Employees and Contractors beware. New ownership/management, Kilby Williamson, does not like to pay his bills. I have been working for Prototype Composites for over 5 years, both full-time and contract, mainly through previous ownership with absolutely no issues getting paid for my work. New owner, Kilby Williamson, is like pulling teeth to get paid, every time. This particular time, what will be my final invoice, has not been paid on over 3 months and owner is dodging my calls, emails, and texts. I am out a lot of money despite delivering on my mold that I built for him. I stopped in a week ago and saw that they were making parts with my mold yet he refuses to pay me. Very unprofessional and it is showing in the lack of quality in the parts his company produces, as well. He has major turn-over rate as his unprofessional behavior continues to scare away any good talent that works for him. He is currently down to two employees, a skeleton crew.
The owner apparently doesnt care if his employees get paid and throws temper tantrums akin to a twelve year old. None of his clients receive their orders on time and he runs a skeleton crew ragged. Ive never experienced so many problems getting paid.
Lack of morals, ethics, and values. Very self-serving and pompous management. Would not continue business after few interactions weve had. Disappointing.
