Was a 2 star review - now it’s a 1 star only a few weeks after initial review because they still haven’t called me to tell me the recall part has arrived and to schedule the work. I’m sure they never even ordered it.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I’ve brought in my fleet vehicle for service here four times and three of the times I’ve had some completely avoidable oversight come up. One time the sales rep ordered a part for the wrong vehicle (or so he claims - pretty sure he just forgot to order it), and twice I’ve had an issue with the wiper installation. Two of the three mishaps required me to bring the vehicle back several times. They are always friendly and they get it fixed eventually but, call me crazy, I just don’t feel comfortable leaving the functional success my large work vehicle in the hands of people who struggle with such menial tasks and I can’t keep wasting so much of my workdays for routine service blunders. I’ll be scoping out a new place for fleet service in hopes that it will be done right the first time in the future.

I used to take my truck to Ford dealer in Waukesha that was absolutely terrible (Hard transmission shifts that were normal after a change, wheels left untightened, and questionable fixes). Service was horrible. Brought my car in for brakes and rotors. They replaced them but still squeezed a lot ! I returned my vehicle 4 times and they still couldn’t get it right. On top of that one of their mechanics damage my car during a test drive. I am not pleased.

Due to a flat tire I had my Echo Sport towed to Uptown Lincoln Ford. I received a call from Lyle (service) early the next morning with an estimate of the cost for a tire and labor. I wanted to check on the cost of this car after the lease is up so I spoke with Scott (finance) who gave me that figure after he had pulled the file. Scott told me that the tire was covered under the lease policy I had with this car. I was surprised that it was covered because who gets a flat anymore these days? My words, and Scott talked me into taking the coverage on day one of the lease. Thank you for that! I have had many interactions with this dealership and all have been professional and courteous.

I bought my first car back in June through Richard Enea. He was highly recommended by my mom & after my experience, I will pass his name along too. I had coincidentally had a flat tire happen and pulled in luckily to this dealership. I went to the service desk and told them what happened and i think i have a spare and if there was anything they could do to help. Within 15 minutes the guys come back with my car and plugged my tire that had a big nail in it. They were super quick and very helpful on getting this taken care of right away for me! Leased Continental Reserve that I have had for 15 months. About 10,000 mi. 2nd service. Oil and inspection. They also washed the car and vacuumed the interior. No charge. I dropped the car off and came back for it. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that no one came to greet me when I drove the car in. As a former BMW customer Im pretty fussy.

Everything was nice and smooth service was good but the tech failed to check the inside door handle for oil smudges the interior was light cream but was immediately removed upon bringing it to there attention so I was very satisfied with the service Uptown is definitely my best Lincoln experience...

Schduled a service request a week prior over phone. Called them to delay the appointment by an hour on the day of and confirmed Ill be coming in. And when I went down there they apparently had no appointments schduled in my name.Seems like a good place to get your work done but messing up an appointment is very amateurish.

They are about how much money they can get you to spend - I don’t believe anything they say. Sad you can’t trust your Ford dealer. The dealer is nothing but a rip off - told me my air conditioner would cost $2200 to repair - I could replace the entire system for that.

They sold me a lemon and they knew it. they would not furnish me with maintenance records even though the vehicle was first leased from them in 2015. The 2.0 eco boost is the worst motor Ford built and Ford knows this from 2010 through 2018 and will not fix there own mistakes .l

I brought my vehicle in for service on a known issue. To begin, the service writer attempted to hit me with a diagnostic fee of $120 even though I have the extended warranty for said known issue, and states this fee should not be charged. The service writer then told me that they DID experience my problem, but it wasnt bad enough to fix. I dont think Ford would stand behind that statement, but the service manager explained to me that my problematic clutch is something to be coveted in the new mustangs. Im not sure why anyone would want to buy a $30,000+ mustang and have it jolt and shudder everytime you accelerate. He seemed very distracted and like I was wasting his time. This experience was a joke and an unprofessional, complete waste of my time. As someone who works in a dealership and sees how customers should be properly treated, I cannot recommend this dealership.

