration for future business! Secondly, I would encourage staff to NOT state or send emails about how the review of service directly affects them in job and pay review. Sometimes service may be less than a 5 not by fault of the staff but because of error, lack of part availability, etc. We all have room for improvement and growth. I would hope employees would strive to do their best and Express openness to feedback on the initial point of contact vs when satisfaction surveys or emails are sent (this is reactive not proactive)... and more an issue of the dealership training of appropriate communication. Just a suggestion!
Rob did an amazing job! We were 2 hours away and was able to answer all our questions over the phone or via email. Completed all the financing over the phone and was able to drive there and get our car in a hour. Everyone had amazing customer service! Highly recommend pitching a vehicle from this dealership.

Excellent service keeps me coming back!I know the dealership typically commands a higher cost but it appears having well paid/discerning people behind the wrench, translates to a higher quality of service and worthy of your visit. Have not purchased a car here yet (only utilized the mechanic and shuttle service) but Ive had several friends tell me of their pleasant leasing/buying experience.

The service was excellent! Anne processed me in minutes. I went to the lounge to await a ride. The dispatch came in and told the guy who walked in with me that his ride was outside and that I had to wait. 45 minutes later I walked over to dispatch because I thought I was forgotten. An Asian gentleman grabbed a set of keys and took me to my home. (A mile from the dealership.)Please call the missing star Annes. She deserves all five!!PS: When roads and weather are not good, the dispatcher should be allowed to have a VW passenger ride with a Mercedes passenger.

This wasnt my first lease from this dealer. Nor my second. Nor my third. That alone should speak volumes. The dealership is clean and bright and they are loaded with choices. Service is available Saturdays. Management is friendly, and my salesman truly works for my business. In fact, the whole team seems to work in harmony to earn my trust.
We got a very good deal on our 2016 VW GTI. The car was in excellent condition. Our salesperson was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about our specific car. We test drove it twice but wanted to strike a slightly better deal on the price. My only complaint is we were not notified when the dealership lowered the price even though they knew we were very interested. Otherwise, the sale went through very quickly after that.
Joe took great care of us - didn’t have an appt. but Joe got us in right away. Battery replaced and had the car the same day - very fast and easy!

Had great service and care the first time I came here. The second time was a little questionable hence the 3 stars. It’s a cold rainy day today and one of the techs misplaced my vehicle. He said it was in the front but it was in the back outside the garage door (which was open). That’s definitely not a good look for these guys. Otherwise it was a great experience!

The service was great! The oil change + tire rotation deal was so worth it because they also topped off air in my tires, cleaned the inside and outside of my car, AND fixed the terrible popping noise my doors were making! They also offered a free shuttle service when I needed to pick up my car. Great service from start to finish!

