My salesperson, Eddie Reyes, was very easy to work with and not to mention, super patient with me as I considered purchasing many different types of cars. Ultimately, we narrowed it down to the 2021 Nissan Murano, which I am in love with! Not the best experience. Paperwork was quick and got a test drive. Got screwed over for my trade in. My old car was worth $3400 on Kelly blue book and they gave me basically 1/3 and that was the best they can do. My friend went to a different car dealership and they gave him the Kelly Blue book price. So for trade in go to another dealership; they will give you better value. Also, I made my first two car payments on my 2 credit card and was processed with no problem and said they would do this for you but then the remaining balance to pay off the car had to be a debit card. Why? If I can pay it off with my credit card i should be able to. Car salesperson would dismiss some question and kind of bullied her way in certain situations. Nissans are good cars but the experience was not great. Never going to buy a Nissan again
I had a very good experience with my recent lease on a Nissan from the Rosen Milwaukee. Aaron is very polite and respectable a sales associate. Not only was he easy to get along with, but also answered all my questions and made the car leasing process fairly easy!
Reyna greeted me with a smile and a handshake. I politely requested a 4 cylinder small car. Reyna found a nice Black one, she noticed I wasn’t to happy about the color. When I drove the car back after the test run, she had a recently washed Electric Blue 4 cylinder car. I fell in love instantly, she knew I wanted a car that stood out and it met my expectations completely. She was very patient with me when I was deciding on which car to get . She answered all my questions and helped my sister and I get a better quote for our car insurance. Time flew by while she did all the paperwork and did a few phone calls to close the deal, she is very funny and has such a positive energy. Give her a raise, please!
I came in to ask a couple of questions in regards to the new Frontier. Although I wasn’t looking to buy. Salesperson Alex answered all of the questions and wasn’t pushy. She was extremely knowledgeable about the trucks. Will be making my vehicle purchase here!
Service date: August 16, 2021Scheduled maintenance was done very quickly, my vehicle was supposed to receive a complimentary car wash. I pick my vehicle up it was not washed which made me believe nothing was truly done. I received paperwork stating my schedule maintenance was done, tires were rotated, and a car wash was also done. If my car wash was not done, how can I trust all of other things were done that were checked on paperwork.Update: Called to schedule a point inspection for my upcoming road trip, there was no record of my vehicle every been serviced. This makes me believe I never received an oil change back in August. There was a sticker stating service was done and after leaving a negative review Faith reached out and offered a free oil change for my future visit. Guess what?? No free oil change and no record of my vehicle ever being service there. Can this dealership even be trusted? Do I really need to stand and watch them service my vehicle to make sure things are done. At this point an alley mechanic provides better service than Rosen Nissan..

I’ve had two really good car-purchasing experiences at Rosen Nissan in the last several years. During my first experience, I personally happened to meet the owner, Mr Rosen, who is a very nice man. I purchased a beautiful used van that I got a great deal on. That van was so reliable and lasted me years until I sold it. (You can trust Rosen’s used cars not to be junk!) Last week, I went back to Rosen’s for my son’s first car: a new 2021 Nissan Versa. I’m so happy with his/our choice. The salesperson, Athena, who assisted us was super nice, as was Kathy in the Finance Dept. They really went above and beyond to help my son get his first car, considering his thin credit file. Since I bought my car from Rosen Nissan Milwaukee, I have had continuous problems with my vehicle even though it is a certified car, as they say. I went their to speak to one of their managers and I spoke to the general manager and I explained for him how I have these problems with the car even if its certified. I told him that it is not certified and he said when we sold it to you it was certified and he gave me the mean look. And I have problems with the vehicles radio and I showed him the video of the problem in the radio and he just started making fun of me and specifically told me, Did the radio talk to you back when you were talking about it. The general manager Don Kramer thinks that he owns Rosen.
Aaron Rosen is absolutely AMAZING!This is our second time working with Aaron!He’s incredibly patient, he listens and he doesn’t push you into a decision you’re not ready to make.OH, and when my husband and I were signing papers, he took the time ( even though they were closing) to sit with our 8 year old, and keep him company so we could finish up!I would highly recommend going to see him!

I love coming here but this time took a long time. I had an appointment at 9:00. Arrived at 8:50. Not done till 10:30. Long for oil change. Also car wash not working but didn’t find that out til I drove back there and saw the sign. Not the service I’ve had in the past

Been coming here for about 9/10 years. Adam in finance is amazing!!! He has on multiple occasions, put me in the car I wanted. Everyone at this dealership has always been awesome to me. I would not trust any service done by this location. Needed a new car key made after my bag got stolen and was told they could make one on the same day for about $50-75, but I had to get the vehicle physically to them.After I called a tow company and got the car to them: turns out their key cutting machine was down and they could not cut me a key for another 1 to 2 days.Staff was completely unsympathetic to an issue they caused and did nothing to materially help resolve the issue. When I suggested I would just call a mobile locksmith they told me those keys are usually bad and dont work. Guess what...I called a mobile locksmith and they got me a fully working key in 20 minutes. At minimum you all owe me the cost of the tow to your location. Absolutely unprofessional.

Used cars are marked up very high. My salesman JP Josh promised me to have everything inspected and fixed before delivery. Nothing was done on time! Never tried to answer my messages and answered my questions on time. Very unfriendly most of the staff members. Only services guy was very helpful. Will never go back again to buy another vehicle.