Attention was paid to my fears of car shopping during these Covid-19 times. It couldnt have gone more safely or more pleasantly. The whole car shopping and buying/leasing experience at Uptown was flawless! Ive got a super car at a super price and am ALL SMILES!

I had a extremely poor experience with this dealership and with a salesperson by the name of Owen. They sold me a lemon and despite my request for a refund, they refused. I have since had to put in over $5000 to make the car safe to drive (Ive had the car only 4 months). Never again Uptown.

Horrible experience so far with this location. First issue happened in May, my work vehicle had a recall for parts and as advised I was supposed to come here and schedule an appointment. They said they did not have the parts and would call me as soon as possible to get me scheduled. These were mandatory parts that could have caused issues while I was driving. After two months of no call, I showed up and they didn’t apologize for not calling and scheduled me for an appointment like nothing was wrong. I wonder how long they had the parts for since they had them when I came back.Second issue comes with the repair. I emphasized with the employee that this is a work vehicle and I will need it Tuesday morning for work. I could not accept anything after 730am. The employee said that’s no problem and assured me that I will be able to grab it by then. They then call me to tell me that I can’t grab the vehicle until 1030am and there’s nothing they can do about it. Not once did I receive any sort of apology and they did not make me feel like they were trying their best to rectify the issue. If they would have reassured me that they were doing their best I would have given them some space and let them do their job. I understand how things happen that aren’t foreseen. I did not feel like a value customer here and I will not be returning for this reason.

I was treated with the utmost respect from every department (ie: sales, finance, body shop). They were kind, patient, and assisted me with ALL of my questions. I couldnt ask for better service. I was thoroughly happy when I walked out the door and drove away in my new car. Bottom line: my car buying experience was enjoyable and I would recommend Uptown Ford Lincoln to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Purchased a 2013 F-150 here approximately 2 years ago. Had some very minor issues with the vehicle, and the dealership stood behind it and fixed them for a very reasonable price. Was impressed with the dealership when I first bought the vehicle, but the service post purchase was incredible. Will be a lifelong customer after these experiences. Will be buying the wife a new vehicle here in the next month or so. Highly recommend this place.

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and recall. I couldnt get my truck in on the day I originally scheduled the appointment, but I was able to bring it in a day early and get a shuttle ride home. Needed some parts for my car, and found Uptown was on the way home from work. I called them around 6:05pm, and they said the parts department closes at 6:00pm, but I will transfer you anyways, maybe you can catch someone on the way out . I did catch someone, who proceeded to assist me, even though his desk was closed. He took the extra 5 minutes to help me find what I needed, and also had the parts in stock. I told him I was still about 10 minutes away, and asked if I should come in the next day. He said heres what Ill do, Ill leave them at the cashiers counter, and you can still stop by tonight. He gave me my total, wrote up the bill, and left it at the counter. I stopped in at 6:15, and the cashier (also super friendly) had my parts, and bill ready. These guys (and gal) went above what was required, and made the task easy for me. I was able to install the parts that evening, and fix the issue quickly. In the future, I will be buying my parts from them, no question.

Overall my husband and I had an okay experience working with this dealership. The only reason we made the trip to Milwaukee (from Appleton) was they had the perfect vehicle for us, and we were looking to buy used. Unfortunately, instead of working with someone who was knowledgeable on the vehicle, we worked with a Product Specialist who never actually seemed thrilled to even be at his job. When you are spending this much money with someone, you would think he would at least smile. The day we drove down to pick up the truck he didnt even fill it with gas, and said, We only do that for new cars. Fortunately, the rest of their staff, including the manager that oversees warranties were nice, and enjoyable to work with, and thanks to him we drove off the lot with a full tank.

I have been here 2 times for an oil change. Sad to say this will be my last time. 1.5 hours for an oil change. They did not have my oil filter both times. When i call and make an appointment isnt this something the service department should know if they have it or not? I am not going to do your inventory. They also factory reset my car twice. This is a pain to reset my phone and all my radio stations, sounds petty but annoying for me. I pay for a service, i expect good service. I watched The receptionist be so rude to a customer that i apologized for her behavior. The face of this company and you put a very rude person in the position. Christmas decorations were more important than customer service...... the sales people are great but service here is awful! Please do something to make your service better!