Took moms roughly 20,000-mile 2015 Golf TDI in because the check engine light and several other lights popped on while she was driving.Dealer took a couple of days to diagnose and then left my mom a voicemail stating the repair wouldnt be covered under warranty because the fuel is contaminated and the repair requires replacement of the entire fuel system for $6000 of customer pay.I asked them to give me a fuel sample from the fuel tank more than a dozen times and never got the sample. I had to argue with Danny, the manager, and VW CARE for two weeks before they agreed to cover it. I wanted the fuel sample from the gas tank so I could go after the last fuel station my mom used for damages. The fuel wasnt contaminated by gas and the most commonly used fuel station my mom uses also owns a tow truck company which runs 5 diesel-powered rollback trucks every day, meaning that diesel fuel at that gas station is likely replenished frequently and therefor unlikely to be contaminated.The fuel sample they showed me containing the contaminated fuel from the car was in a green Mountain Dew bottle and it was fuel pulled from the high pressure fuel pump, not the tank. This means all the fuel full of chunks and contamination either passed all the through the fuel filter and into the engine bay (failed fuel filter) or came directly from the pump (chunks are pieces of fuel system parts that failed).After 2 months, we got the car back with gouges in the exhaust tips I bought her for her birthday because the mechanic who worked on the car decided to stand the entire exhaust system on end with all of the weight resting on the only polished metal on the exhaust. The center console interior trim panels were also not reinstalled properly and are now flapping around. The car also had a minor fuel leak from the fitting connecting the fuel line running through the frame rail to the tank.My mom noticed the car was getting much worse fuel mileage than before she took the car in and shes never driven a pre-fix TDI. I drove the car for 50 miles on the freeway and got 31mpg when the car usually gets 40-42mpg on the freeway. I took the car to a local Audi dealership where a friend works as a tech and two Audi technicians verified there was a dripping leak coming from the fitting. While inspecting the car we also noticed a coolant leak from the radiator. All the tire pressures were off too and the right rear brake caliper was slightly hanging up. We disconnected and reconnected the fuel fitting and then scheduled another appointment back at Volkswagen of Milwaukee North and told them about the issues.I was frustrated because this car was still covered by CPO warranty and the main reasons my mom bought this car were the 160,000-mile powertrain and emissions equipment warranty, the CPO bumper-to-bumper warranty and the great gas mileage.The dealership requested me to come into their shop and diagnose the leaks I told them about. When I came and inspected the car on their lift (They never paid me to be their mechanic fwiw) I noticed the fuel line was no longer leaking. The mechanic said it was probably just residual fuel in the frame rail from when they flushed out the fuel lines. (I guess when its customer pay they will perform an ENTIRE fuel system replacement, but when its warranty-pay they will just make due). However, I noticed the damp fuel around the fitting five days after picking the car up and that much fuel evaporates in a matter of hours.After everything was settled, Danny offered us $75 off our bill for mounting and balancing a set of winter tires and the 20k service only because of the damaged exhaust tips. VW CARE offered a $200 gift card for holding my moms car hostage for two months while making her drive a base-model Jeep Renegade. She didnt pay $15,000 cash to drive a Fiat 500 dressed up like a Jeep.We both love the Golf, but the way VW and Umansky handled this was unacceptable. Two stars for not having to take the car to a different dealership at least.
Dereck was an awesome salesman, he was very upfront and honest the whole time during the process. Even with a very low credit score they was able to get me into a very nice car with a reasonable monthly payment. I definitely would recommend family and friends to do business with them.
We were met with wonderful hospitality- the Sales team were knowledgeable and accommodating. Couldnt be happier with the Volkswagen that we bought! Their prices were competitive and far superior to other local dealers!
I never find the car buying process to be an especially pleasant process, however my experience with Umansky was excellent. Tony Sanfillipo took care of me and was very pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with. In my past experiences at other dealerships I’m usually endlessly ping ponged between salesman and manger to cut a deal. With Tony I didnt have to spend all day at the dealership like I have in the past. We got down to business and made a fair deal.
Service at last minute was BIG help! Long story short: Needed help with lug nut key and removal of lug nut. Ken Anderson was so kind. He and the service staff got me in and out in 10 minutes with a small job of getting a locked lug nut off so I could change my tire on my own! they did it for no charge. I will no doubt stop here first when I am in the market for a new car!

Came in with the infamous VW camshaft screen being broken and Ann was amazing! She completely handled my warranty claim so all I had was the deducatble. She kept me updated and made the process as smooth and quick as possible. When we picked it up not only was it fixed, but washed, interior clean, and a full tank of gas. 15/10 will never go anywhere else again.

I brought my car in here for a flat tire and routine maintenance. They took 4 hours when they originally said it would only take 1. The staff was not friendly and they ended up trying to charge me $200 more than I was quoted for the tire to begin with. We have been long time VW owners, but once our leases are up we are considering changing given the poor customer service we’ve been experiencing at this and other VW dealers.

This was the worst experience we have ever had by a dealership. The dealership did not provide necessary information while vehicle was dismantled but waited until they completed task. Then explained additional reasons why the vehicle needed additional work done at an extreme cost. I do not recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. Even after expressing concerns to manager about the Multi point inspection sheet not matching any of my vehicle’s information; it was totally disregarded.
Serena was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was unsure about which sales person to work with but I was happy to work with another women. I would recommend Serena Vitellaro to anyone who needs a vehicle.

I live in West Bend, and a local mechanic recommended Volkswagen of Milwakee North, despite the fact that other VW dealers are closer. It was well worth the extra travel time. The repairs were done quickly, the staff is courteous, and the facility is immaculate. They definitely earned my business going forward.