BUYER BEWARE...... I looked at prices online and made an appointment to see a car. When I got there the car was completely dirty and fully of items.Then the dealer tells us there is a $5000.00 extra surcharge to buy a new car over MSRP. 🙄 .... The sales girl was very nice and tried very hard but her hands were tied from the manager. They had a very take it or leave it attitude.We drove one hour to MLady Nissan in Crystal lake. Best staff ever! They treated us like we were made of gold. They lowered the price of their new vehicle and they dont hurt customers with surcharges. Saved $7,000.00 over Rosens crazy $5000.00 surcharge and full price vehicles.After this review the dealership did try to reach out and rectify the situation so I bumped it up to two stars for their late effort.

I went in last week for my first tire rotation and oil change which were suppose to be complementary. Service people were friendly but they didnt rotate my tires like they said they would. I am a supervisor in a tire shop for another company and this would never be okay. I only came in because the first oil change was free. Since they didnt rotated my tires like they said they did I wonder if they even changed my oil. I would be think twice before scheduling any service done at this dealership, seems sketchy.

Had an amazing car buying experience with the individuals at Rosen Hyundai in Greenfield. This is a newly purchased dealer by the Rosen group and the individuals that work here were just fantastic. Deal was pre-negotiated via email/phone and all that was left was to come in and sign the paperwork. Manager, finance, and salesman were all extremely professional, did not waste our time with attempting to push any extra warranties, insurances, etc. All numbers matched up from our email conversation and no funny business was attempted. Deal with absolute confidence, as this was one the most smooth car buying experiences I have had thus far.Thanks again!

He was friendly, professional and gave me his time and attention to get the car that benefitted me and my family. Honest!!!! To him it was not a just a sale and he really took the time and patience to help me find exactly what I was looking for! For this reason I give him 5 stars! Great job Eddie! Definitely come to you for next car! With that being said I did have some challenges with financial department and communication. I rate them at a 2 max along with management who kept trying to hurry the sale. They were not informative with me and made decisions without informing me. I also felt like there was some discrimination in the financing as I am an established, hard working client with good income and they made me feel like they did not want me to receive financing for any simple reason and did not provide the correct income information to lenders for financing. Affecting any good financing options I could have had. Even after before signing documents I myself had to correct the financial details of income in the documents at that point. Would that have happened if I would have been white? That’s my question. You would think the financial department would be more detailed and summit correct information. Again, thank you Eddie for the time and patience! The reason it was worth the purchase great customer service by you.
I had my 2010 Murano in for an oil change. They said it might take 2 hours because they were really busy and short handed. No problem. Was surprised when they had it done in about an hour! Great work! Thank you so much!

Hi I ordered Nissan armada a few days ago. but so far I did not received doc. for sign . it is very slow. they never call me and let me know the status. they said second day, but this has been a week, the sale lady no call no follow up. feel like they are very busy, just ignore customer . the work has no schedule . I did not sign the paper work yet, but the delivery lady calls me to pick up vehicle. it make me feel this is not an official dealership but privacy company only . in this kind situation, I am not sure when I get vehicle, it may has damage already . it make me feel no trust on the sale person and financial lady . they work very slow . this deal has been process a week, just for finance and paper work . I wonder how they can do business in such slow way . I will cancel this purchase because it make me feel no trust on them .

Excellent service all around. Was told it would take 45 mins, but they finished in less than 30. Service manager was great! Will definitely be using Rosen service for all of our maintenance and repair work going forward.

After many bad experiences with dealerships in the past, I am so happy to finally be working with Rosen. I live in Chicago, but the drive here is completely worth it for the genuine customer care and service. I worked with AARON (sales) and JAMES (services) and they were both amazing! Unlike many dealerships that just care about making the sale and that’s it, this place continues to support and accommodate their customers after you making the purchase. Many people complain about dealerships that give car salesmanship a bad name, Rosen gives it a good one!

This is the last oil change I will get done at Rosen Nissan. The price was basically doubled from last time and included a tire rotation which I did not need. Why is there no lower tier package like there was before? Also, this is the second time I went there where they said theyd do a car wash and they didnt.
In because of a recall. They tracked me down, Im not the original owner. Got there 1/2 hour before appointment time, but they took me in, sent me to a socially spaced immaculate waiting room, and finished the correction in less than an hour.Unbelieveable!
The Service Department at Rosen Nissan is wonderful ! They were so friendly and professional during my visit at that Department. My Service Advisor was very helpful and knowledgeable of everything. He was able to arrange a shuttle for me just in time. The shuttle driver was very respectful and we had a great conversation while riding together. It has been 5 years now since I’ve been with Rosen Nissan, and those years are of no regret to me. Great job guys!

I understand my car was inspected for condition but recommending a new battery on a 3 yr old battery is absurd.Then replacing brake fluid and engine flushing....why dont we take the winter air out of each tire and install spring air? I have had afew Nissan vehicles in my life. I never owned any other type of foreign models but maybe I should look at others when the time comes.

So after the purchase, I inspected the vehicle some more and realized that there wasn’t a spare tire nor a handy jack, that I would normally expect to be in a vehicle. When I return to the dealership to bring that to there supervisor/manager attention, I’m told that Kia along with several other car companies no longer provide the spare or jack in vehicles and that it didn’t MATTER what one sales person says at the time of purchase and they denied any other assistance! Careful who you purchase from some genuinely are looking out for your personal needs and some take the short cuts and will sell you short if you do not inspect your vehicles! This isn’t the only place with the lack of professionalism after purchase along with the rejection of assistance after 7 days of purchase!

Delays in work, blocking the glass from the inside on the customer so that he cant see how it works in the customers personal car so you dont see them fixing the car. That their work is suspicious, where is consumer protection and their work is and their lack of interest in a good car repair
